Barack Obama … The Bipartisan New Hope … No You Aren’t

For all of his hopes about bipartisanship, Barack Obama has the most polarized early job approval ratings of any president in the past four decades. The 61-point partisan gap in opinions about Obama’s job performance is the result of a combination of high Democratic ratings for the president — 88% job approval among Democrats — and relatively low approval ratings among Republicans (27%).

Double Standard: Media was All Over Bill Clinton for his Bow but Not For Barack Obama

A double standard in the main stream media? Say it isn’t so. It is pretty bad in the media when there is an even more selective double standard when reporting on the Democratic party. As Hot Air stated, “when did the unthinkable in 1994 become the unmentionable in 2009”? The answer, when it is any form of criticism of the Chosen One, Barack Obama.

It may not be the first bow ever by a US President; however, it was the first one ignored and not covered by the media. Barack, it must be quite an honor to have more water carried for you by the MSM than Bill Clinton.

Expressing a servile attitude to
a foreign leader is something
Obowma does with aplomb. Understanding
the implications of this salaam may be

‘Dancing with the Tzars’ points for

him a “9″ or better for style. (Vanderbilt – ‘09)

Hot Air reminds us that The New York Times sharply criticized former President Bill Clinton “for a mere inclination of his shoulders towards Japanese Emperor Akihito in 1994.”

It wasn’t a bow, exactly. But Mr. Clinton came close. He inclined his head and shoulders forward, he pressed his hands together. It lasted no longer than a snapshot, but the image on the South Lawn was indelible: an obsequent President, and the Emperor of Japan.

President Obama … 57% Want a Military Response to North Korean Missile Launch

A note to President Barack Obama according to a recent Rasmussen poll, 57% of U.S. Cruise_missile_Tomahawkvoters nationwide favor a military response to eliminate North Korea’s missile launching capability. What is needed when it comes to North Korea and Kim Jung Il is a little less talk and continued useless sanctions from the United Nations and a little more cruise missile diplomacy.

Fifty-seven percent (57%) of U.S. voters nationwide favor a military response to eliminate North Korea’s missile launching capability. The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey shows that just 15% of voters oppose a military response while 28% are not sure.

Support for a military response comes from 66% of Republicans, 52% of Democrats and 54% of those not affiliated with either major political party. There is no gender gap on the issue as a military response is favored by 57% of men and 57% of women.

Interestingly enough as pointed out by The Politico, American voters across lines of age, party and gender support a military approach to eliminate North Korea’s nuclear capabilities.

In other words, 57% actually care about US national security, 15% bow at the alter of the UN and enjoy singing kumbaya and 28% are just plain clueless. Sadly, the left and Obama think that more sanctions by the UN will make the difference. Exactly what part does the LEFT not understand in that North Korea could care less what the UN does.  Barack, Kim Jung Il laughs at your words.

“This provocation underscores the need for action, not just this afternoon at the UN Security Council, but in our determination to prevent the spread of these weapons,” he said. “Rules must be binding, violations must be punished, words must mean something”.

Out of curiosity, where were these 57% during the Presidential Election in November 2008?
