The prosecutors office in the Casey/Caylee Anthony case have filed a motion trying to limit the pictures and images of Caylee Anthony over concerns that they would be sold and published. The images in question are that of the remains recently discovered of Caylee Anthony which include x-rays and photos of her body, which were supposed to be delivered to the defense under a court order. Selling Caylee’s images, how disgusting. However, one might ponder exactly how the high priced Casey Anthony Legal Dream Team is being paid. Are they really doing this all pro bono? Selling pics of Caylee to the highest bidder would certainly cover their expenses.
The discs include X-rays and photos of her body, which were supposed to be delivered to the defense under a court’s order. But in a new motion, the Orange-Osceola State Attorney’s Office said it has concerns that the images will be reproduced and sold, according to WESH 2 reporter Bob Kealing.
In this motion, the state argues that substantial licensing fees have been paid for pictures and video of Caylee taken while she was alive. That is why prosecutors want the judge to place special restrictions on digitized images of the remains before they hand them over to attorney Jose Baez and his defense team.
In court documents prosecutors say they have three discs ready to hand over, but they want the judge to order Baez not to reproduce those images in any way. They also want restrictions placed on whom Baez can show the images.
In a motion filed Tuesday, the state asked Strickland to limit what Baez can do with the three discs to be released. Selling Caylee’s pics for large sums of money, could this get any more grotesque?
“It has been widely reported that the major media outlets have paid substantial sums of money for ‘licensing fees’ for photographs and videos of Caylee Marie Anthony depicting her image while she was still alive,” Assistant State Attorney Linda Drane Burdick wrote in the motion.
“It is imperative that this court take steps to prevent any image of her remains from being used for commercial gain. This request is not to suggest or infer that defense counsel will engage in such conduct.”

Mark Klass was on Nancy Gross a few weeks ago-he said the only honest, decent thing that’s been said about the whole situation-that the whole family’s reaction to this all along has been disgusting and dysfunctional-the police,leaking jail tapes. all of us (me, too) hanging on for every detail.
They know she did it, they know she drove around with that baby’s body in her trunk for days.
I don’t doubt the body’s been moved like a sick chess piece by her sicker family-I have no pity for them.
All I want to know is when are they going to give this poor baby a decent Christian funeral-instead of hanging around the funeral home like a batch of dogs waiting for scraps-why doesn’t Nancy Gross send the funeral home money for a decent burial? For God’s sake don’t send it to the family-they’ll go to Hawaii to check out a sighting of a child they knew all along was dead. Instead, they wait to see who’ll bid the highest for the bones.
A few lynchings are in order-is it lost on anyone that she died horribly, that animals have feasted on her remains, that people she loved aren’t concerned about any decency for her-I wouldn’t treat a dog this way.

There are some sick people in this world. This poor child never had a chance at life, her family didn’t give a dam about her. Their only concern is not looking bad in the public eye. I think it is obvious that the Anthony’s are crazy. I think she wasn’t reported missing for a month because everyone was busy rehearsing their lines. If you remember in Lee’s deposition he said when his mother found out about Caylee’s disappearance she asked “who TOOK her?” why didn’t she say “what HAPPENED!” And another thing why didn’t the meter reader check the bag the first 2 times he saw it instead of the 3rd time? I wonder if Casey was working anywhere when Caylee was born, and if not who paid for the med. bills? Maybe something on insurance forms or medical card forms could be traced to a father. If she thought the father was deceased why didn’t she apply for S.S.? Has any hotel cameras or records been checked? After all she liked to mess around. And why would someone take all these pictures of her partying when Caylee was missing? Why not before? Casey and her family are apparently into alot of illegal things.

I also applaud Nancy Grace’s coverage; but she’s not the only show providing coverage for Caylee. Smart move to get rid of Padilla; there’s something creepy about him… imo.
I hope they put the death penalty back on the table. If there were ever a case to exercise the death penalty, in cases where babies are killed by their mothers, it’s this one! Imagine, sitting in jail with magazines and all the junk food she wants, not a care in the world… Casey thinks she’s died and gone to heaven! I’m not sure about Florida. I believe there is a client privilege that keeps him exempt from being charged. However, I believe he would be committing a crime if he entered into a contract to sell a child’s bones or pictures of her bones to pay for the defense of his client. If not, there should be.
What had me concerned was the part where they were using tax exempt money to pay their attorneys for advice, hiring P.I.’s, as well as other expenses.
Casey is not a tax-exempt entity Problem is all the money that was paid in cash wouldn’t have to be claimed.
That’s a scam to use public donations to pay for legal fees and expenses in defense of a criminal crime against the State. In my opinion, it would be racketeering, fraud, fund co-mingling, conspiracy to defraud and a host of other crimes, including tax evasion.

