Howard Hughes will took years, but turned out wonderful…
Dana next time please, ask Jacque Hollander how many wills were filed with the court? Did she file his last will with the court? Or next to last? Will she manage the trust? How much of Mr Brown’s money does she get?
James Brown willed his money to a trust. Thats the whole problem. He should have set up a living trust. Jacque Hollander messed up.
Anyone can challenge a will.
Too many blood relatives! How many wills did he leave when he died? Probably more than one will involved? Did he change his will weekly?
