Rush Limbaugh Calls it a Democratic “Porkulus” plan

I believe the wrong kind is precisely what President Barack Obama has proposed. I don’t believe his is a “stimulus plan” at all — I don’t think it stimulates anything but the Democratic Party. This “porkulus” bill is designed to repair the Democratic Party’s power losses from the 1990s forward, and to cement the party’s majority power for decades.

Notwithstanding the media blitz in support of the Obama stimulus plan, most Americans, according to a new Rasmussen poll, are skeptical. Rasmussen finds that 59% fear that Congress and the president will increase government spending too much. Only 17% worry they will cut taxes too much. Since the American people are not certain that the Obama stimulus plan is the way to go, it seems to me there’s an opportunity for genuine compromise. At the same time, we can garner evidence on how to deal with future recessions, so every occurrence will no longer become a matter of partisan debate.

Dana, Iam afraid free speech is going to die in America. Rush Limbaugh has become the biggest threat to the democratic party. President Obama should have never mentioned Rush’s name.
It showed Rush had really gotten to him.

I listened to Rush for the first time in years, yesterday. Why because the Democratic s say he is the big bad wolf.

As Rush told his listeners he is going on vacation, I could hear him tapping his hands near the microphone, he was nervous.

Freedom of speech is a wonderful thing, it has made Rush rich, and famous.
Rush has dangerous enemies after him.
I predict he will be off the air in six months.
Why? The truth hurts. Also because the Republicans in Congress did not vote for the $819B fiscal recovery package.

Well, you see what happened when Joe the Plumber asked a questions. Imagine what could happen to Rush Limbaugh by being the voice of the Republicans and questioning “the chosen one”

Don’t the democrats have anything better to do??

      Like run the country, perhaps.

obama, pelosi, and reid don’t want the public to know what they’re really doing because that would make it harder to blame the repubs. when the stuff hits the fan. i do not understand why the repubs haven’t made a concerted effort to make sure the public is informed of the democrats snafus as they occur and document them to such an extent that the dems. can deny responsibility.

For fun, let’s assume the Republican Party
has been infiltrated by a bunch of ‘progressives’
willing to pose as ‘conservatives’. These RINO
guys swallow their real affiliation with the Left
and drag their feet on support for appropriate
      conservative principles. Hollywood (liars-for-a-
      living) crowd would be proud.

True Conservatives are not prone to the tepid
attitudes of these impostors. Voting fakers out
is the only solution. Vigorous Conservatives
      only need apply.

      you please!

Why do right wingers take Limbaugh seriously? It boggles the mind. Limbaugh is an entertainer, not a conservative. Limbaugh himself made that point in a profile in the New York Times Magazine on 7/6/2008. Here’s the quote in which Limbaugh describes how he came to own all the expensive stuff he has accumulated over the years:

“Do you know what bought me all this?” he asked, waving his hand in the general direction of his prosperity. “Not my political ideas. Conservatism didn’t buy this house. First and foremost I’m a businessman. My first goal is to attract the largest possible audience so I can charge confiscatory ad rates. I happen to have great entertainment skills, but that enables me to sell airtime.”

He’s scamming you, yet it’s lapped up like a puppy dog. lol.

Rush Limbaugh can be hard to take. There have been spells when I’ve not listened to him of months, but the guy does know how to hit the nail on the head, and like a bottle of wine, he has gotten better with time.

I have little more than just a casual interest in economics, but I do understand it. I was one of the few who survived Dr. Caulks, and Phil Gramm’s economics class at Texas A&M with an A, and from that perspective I can tell you Rush Limbaugh can make economics more understandable, and more tangible than Dr. Chalk or Dr. Phil Gramm ever could, and he doesn’t give multiple, multiple test (someone may know what I’m talking about.)

Rush gets carried away often, but it is so refreshing to hear someone with true courage. Obama knows he has a strong opponent in Rush, and of course the wants to hush Rush. After all, how can he rule the roost if he has intelligent opposition?

Leave Rush alone. Of course he wants Obama to fail, if by succeeding Obama destroys our country. Doesn’t everyone?

The area I live in is so conservative, that I have meet only one person since the election who voted for Obama, and the dumb-ass works for me. He’s just a kid, his first time to vote.

I told him that when my taxes go up, I’m going to have to fire some folks, and he will be the first to go since he voted for Obama. He looked so hurt, I had to tell him I was only kidding (or am I). I really don’t like to discourage young kids. He’ll have to live through this life lesson.

I think as time goes on, it will be harder and harder to find someone who voted for Obama. Maybe I’m wrong, maybe they will take us all out and hang us if we refuse to take the “Mark”.

In their process of foisting an Oligarchy on
America, those folks behind and in front of
the scenes don’t want dissenting voices and
contrary concepts to impede their control.
Christianity teaches freedom of the individual,
so it must be sidelined. Eliminating talk radio
hosts if they point out the failings and future
of Oligarchies is high on the list of stifling
opposition and education. Guns and bullets
threaten would-be slave masters so legislate
      gun confiscation and ammunition ownership.
Private Enterprise of free peoples must be quashed
in favor of Big Brother’s ‘benevolent’ rule.
People who would be King must remove every
vestige of resistance even if by force.

How do I know the Little Red Book tells me so!

You might be a right–winger if—have a business or two.

You might be a right–winger if–you ever disagreed with your political science teacher in college.

You might be a right–winger if you never smoked weed or experimented with hallucinogenic drugs.

You might be a right–winger if you paid for you own lunch at school.

You might be a right-winger if you think the second amendment is the second most important amendment to the Constitution.

You might be an ultra right wing nut case if you only vote once (that’s 1 time) during an election.

If you pay taxes, check the label on your underwear. It might read, “These shorts belong to a right-winger”.

If you are puzzled as to why our medical schools are filled with non-Americans, and you can’t pronounce the name of half the doctors in the phone book, you might be a right-winger.

Obama makes himself look PATHETIC by his attack on Rush, if the President has nothing more important on his mind than a radio talk show host then GOD HELP US ALL!!
