Israel Troop Begin Ground Assault in Gaza … Scared Monkeys Radio to Interview Walid Shoebat Tonight at 9

It was only a matter of time that the ground attach would commence. After a week of air strikes, Israel moved into Gaza after dark tonight, as Israeli officials promised a “lengthy operation:” The ground assault has begun. Ynet reports, IDF artillery targets Gaza.

Do not miss the Dana Pretzer Show tonight at 9 pm ET as he will be interviewing Wailid Shoebat on Scared Monkeys radio.

Driven by a deep passion to heal his own soul, and to bring the truth about the Jews and Israel to the world, Walid shed his former life and his work as a software engineer and set out to tirelessly bring the cause of Israel to tens of thousands of people throughout the world: churches and synagogues, civic groups, government leaders and media.

Israeli forces bisect Gaza, surround biggest city

GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip – Israeli ground troops and tanks cut swaths through the Gaza Strip early Sunday, cutting the coastal territory into two and surrounding its biggest city as the new phase of a devastating offensive against Hamas militants gained momentum.

The military used overwhelming firepower from tanks, artillery and aircraft to protect the advancing soldiers, and Gaza officials said at least 31 civilians were killed in the onslaught. The military said troops killed several dozen militants, but Gaza officials could confirm only four dead — in part because rescue teams could not reach the battle zones.

As reported at The Jawa Report, Arabs demanded UN Call for an Immediate Ceasefire, and US blocked the resolution. (Video)

Personally, I don’t blame Israel for going into Gaza.

HAMAS started the latest rounds of attacks on Israel by firing rockets into southern Israel.

Why? What did/does HAMAS hope to accomplish with their senseless, terrorist attacks against Israel??

Israel has the RIGHT to defend itself!!!!

GODSPEED, ISRAEL!! Kick HAMAS out of Gaza, leaving no stone unturned!

God bless and be with the innocent people who are being thrown into harms way, thanks to HAMAS.

Israel may not employ the best tactics but what else are they supposed to do. … Sit idle while Iran & Syria creep ever closer.

MSM is heavily anti Israel in my opinion. Little is said of the smuggling and manufacture of arms; and the Hamas militants that persist at annoying Israel. I think Israel also lost in the popularity polls, but made their point in 2006 when Israel dealt Hezbulah in Lebanon a similar blow.

Sometimes I think its just all about the war machines and the Militaries. It seems to keep economies going when times are bad. This region has been a hot spot between the Zionists and the Palestinians going on 100 years. I hope when the dust settles in this most recent of conflicts that there will be a lasting peace. Or does Armageddon begin here????

From the looks of the video, the Dutch
are overrun with Islamic ‘citizens’. Wonder
what percentage of these folks are Hamas
      supporters? Socialists are not expected
to be responsible/moral people looking out
for what’s right in the world.

    4. GR on January 4th, 2009 3:49 pm

It is time to stop these islamic jihadists from any more indescriminate killing…. 99% of the world conflicts are due to these people.. we will NEVER have peace or, as it seems most people want, a “one world order” with these crazed people around… Better take a look around your own neighborhood ..!!! Guess who’s comming to dinner! Locked and loaded out

It isn’t only the Dutch who have ongoing problems with their muslim immigrants.

France has just accepted as a fact of life that hundreds of cars are set on fire daily. There were over 1,100 set on fire New Year’s Eve. 43,000 cars torched in 2007!

“France’s poor high-immigrant suburbs exploded into rioting in 2005 and there have been outbreaks of violence and simmering tensions ever since.

The areas are home to rundown housing estates where unemployment runs high and young descendants of African and Arab immigrants say they feel left out of mainstream French society.”

Ask most Britains about their recent and current problems with muslims. Or, read their newspapers. You will get an earful.

Then, go ask Belgians how they really feel about the wave of muslims complaining constantly about not being accommodated to their satisfaction.

It goes on and on and on.

So good to see the Diversity-ists showing respect for others’ beliefs and traditions in the country they’ve chosen to call “home”…

      Betty:

I think we need to learn to live, peacefully,
among one another and the first person this
needs to start with is the ‘me’ that exists
in each and every one of us. Diversity and
Tolerance are not dirty words, but rather,
words that are used to stir up the humanity
in all of us. No matter what religion we are,
no matter what color we are, we all love our
children and should come to be peacemakers, not
      war mongers.

