Was US President Bowing to a Saudi King or Did he Drop his Blackberry or was it an iPod?
Suddenly President Obama remembers protocol when it comes to bowing to a Saudi king.
President Barack Obama bowing to a Saudi King? As Rusty states at the Jawa Report, Obama hardly did this when he met the British Queen. Who else finds this just a tad bit troubling? As Hot Air goes on to say, “If this is a bow, it’s more than Elizabeth got when The One met her yesterday.”
Compare that to Obama meeting the Queen. He didn’t bow. Which he shouldn’t. But why bow here and not there?
Michelle Malkin has equally shown her disgust in the past when GWB made similar type gestures to the Saudi’s. However, Obama bow was so low that it begged the question whether he was actually bowing or he had “dropped a contact lens or penny.”
As we have all seen in the past, President Obama is big on “block buster” protocol, even royal protocol. We have figured out the mystery of Obama’s deep bow to a Saudi king. Actually it was Doug Powers … his “theory is that the president was only somewhat stooped over because he was trying to show King Abdullah what was on the iPod he brought over for him as a present”.

Cheeeeeeeeese
I’d bow down & turn around and let him kiss my a$$
This Obama guy works for the American People, at
least on paper (and credit card receipts). He should
be bowing down and groveling before all the productive
taxpayers that are funding his spending spree (loaded
with PORK).
Note: Since America has vast oil reserves that Obama
is thwarting the drilling for, the Saudi Prince should be
bowing down to Barry for insuring our continuing
dependence.
Mabye he put a bomb on his shoe?
Its possible.

Gotta love this one, Red.
I guess we need to enjoy our last remaining months
of freedom of speech.

U.S. Gov’t Seeks Unprecedented Control Over Internet
According to reports, U.S. senators drafted legislation aimed at giving the federal government unprecedented authority over the nation’s critical infrastructure, including the power to shut down or limit traffic on private networks during emergencies.
The draft of the proposed legislation is allegedly intended to establish cyber-security standards to be imposed on both the government and the private sector, including companies providing software, IT work, or other services to networks deemed as ‘critical’ infrastructure, as well as mandating licenses for any and all individuals who administer strategically important networks. Sweden shuts website over cartoon
Sweden has largely avoided the anger Denmark has suffered
The Swedish government has moved to shut down the website of a far-right political party’s newspaper over cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad.
The site’s host, Levonline, pulled the plug on the website of the Swedish Democrats’ SD-Kuriren newspaper after consulting with the government.
It is believed to be the first time a Western government has intervened to block a publication in the growing row.
Kuriren editor Richard Jomshof said the government was breaking the law.
“We have to do something about it. This is illegal. They can’t do this just because we are a small magazine,” he told the BBC News website.
The Swedish Democrats are a small anti-immigrant party with no representatives in parliament, but a few local elected officials.
Jomshof said the newspaper had a print run of about 30,000.
Call for cartoons
He had asked readers to send in their own Muhammad cartoons, but he denies intending to offend Muslims.
His website briefly posted a picture showing Muhammad from the rear, looking into a mirror, with his eyes blacked out – an image he said was about self-censorship. -bbc news

Where does it all end?
Maybe Obama didn’t bow for the King but for the “Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques”.

#6 – that’s a bi-partisan bill that was proposed. President Obama was not involved.
This bi-partisan proposed bill aside, limiting your access to the internet does not equate to a limitation to free speech.
Yoyo… quick, call up Bammy and see if
you can get some of that left over stimulus
money for a down payment on a clean brain.
You need one with a smaller carbon footprint, dude.
Think Green, bruddah!
Yo Yo: Guess you missed the part about being able to shut down *private* networks for the purposes of the government. Freedom of Speech includes freedom of the press – the Internet these days IS the press.
Now let’s go back to the subject matter of the post: O bowing to a Saudi but totally ignoring protocol to bow to the Queen of Britain. I happen to believe that the head of any nation should not bow to another.
While we’re on the subject, how did you like OweBama selling out his nation by calling us arrogant and derisive?
[...] reported the other day on Barack Obama’s two much different bow; one to a Saudi King, the other to the Queen of England. The US main stream media decided [...]
I think he dropped the wooden match that he plans to light the constitution on fire with.
[...] since Barack Obama bowed to Saudi King Abdullah the question has been, did he or didn’t he? Make no mistake about it … Obama bowed. [...]
Barack Obama is a f(edit)ing joke. F(edit)ng idiot!!
