Did Dr. Michael Baden slip up over the weekend during an interview with Geraldo Rivera and reference some information that was supposed to be kept quiet? Linda Kenney-Baden, the wife of Dr. Michael Baden joined Jose Baez and the Caylee Anthony defense team a while back. It is highly likely that Linda Kenney-Baden and her famed forensic doctor husband discuss cases, details and information.

However, how much pillow talk is too much? It would appear that Dr. Baden made a major slip up during the March 14, 2009 Geraldo ‘At Large’ when he stated that Caylee Anthony’s hair had chloroform in it. He was not speculating, nor asking a question. Dr. Baden said it as a statement of fact. Some OTR pillow talk might have just made it to the waiting ears of those following the case of the death of Caylee Anthony.

It is rather ironic that the information came out from Dr. Baden, who obviously has inside information after the Orange County sheriff’s staff was being told to stop leaking details of the case to the media for fear of losing the case. Where are the leaks coming from? Does not appear to be the Sheriff’s office.

Dr. Baden clearly admits that chloroform was found in Caylee’s hair. I am so angry with this finding. I hope this trial is started and ended soon. These lawyers had better not trash the evidence found by the state of Florida. If Casey walks, I will no longer believe in our justice system.
Personally, I think that she left on Father’s Day. It was reported that she had left the house that night in a big huff. The neighbor saw Cindy trying to choke Casey because of a fight she’d had with her father, George. Casey probably took Caylee’s bag from the visit to her Great-Grandfather’s Nursing Home and everything in it… along with any presents that she had bought for her father… and left.
I think she killed her that night and I don’t believe there was chloroform found in her hair. Only the amount that is normally produced through the decomposition process. Unless it was poured over the hair.
This is a red herring, imo.

Remember, the night of the arrest Lee told authorities that the computer was not Casey’s… it was her moms… another thing that she had stolen from her parents. The defense is going to use the story invented by Padilla to try to get 2nd degree manslaughter using an accidental death theory. I believe they ‘think’ they saw her on the 16th… but, she was already gone. You tape a person’s mouth so they can’t SCREAM… and I heard, again, that there was tape around the head.
I don’t know that I believe Dr. Baden in the sense that he’d like to be believed, but we’ll see.
Those Badens are selling themselves to the highest bidder…wonder how that feels and how is that different than the girl on the street?
hope: i think the fight between casey and cindy occurred because casey had stolen a check from hergrandfather’s account, which was accessible only to the nursing home and cindy’s mother. i don’t recall that casey and george had a fight on father’s day. if you recall, cindy’s mother wanted to press charges against casey for the forged check but cindy talked her out of it. perhaps if that had happened, caylee would still be alive. anyway, i wonder if the father’s day balloon came from the nursing home which is where caylee spent her last day alive, visiting her great grandpa and from which that last video came. it is entirely possible there is chloroform in caylee’s hair as i beleive casey had been using it on several occasions to keep her child asleep.
RE: the “choking” incident…it was NOT reported by a neighbor, but by Lee Anthony to police. I read it in the released documents long ago.
what the neighbor reported was hearing “loud voices and vulgar language”.

BUT , BACK TO PATERNITY FOR CAYLEE…HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT OF INTERVIEWING THE PARENTS OF J.O.?..CAN THEY DEMAND A DNA TEST TO DETERMINE IF THEIR SON WAS THE FATHER?..PERHAPS THEY MIGHT BE INCLINED TO FILE A CIVIL CLAIM AGAINST CASEY ( AND CINDY AND GEORGE?) REGARDING THE ” WRONGFUL DEATH” OF CAYLEE?….
I WOULD BE THRILLED TO SEE SOME OF THE MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN ” LISCENSING FEES” GENERATED FROM THE EXPLOITATION OF CAYLEE TAKEN FROM CASEY’S DEFENSE FUND… THANKS…

The Baden’either to SHUT UP need or leave teh case altogether. They are not doing any good by letting out information. Baden the Doc is a loose cannon. WHy is he being allowed to give out highly sensitive information? He is working for Murder mom right? if this information is true, what is it that they plan to defend her with? There is NO NANNY fact proven already…WHo are they gonna blame now Peter Rabbit? I swear they know darn well she is as guilty as the day is long…..You have to admit that is nice to see the HIGH PRICED defense team blowing their own case…….
They are going to claim it was an accident; hence the chloroform in the hair.
Since Caylee’s death has already been determined by Dr. G as a homicide, how can the defense claim it was an accident?

Tis called “a conflict of interest”. Dr. Micheal Baden shouldn’t be involved nor report any forsenics findings in this case.

