What type of person writes “I have no regrets” after their child goes missing? Maybe a guilty one.
Five days after 2 year old Caylee Anthony went missing and was last seen, tot mom Casey Anthony wrote the following entry in her journal. Think this is not going to be a prosecution exhibit in the capital murder trial of Casey Anthony? What is that hisses sound? It’s the slow leak from the Casey Anthony Defense team tire.
“I have no regrets, just a bit worried,” Anthony wrote in a journal entry dated June 21. “I completely trust my own judgment I know that I made the right decision. I just hope that the end justifies the means.”
“This is the happiest that I have been in a very long time.”
What are the odds that today Casey Anthony regrets writing that she had no regrets in her journal?
There is an age old adage that states, do not write anything that you do not want to show up in court. Casey Anthony should have taken that advice. In the journal entry written after Caylee Anthony went missing, “I have no regrets,” may just be regretted after all by Casey Anthony, Jose Baez and the rest of the defense team. The information was released in the most recent 1000 page document dump.
To make matters worse for Casey Anthony, the docs show that many of the items found at the crime scene such as the duct tape have direct ties back to the home of Cindy and George Anthony of which docs pointed out “NO fingerprints were found on the duct tape belonging to George, Cindy or Lee Anthony”.
So if items found at the crime scene match items in the Anthony home, Zanny the Nanny has never been in the Anthony home and all members of Anthony family’s finger prints were not found on duct tape … Who does that leave left?
So Casey Anthony has no regrets days after Caylee Anthony was never seen from again. That’s convenient, as I hope she also has no regrets when a fury finds her guilty and puts her in prison for life or a well placed needle instead. Casey Anthony then went on to write that, I just hope that the end justifies the means.” Attorney Baez, try explaining that one away from a jury. Days after Caylee has disappeared and one would think that a mother would be in shock, searching desperately and worried about the life of their missing child, Casey Anthony writes … “This is the happiest that I have been in a very long time.”

This story is incredibly heartbreaking. I will never understand, much like most others, how something like this could happen. … And the journal entry.. sickening! Thank God Caylee is now playing with the angels.. no more pain, madness, or sickness!

Sounds like a case of “delayed abortion”.
Tragic because there are a lot of families who would have loved that little girl, but adoption was out of the question.
Last summer, the movie, “LaVie En Rose” was a popular hit. The film is about the life of Edith Piaf, a singing sensation during the WW2 era, lost a young daughter to illness, and later in life made the song famous, “I Have No Regrets”.
Would be interesting to know if Casey went to saw that movie one afternoon while “Zenaida Gonzales” was babysitting Caylee…
Frankly, I think Casey wanted her life back.
She wanted to press the “do over” button and return to be a young, beautiful, childless woman with hope for a future. She didn’t want to be the “single mom” in the crowd anymore.
She rid herself of that burden in favor of a “new” and “better” life for herself.
TRAGIC.
I can only pray that little Caylee was NOT awake when that idiot did whatever she did to Caylee. Can you imagine that baby, if she was awake, looking into her dreadful mothers eyes and scared to death asking “why”. It brings a major lump to my throat and tears to my eyes.

PLEASE. The page has ’03 printed in the upper left corner in the same red ink as the rest of the writing. And just as important, to me at least, is I can’t imagine Casey lounging in her room in the Anthony home on THAT Saturday in 2008.
She was trying to AVIOD her family at that time. Although she was at the house at times, during that period, she was there when she could assume that her parents were at work.
Do not get me wrong – I am no lover of this terrible young woman and there is abundant evidence she killed her daughter. But this journal page was most likely written in ’03 about some bad “end justifying means” deed which made her happy.
why have you not addressed the “03 in the top left hand corner of the diary. Is this an old journal? Did she tear out old pages and start new this year? No matter how we feel about her, this should not be ignored.