Two wrongs, don’t make a right. IMO, it was
wrong to move the Jews back to the Middle East,
to begin with. Now, I suppose, we have to come
to correct our mistake and that doesn’t mean that
we have to blindly support Israel, either.

Bias is as bad as prejudice.

My dear sweet “Hope”, your naivete in the process of world politics is both amazing as well as amusing.

Israel is an ally of ours regardless of your hidden disdain of her(I catch it.). She is a democratic nation in the Mideast and deserving of our protection.

All I stated to bring forth your incoherent post was, and I quote:

“With a motto of “Never forget”, Israel will take whatever measures necessary to ensure the survival of the country and her citizens, and rightfully so.”

      I said it again.

I have no malice for any people, regardless of race, religion or creed, that desire to live in peace, but I find it intolerable to be baraged daily with missles from Hamas WHILE THERE WAS A CEASEFIRE and then hide behind the citizenry.

By the by, the citizens of Gaza were informed through leaflets that this incursion would indeed occur.

Israel is a sovereign nation and as such has that right to maintain its national security.

God bless you, Hope, and sleep tight.

    14. HOPE on January 4th, 2009 11:18 pm

      Sweet, Jay Zee:

Nor did I say you had malice, but do you have bias?

      .

      Sovereign Nation?

There is only one Sovereign Nation, and that is the one that rules in Heaven. Sovereign means ruled by God. How can a country that is ruled by man, as a democratic society, call itself a ‘Sovereign’ nation?

The Bible says that man will rule man to his own injury. Look around… is this God’s world we live in? People starving, being trafficked, murdered, molested, bombed, killed at war, dissected and mutilated all in the name of god? Not, hardly. The ‘Sovereign Nation’ that YOU speak of can’t, even, make peace with its’ own neighbors. Much less, turn the other cheek!

    20. Laars on January 5th, 2009 4:00 am

Intifada is not by definition a violent protest, It can also be about civil disobedience and peaceful protest

It is often used as a term for popular resistance to oppression

The apartheid church state of Israel owns and operates the USA. They control a large part of the media and congress, as well as the Fed, National Security Agency, Pentagon, and have offices in the Justice Department. Using USA technology and weaponry Israel can bomb, kill, rape and plunder at it’s pleasure under the protection of the USA. Ultimately it is the USA that is the criminal for allowing this evel church state to murder and destroy at will.

No wonder the people of the world are so disgusted. The worst day’s slaughter in 40 – 60 years in Gaza, virtually unprovoked, especially given that the people of Gaza have suffered far more from the crimes of the israeli government than the people of southern Israel have suffered from the ‘rocket’ attacks.

Gaza has been under siege all through the ceasefire by the criminal Israeli government and hundreds of Gazans have died as a result. The entire population has gone without proper electricity, food supplies, medicines, a people reduced to the brink of starvation at the hands of a criminal murderous regime in israel that has systematically brainwashed its citizens into going along with and often applauding these terrible crimes.

In 3 years, 5000 rockets have been fired by Hamas and killed 16 people, yet in 3 days 400 missiles/bombs have been fired by Israel, killing 320 people and wounding nearly 1500, I ask you, who is the terrorist organisation??

END THE CRIMINAL SIEGE OF GAZA

      FREE PALESTINE!!!!!

Israeli response to their 1 civilian killed by a home-made crude missile lobbed into Israel is to kill 300 Palastinians…… And do you know what? They actualy believe more should die in retaliation. I call that unjust, a war crime ans fucking

      GENOCIDE!!!!!

    22. Susan on January 5th, 2009 8:25 am

According to the Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary, the word “sovereign” does not mean “ruled by God”.

      The definitions are listed below:

1 obsolete: supreme excellence or an example of it

2 a: supreme power especially over a body politic

b: freedom from external control: autonomy

      c: controlling influence

3: one that is sovereign ; especially : an autonomous state

Hope, do you have something against the Jews, “God’s Chosen People”???

    23. Rusty Bridges on January 5th, 2009 8:53 am

      Kay Zee Ess, you seem to be in great company. This is the Pres. of the Chech Republic;
“Let us realize one thing: Hamas increased steeply the number of rockets fired at Israel since the ceasefire ended on Dec. 19. That is not acceptable any more,” Schwarzenberg told daily Mlada Fronta Dnes in an interview.

Schwarzenberg, a staunch ally of Washington, said Hamas had excluded itself from serious political debate due to its rocket attacks on Israel. He also indirectly blamed the group for the growing death toll, saying it put its bases and gun warehouses in densely populated areas.

