These people do not deserve the right to be representative of the people. Throw all of these people out who have no respect for “We the People”. Do these people read polls? It is not a couple of people at a town hall event that are against Obamacare, it is an overwhelming majority of Americans. How out of touch are these people? They have proved they are not fit to serve.
Not to be out done in insulting Americans who are expressing their US Constitutional Rights of Free Speech, Democrat Leader of the Senate calls Town Hall protesters … EVIL-MONGERS!!!
I am all for honest leadership and open government as long as you are not an evil-monger from a town hall protest. And Nancy wanted me to reiterate a Nazi too.
So just to set the record straight, Americans expressing their rights guaranteed under the US Constitution are according to Democrat politician, Nazi’s, crazies, mobsters, political terrorist, Un-American and now … “Evil-Mongers”.
Unbelievable, what are these people thinking? Insulting Americans for being Americans. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid called town hall protesters “evil-mongers” for opposing Obamacare. I wonder if he calls individuals the same that would oppose views that he was against? Hmm.
Town hall protesters are “evil-mongers,” says Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.)
Reid coined the term in a speech to an energy conference in Las Vegas this week and repeated it in an interview with Politics Daily.
Such “evil-mongers” are using “lies, innuendo and rumor,” to drown out rational debate, Reid said.
“It was an original with me,” Reid said of the term. “I maybe could have been less descriptive,” he said, adding that “I doubt you’ll hear it from me again.”

Regardless of your political position on any issue – every single American should be aghast that the very people who were elected to serve then are instead attacking the people and calling them ugly names.
Ask yourself what you would do if someone who you were paying an extremely high salary started calling you names and refused to listen to what you had to say.
I hope every Scared Monkey will consider meeting us in Washington DC on 9/12/2009. There are hotels offering discounts (as little as $129 a night for very nice rooms – The Melrose and several others) and very good airfares (Southwest had a non-stop flight from MO for $59 one way!). While most of us can little afford to spend money in today’s economy, this is extremely important and may affect the outcome of America.