SM: It’s been addressed by several of the analysts on TV. The answer is Casey would have been 17 and not even graduated form HS if it was 2003. The handwriting style matches Caseys from 2008 not 2003. (klaasend)
There is a date of ’03 on the previous page. This could be in reference to just about anything. News agencies reporting that this is not from June 08.
If there is a way to ensure that it was Jun ’08 then it is very damning just like all of the other evidence she left behind. Almost like she wanted people to know that it was she who did the thing.
I am sure the FBI checked the book thoroughly and they are linking the page to 2008 and not 2003 as evidence…

Everything Casey did was incriminating… The defense will loose this case… Casey is guilty.
i can’t imagine what happened to that poor little darling either. that diary entry looks to have been written in the same color as the 03 on the left side. im sure the defendants are going to say something about this.
Have we found out for sure when this entry was written? The inside cover of the journal says ’03. Has is been said if she actually wrote this in June of ’08? Baez has disputed this journal for these exact reasons.

I love the amount of evidence that they have assembled… there is so much, that the lawyers

The Anthony’s didn’t want Caylee to be found… pure and simple. We should give them the ‘Grand Parent of the Year’ award, as well… and someone, at one time, stood up for them and said they were your average middle class family.
Amazing that people, still, think that class comes with what neighborhood you live in… and are naive enough to think that middle-class people don’t commit terrible crimes or cover up for those that do. All we needed was a hero… and, even though Tim Miller didn’t find her, God interceded. Everybody has a tremendous amount of respect for Tim and, if he had of let that area be searched, Caylee may have been crushed. No doubt, he believes in a higher power, too.

The full article tells how casey the tot killer,doubled over two times when the news came on that caylee’s remains had been identified she asked for meds.
Sympathy for this monster not hardly more like PITY that such horriable things could be and were done to that child by this sick,sick family.

#20: I have thought from the very beginning that George could be Caylee’s father. There was so much obvious hatred and jealousy between Cindy and Casey. Cindy was in denial about the pregnancy and Casey didn’t tell her mother she was pregnant until she was 7 months along. George and Cindy were separated for quite some time, they’ve said it was because of George’s poor gambling habit. This family was/is so dysfunctional, I wouldn’t discount any ideas at this point. I heard more docs will be dumped next week, including perhaps the videotaped reaction of Casey when told the remains were positively identified as those of Caylee.
Maybe they have all been afraid of the evil that exists within Casey, that’s why she has always gotten her own way…we know what she is capable of….in the video at the jail when she is talking with Geo and Cindy she showed her fists and got a maddening look on her face….
Whichever, if Lee or Cindy sent that e-mail about Tim Miller they need to be taken out to the back 40…what hateful and disrespectful P’OS….

If anything, the diary only shows Casey’s thought process and “state of mind”. I agree, so many references to herself as any Psychiopath would continue to have…you know—-it’s Casey’s world…others just live in it.
By now, clearly Baez & Co. are shaking in their boots with all the Forensic analyis & evidence that is going to nail that little Murderer’s Ass!
In a way, even though I agree that Cindy especially impeded the investigation, I am glad to see LE backing off the Anthony’s and concentrating on one thing—-finding Casey guilty.
Cindy Anthony has to live with her denials, lies & accusations for the rest of her life. She has lost 2 family members indeed…and the writing is on the wall– George will bail again. That is her punishment right there, so pretty worthy of her manipulative ways…wouldn’t one think?

The morning that an Orange County meter read discovered the skeletal remains of Caylee Marie Anthony, corrections officers recorded her mother’s reaction to the news.
Sources told the Orlando Sentinel that deputies asked that Casey Anthony’s reaction be videotaped and closely observed.
The 22-year-old murder suspect doubled over a few times, began hyperventilating and asked for medication after the news was delivered that a child’s remains had been found just blocks from her family’s home. At that time no one knew whose bones were in the woods at the end of Suburban Drive.
Anthony began rocking back and forth and was visibly upset, according to the source.

