Good Grief, Van Jones Denies Being a 911 Truther … “it certainly does not reflect my views now or ever” … I Just Always Sign What I Don’t Read
Van Jones, the communist Green Jobs Czar has denied ever being a 9–11 Truther. In a statement released over 12 hours after the initial story was reported, Van Jones stated, “the petition that was circulated today, I do not agree with this statement and it certainly does not reflect my views now or ever.”
What a joke. This is the response from Van Jones and the White House? This is what they took all day to come up with? Van Jones does not agree with the Truther statement, yet some how his name got on the petition. Because every one signs petitions that they do not agree with. Barack Obama cannot wait for the Labor Day three day weekend to come. It cannot come soon enough for The One.
Jake Tapper reported the following:
A top environmental official of the Obama administration issued a statement Thursday apologizing for past incendiary statement and denying that he ever agreed with a 2004 petition on which his name appears, a petition calling for congressional hearings and an investigation by the New York Attorney General into “evidence that suggests high-level government officials may have deliberately allowed the September 11th attacks to occur.”
I really didn’t sign the petition.
Well, okay I did sign the petition, but I didn’t agree with it.
Okay, I signed the Truther petition, but I never read what I signed.
Um, if you don’t believe me then you are all racists and a$$holes.Van Jones, the Special Advisor for Green Jobs at the White House Council on Environmental Quality, is Number 46 of the petitioners from the so-called “Truther” movement which suggests that people in the administration of President George W. Bush “may indeed have deliberately allowed 9/11 to happen, perhaps as a pretext for war.”
In a statement issued Thursday evening Jones said of “the petition that was circulated today, I do not agree with this statement and it certainly does not reflect my views now or ever.”
He did not explain how his name came to be on the petition. A source said Jones did not carefully review the language in the petition before agreeing to add his name.
Oops, Mike Berger, a spokesman for 911Truth.org is telling quite a different story that Van Jones. Mr. Jones, do you know what that sound is? It’s the sound of inevitability of your resigning.
Mike Berger, a spokesman for 911Truth.org, told the Washington Times over the phone that all of the signers had been verified by their group. He said 9/11Truth.org board members “spoke with each person on the list by phone or through email to individually confirm they had added their name to that list.”
“I think in most cases they spoke to them personally,” he added. “No one’s name was put on that list without them knowing it.”
Make room for Van Jones under the Obama bus
How stupid do these people think Americans are? As The QandO Blog states, “He and the Obama administration are really expecting us to believe that Jones didn’t know what he was signing?” So Obama has a Green Jobs czar that signs things without reading its content? That is certainly reassuring. It is only a matter of time before Van Jones is sent packing and thrown under the Obama bus. There is no way communist and Truther Van Jones is surviving this disgraceful behavior, especially so near the anniversary of September 11.

Barack, you got some splaining to do …
R
The Sleeper is running the country. Why? Our media MSNBC, ABC, CBS, gave Obama a pass.
If you question the Obama or his administration your called a racist.
i would rather be called a racist than to be bowing down to any street punk like this obama thug.
i’m amazed that he didn’t try to blame it on bush or the 200 year old excuse of “cause i be black “.
“uh, i don’t be knowin what i be readin, but i be signin it anyhow”.
“How stupid do these people think Americans are?”
Very, apparently.
Probably explains why they seem to want so much government control over everything and everybody. To them, we’re all too stupid to be able to think, make our own rational decisions, and do things for ourselves.
He is just saying it is OK to launch a baseless, hateful attack on someone you oppose politically. Just like it is OK for Gates to mouth off at a white policeman because of your profoundly deep understanding of race relations in America. Let’s get a candidate who can boot out these fools after one term.
When does Obamas people really mean what they say? When it’s convenient for them, if not they (think) they really didn’t say it or it was misquoted or everyone is racist or,or,or,or. When is nonsense going to stop
Isn’t anyone concerned that other than Fox News, no other media outlet is covering the Van Jones story at all – don’t you all find that odd – considering this guy is an avowed communist and racists, who hates white America and will do what he can to bring down America. I guess that only shows you that if you watch the other channells outside of Fox News – you’re really not getting the news.
Well, we already know that Congress does not read bills before they sign them and Obama just votes Present on everything because he can’t make a decision.
What a bunch of losers.
Van Jones was likely speaking not only for himself,
but the whole Obowma debacle when he said to the
effect that he was willing to forego personal credits of being
a wonderful radical loon (that he is), but that essentially
converting America to Communism was an end justified
by any and all means (including Van not getting full historical
recognition for his valuable contributions and lies). The
entire gang seems to be operating under that credo.
