The comment of the day … “they [politicians] have to maintain the “integrity”. Integrity coming from the institution that had seven Senators vote for a bill in favor of keeping federal tax dollars going to an organization where representatives gave advice to set up a whore house for kids. NICE!
Where were you when Rep. Pete Stark called President Bush a liar on the House floor, twice in the same speech. Hypocrisy in action.

What a tough job that O’Reilly has.
The House Floor during the President’s speech is
not the time/place to call a liar a liar, even when
the liar is lying. However, the liar accepted the
apology for being outed as a liar while lying, so
that should be the end of it.
On the other hand, Congress is familiar with House
practices and not familiar with (not read and understood)
the Bills placed before it. So what are they going to
concentrate on, the Atomic Plant Decision, or the
Bicycle Shed Decision?
Megyn was ABSOLUTELY CORRECT! And the Dems just didn’t boo during Bush’s 2005 speech. There were words said but you couldn’t hear over the drowning baby noises coming from the disgusting liberals.
Oh yes, I remember the liberals ‘lieing out’ Bush…seems we expected it as liberal norm after a while.
Reminds me of how unfair my wife can argue. Laugh a little: She throws my favorite and long used pocket knife away with the house cleaning. “By golly be, what a stunt that is”, I go. She takes exception…”stunt”? And from there, not before and not afterward once a discussion of the tossed out pocket knife. Darn me for my words.
Megan impressed me, too bad I did not see it on the O’Reilly Show, the most interruptive interviewer on TV or back only by a nose. If I were in journalisum class I feel I could make it a senior project to prove his talking over anyones STRONG POINT, their strongest 3 or 4 words — every time. “Every”.
Great job Megan. And thanks to my wonderful wife of 40 years for being an object of my debating repertoire.
Megyn made perfect sense in her argument. Congress will just have to learn the hard way that you can’t have your cake and eat it too! Fire these jokers in 2010 and 2012!!!
Loved it enough to watch it twice. Especially priceless was Kelly’s look at Wiehl when the latter tried to reach out and touch the former’s back in a conciliatory manner at the end of the exchange. I could hear the baring of the claws from 2,000 miles away.