They cannot prove it was written in 08, but it does look like pages have been torn off. I’m sure Cindy went through that diary, and did the same thing she did with those pants she found in the car, she most likely got rid of them.

Can’t agree with you more, Eddie Blue!~ I’m sorry-while I consider myself to be a good Christian woman—-even the Bible says,
AN EYE FOR AN EYE! Also tired of our tax dollars paying for years and years of these hideous killers sitting in prison on Death Row…I’d rather have more of our dollars going to the truly homeless. Why can’t the entire Appeal Process for these types of cases be shortened, and these certain gruesome individuals meet their fate sooner than later?
If casey spends years on death row, she gets better treatment from the prison system and actually more privileges, in some ways. Let’s get her found guilty and throw away the key. This sociopath is thriving on the attention she is getting now. And yes, if Baez still thinks his client is innocent, why doesn’t he say: this was an unbelievably horrible act: let’s find the killer? His words tell us he knows who the killer is.
Casey, you need to be punished and you will be. you will have to face God and tell him why you did this to your beautiful 3 year old daughter that did nothing to you. you handle your own problems, dont take them out on a innocent child. She was beautiful and you knew exactly what you were doing to her your family and the community. It breaks my heart to look at Caylee’s goregous face and not know what she was put through. caylee, may angels lead you in.

As tragic as it is to know that she may have suffered the comforting part is that it will never happen again.
Jesus loves the little children he knows they are innocent vulnerable babies. Caylee is in a much safe and loved inviroment.
Can you imagine the years that are spared from her of anguish and abuse. Jesus took her home before her suffering could be prolonged.
She is loved by many of us and will forever be in our hearts. Each night as I lay my head to sleep I think of her up there in heaven… so at peace and happy chasing lambs, butterflies in all her innocense playing with children like her.

This story has sickened me so much. Now that I have a daughter, I just cannot see how a parent can bring harm to thier own flesh and blood. Some kind of monster this person must be ya know? Poor kid. I hope she was asleep when the monster mother took the girls life.
what a terrible thing that has happened to a beautiful little girl…. “Zanny the nanny” as I have felt from the beginning, is obviously Casey giving that little baby Zanax to keep her asleep, so she can party. So selfish and sick. What I do not understand, is this……… If baby caylee lived with cindy, why did she let her daughter take that baby out that night @ midnight after their fight? after she choked casey out for stealing money? Obviously that was the last night of that little angels life………. Cindy also never saw that baby’s face for a whole 31 days following the argument, and both her and George lied about when the last time they saw her was (that is why they are seeking amunity) She was so eager to call the cops after 31 days, why not so eager @ midnight when your irresponsible single mother, selfish, lying , stealing daughter tries to rip your grandaughter out of her bed @ midnight? the same little girl you know she can NOT take care of, that little girl you know is neglected by her mother(cindy’s own daughter, maybe she wanted a second chance @ motherhood, Lord knows she messed up the first time)….. nothing adds up, this family has a lot of secrets, I actually feel a little bad for Casey now, she is very young, and obviously comes from a very messed up family environment, who is caylee’s dad?? there are not EVER bad children……. only bad parents….. y’all might want to slow your rolls. that diary entry could have been about anything. if it was when she was 17(2003) then it could’ve been about her finally losing her “gift” or it could be that she was happy and don’t regret her decision to channge shchools. we don’t kknow. that is the most open piece of evidence agianst her. besides, she is a grownn woman. with a two-year-old daughter. when would she have time to write in a journal . think about all the evidence. we only know what the very BIASED Orange County Police Department wants us to know. well in regards to the 03 thing if she was 17 then and this was written then wouldn’t she have been pregnant with the kid then so maybe this entry was in regards to deciding to keep the baby. possible but I don’t think so, I know she killed her kid and I believe she is guilty as heck but is the entry 1000% fool-proof is this really solid evidence when looked at without prior assumption that it is a confession of sorts?