Dr Baden is not working for the defense just his wife. I think he spoke without thinking when on Geraldo and let the cat out of the bag. Early on in the case he was asked if his wife talks to him about her cases and he said no we never discuss her cases, yeah, right!!!
Since when is it o.k. to shut up a child with chloroform? Even if accidental death, I think your caring Mother doesn’t put a child to sleep this way….craziness and selfishness leading to death is a crime where I live..
I think Dr. Michael Baden spoke the truth before realizing he what he said. He was focused on the Anna Nicole issue being compared to Caylee and being the professional he is, just stated facts. He didn’t stutter or fumble. It came out as a matter of fact. Bet there isn’t much pillow talk going on now. lol
Bum , I totally agree with that. What in the world is going on here. Oh, like, yes I just smothered her with gas her so I should be able to get away with this. This girl has no defense and her lawyer already looks like an idiot. After the prosecution finishes with them they will all be looking at each other LIKE WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED? Bias is clueless and will be even more clueless when this is all finished.
Dr. Baden, Dr. Henry lee, and the wife Linda Kenney Baden got in a mess of trouble out in California. Hiding evidence and telling BIG LIES in the Phil Spector case. I’m in the business and I follow these people and the cases they are involved in. When I see one of them on board! I know somebody’s guilty as HeCK and they have called in the big guns to throw up the smoke and mirrors. They don’t come CHEAP and they don’t speak without some major $$$$$. I hope Dr. Baden let’s out some more info. he did not mis-speak he spoke the facts of the case in which he has first hand knowledge. But again if you are an Anthony your lies are now-mistruths, which is still a damn LIE! misspeak, mistruths, come on! We the PEOPLE are not stupid. Give her the needle and NOW! Does anyone recall that Dr Henry Lee got himself jammed up in the OJ trial? These people are professionals and well educated, but I take issue with anyone who sells his/her expertise for the express purpose of acquitting guilty people! That is not justice and Linda K. Baden needs to have license revoked. They use smoke & mirrors to confuse a jury or at least raise a reasonable doubt based on the deception. So far it seems Ms Baden is focusing on discrediting the experts and not the forensics, which tells me she may have finally met her match in the state of Florida! I am sure it stung when the judge shot her down after she proclaimed to know so much and bragged at what high profile cases she has done. I doubt the judge or prosecutors will let any of the games go on and she is obviously on notice of that after the last court appearance.

IMO it was someone else who searched chloroform. How would a 21 yr old know about chloroform? I think it was George who searched that.
George Anthony knows a lot more! He’s the missing link in this entire case IMO
That is why he’s sending her money in jail. HE has a guily conscience. Think about it: The first time he smelled a dead body , why didnt he call the police? Remember he was a homicide detective…

I am so sorry for the above remarks about little Casey. You are far to bright a gentleman to deserve those remarks.
I know that you are a very busy Forensic Scientist and problem among the best. My husband died four years ago after being taken away from because “I was accused of trying to murder him.” With as few of words as possibly, starting from 1983. My husband had been on prescription drugs for pain since the age of seven years old for Osteomylitis, and a bone graft. I married him anyway, 1986 he had a stroke, 1990 a heart attack, multiple stents, finally trip by-pass, total bleed out from the steroids of the by pass surgery, more stents,finally renal failure the last 2 1/2 years he was on dialysis 3 times a week for four hour each time. His daughters that I was told by his parents and himself, because he was sterile from the massive dosage of steriods from the bone cancer and grafts, took my husband away from me after almost 23 years of marriage. They were never there to help,or to come visit. My husband had been a funeral director and we had a funeral home in Riverview, FL. He was very good friends with Dr. Feegle, but I can not fine anything about him. Twenty three hours after the last Court Proceeding that DCF had cleared me and my husband had stated that he had not walk in months and could not stand on his own. He had a strange accident, he fell from a standing position or the other story is that he slipped off the bed tapping his head ever so lightly on his walker. One daughter ran our of the Court room the other grabbed my husband in his wheel chair and also ran.
Right now, I have called the Hillsborough County Medical Examiner’s Office and they refuse to get involved. I have a strong feeling that my husband was murdered, He had two perfect hand prints on his chest, brising on his arms where he must have been picked up. What looks like broken nose and the left eye is very blue underneath and a blue bruise over the same eye. They is another bruise on his stomach area. He has a blue colored bruise on the back of his head.
He was taken from the Dialysis Unit a non breather and DOA at University Hospital in Tampa.
He had a Acute Subdural Hematoma, he was placed on Life Support and Brain Surgery was done twice. He was have one seizure after another when they finally decided to dicontinue Life Support. But DID NOT WANT HIM TO GO TO THE MEDICAL EXAMINER’S OFFICE. I was given my husband and the funeral director on staff embalmed him and we interred him the same day. I was arrested for Illegally Burying my husband. It has cost me a total of $65,000.00 just for the two defense cases.
Bottom line, I need help badly and do not know where to turn. I have no money as we have been doing one deposition after another for the Wrongful Death. I guess you might say, I am begging you to please help me. My husband died with any remorse, not to mention his dignity. If you have and answer for me, please contact me. I have pictures and I worked with my husband and I know a dead human body dose not bruise.
