This is the “hope and change” you voted for America. How do you feel now? Can you imagine the outrage in the media if the races and rolls were reversed and this was an Obama supporter?
Welcome to the Obama States of America, or is it the United Stated of Obama where if you disagree with this President and his socialist policies and are simply expressing your First Amendment Right of free speech and peaceful protest you will be arrested for anything the police want to arrest you for.
In a video plastered all over the Internet and YouTube, a demonstrator holding an anti-Obama sign that read ‘Organizing for National Socialist Health Care | The Final Solution’ is being told that he is not allowed to be there because the sign cannot be on school property.
The demonstrator asks the question, ‘Why?’ Officer Wesley Cheeks Jr. responds, ‘Because I told you you couldn’t.’ Several times the demonstrators asks for reasons and the officer responds, ‘Because it can’t be up there.’

Scared Monkeys had zero problems with Professor Gates being arrested for expressing his first amendment right of free speech…..now all of a sudden Scared Monkeys has an issue.

Adventure’ is not about Green at all. The ‘Bungle Cruise’ repeats
terrible failures over and over. ‘Pelosio’s Damming Journey’..a
wooden lying puppet in-your-face. The ‘Enchanted Biden Room’
(self explanatory). Many other horrors await!

This guy was exercising his Constitutional rights of Freedom of Speech and Peaceful assembly. He was doing nothing wrong.
There is no comparison here to the Crowley/Gates incident. Mr.Crowley was doing his job and responding to a 9/11 call in regards to a b&e and was then verbally assaulted by Mr. Gates and Mr. Gates continued to berate Mr. Crowley so he was therefore arrested for disorderly conduct.
The aforementioned protester was merely exercising his Constitutional rights and was approached by Mr. Cheeks who states “i can charge you with anything I want to charge you with” but he clearly never stated why only “because I said so”, “you can’t have this sign on school property”