Racketeering, especially, if they knew where Caylee was the whole time. Which is my guess, considering the chloroform, the fertilizer, hair in the back of the car, etc. I see George and Cindy going to jail. I wonder if they’ll order pom-poms?

From OTR my impression is that the Grandparents agree with the prosecution regarding photos etc, its Baez who is against this!! it would be beyond DISGUSTING if the material was made public but with the internet etc?????
The reasons for this theatre.
Madeleine McCann went missing and was abducted in Portugal last spring in May. The tabloid newspaper pledged and stilll does 2 million dollars or 1 million pounds as the exchange rate has changed for a live child handed in, or knowledge of her wherebouts. Now Padilla bounty Hunter go for the money on this case.
But the fund that raised independantly over two million pounds to find Madeleine was used to find her independantly by her parents and the trustees. It is and was above board.
However in the summer, a mother on a council estate called in her daughter missing and the reward for UK hand in was 50 thousand pounds, and a fund again set up independantly by the locals. Turns out the mother and her boyfriends uncle kidnapped her for the ransom money as it is.
Some other cases worldwide have come from this method of making money from the case of Missing Madeleine due to the two large cashs sums on offer that are strictly controlled. No one can ask for the reward for a dead child and no one can escape vetting for the money.
As in Shasta Groene, the waitress rightly handing in a live girl as to agency had the reward. Great public servant. Live child, astute worker.
Kronk, the meter man handed in part of a dead child and so he should get the reward and public service medal as he did what none of us want to do when seeing flies invade a parcel and know it is not a dead dog or cat. It had to have had personal items near it or poking out of it to denote that fear factor.
It is my view that this tale is of exploitation and if they look at the computer they will see that someone contacted this charity or the family to see how it worked, or looked at other cases of child abduction and reward fees.
Due to the time of Caylee’s being missing it allowed the reward vehicle in the media to grow to frenzy levels and hence it the big casino cash machine of emotion on paypal. The longer she was missing and not found dead the longer some sinister persons could use Caylee knowing how much the media would shell out and the public.
Caylee had to have been hidden till this reached the proportions, and then suddenly found. Problem, these persons are unstable and have set the agenda as a storyline that got out of hand. She dies, perhaps suffocates. No hand out from the media. Caylee has to be kept and Casey is to make up the story to make it seem she is still alive and is showing this in statements to the brother. In my view a sinister gang, of perhaps child molesters or deviant psychopathic identities did this.
The fact that she was said to be missing and the reward and behaviours indicate someone tried to gain from another families loss and their pain in this. I knew this would happen when I told the media of giving a million pounds, two million dollars as a reward for information on where this child was in the US and worldwide.
Come on Padilla, go find Madeleine and take the money, she is alive. You fly anywhere I know. Tim Miller could do this with his eyes shut and one hand tied behind his back.
Go find this little girl and others missing who are really missing. Not hidden to get maximum publicity.

If you watched NG last night; the anthonys had a meeting with prosecutors; new speculation the PI that was working for the anthony’s alledgedly found the remains of that precious little angel in Novemeber, there was also intimation that Roy Kronk the meter reader, was tipped off by someone from jail (tot-mom, aka psycho-mom)how bizarre! Why doesn’t she just confess, put an end to this nightmare and put that precious little girl to rest!!!

I think Baez will use incest as part of his defense. I also think Baez will announce paternity & will set the court room abuzz to also establish incest. Baez is sneaky & can’t be trusted. Mark my words, he will try to frame Caylee’s murder on Cindy or Lee and say that Casey was innocent because of the psychological abuse suffered by incest to establish doubt. Baez will say that Cindy/Lee set up Casey by dumping the body in her favorite childhood hideaway – thus leading the police to Casey. Then Baez will say that Cindy/Lee had their private detective find someone to “locate” the body. The video leaked of the private detective in the spot where Caylee’s body was eventually found will be enough to establish credibility. This is why Cindy wants immunity & Lee disappeared for some time before moving back home with Mom & Dad so Cindy could control him. I think Cindy’s lawyer knows Baez will try to pin this on them – they don’t visit Casey & will maintain distance until they get immunity. If they aren’t granted immunity, Cindy/Lee/George will hang Casey out to dry to save themselves. Meanwhile, Baez will sell photos and anything he can of the deceased little girl to make a buck. Baez picked the right profession defending the worst in America.
One last note, I personally hope Cindy & Lee do jail time & I hope Casey spends life in prision mixed in with the general population – not protected like she is now. I think Cindy is incredibly evil – if she would have allowed Casey to give up Caylee to a normal, loving family – that little girl would still be here today. Cindy is sick, twisted and in need of a mental institution STAT. Cindy made Casey into the horrific person she is today.