“Why am I one of the few that have expressed understanding for Israel? … I am enjoying the luxury of telling the truth,” Schwarzenberg told the daily.

Why has most of the free world all of a sudden become terrorist sympathizers?

Hey Hamas, it’s the rockets stupid!

    24. Rusty Bridges on January 5th, 2009 8:57 am

3 years and 7,200 rocket attacks on Israel by Hamas. How come we don’t here about this in the nightly news? Oh yeah, MSM. I forgot.

What took them so long to defend themselves?

    25. Susan on January 5th, 2009 11:28 am

#20 – Laars – This conflict is against the TERRORIST sponsored government of Gaza, HAMAS, nothing more, nothing less…

If HAMAS cannot or refuses to abide by a simple ceasefire, then Israel does not have to stand idly by, burying their heads in the sand doing nothing to protect themselves.

How would you feel if HAMAS was firing rockets into your backyard? Think about it!

I hope Israel blows HAMAS all to hell!!

    26. Greg on January 5th, 2009 12:09 pm

If there was an army lined up along the Mexican border shooting rockets into the U.S., what would we do? Israel is a very small country surrounded by muslim countries that help Hezbollah and Hamas. Palestinians voted Hamas into government. They didn’t want moderates. Israel has the right to defend itself and its people.

Ezekiel 20:34 – “I will bring you from the nations and gather you from the countries where you have been scattered — with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm and with outpoured wrath.”

Isaiah 11:11-12 NIV – “In that day the Lord will reach out his hand a second time to reclaim the remnant that is left of his people from Assyria, from Lower Egypt, from Upper Egypt, from Cush, from Elam, from Babylonia, from Hamath and from the islands of the sea. He will raise a banner for the nations and gather the exiles of Israel; he will assemble the scattered people of Judah from the four quarters of the earth.”

Isaiah 66:8 NIV – “Who has ever heard of such a thing? Who has ever seen such things? Can a country be born in a day or a nation be brought forth in a moment? Yet no sooner is Zion in labour than she gives birth to her children.”

Isaiah 26:6 NIV – “In days to come Jacob will take root, Israel will bud and blossom and fill all the world with fruit.”

Isaiah 35:1-2 NIV – “The desert and the parched land will be glad; the wilderness will rejoice and blossom. Like the crocus, it will burst into bloom; it will rejoice greatly and shout for joy….”

Laars, if Israel controls US like you say then the middle east would have been carpet bombed into oblivian years ago.

Hamas has stated that they will never settle for peace with Israel. What else can they do to make that more clear than the constant terror they inflict on her people. They break every truce and launch rockets at civilians. The only reason that there is not many Israeli deaths is due to their defense program that warns them of attacks.

Palistinians are the fodder for the radical islamic agenda. they are used by their muslim brothers and propped up to be the victims of Israel to further that agenda. They have had many chances for peace and spit in the faces of the people reaching out to them.

    33. Dolf on January 6th, 2009 2:12 am

Palestinians voted for Hamas because Hamas provided them with at least something.
      Fatah was/is corrupt

Thats why they voted for Hamas

    34. Amsterdam02 on January 6th, 2009 9:03 am

Alhough I don’t approve the actions of Hamas and agree that it is a terrorist organisation, the current actions of Israel are WAY too extreme and more importantly, probably useless.

Too much civilians are killed only to make a point. It is not realistic to assume that because of this assualt by Israel, Hamas will be terminated. More likely it will unite the Palestinians.

Whoever it was that said that I hate Jews is way off the mark here. Laars speaks more of the truth, in my opinion, but is that to be confused with hatred? Not hardly.

The United States of America is supplying weapons of mass destruction to a tiny country in a large area that we have come to call The Middle East. That small nation is hated by its’ neighbors because of past deeds. As a result of centuries of hatred, they fall under attack by terrorists who are forced to purchase their weapons through the black market. The Jews send out their priests to bless the blood that has been poured out, mourning in the streets, presuming their blood to be holy, while the blood of the nations is treated as if it’s mud to be trampled on.

The hatred runs both ways and the U.S. is in the middle of it because it is our nation that stands out in the crowd to pronounce its’ support of Israel. It is because of this that we are hated, as much as Israel and fall under the same kind of attacks, afterall, it is our weapons that are used in these attacks.

The Jews are no more the chosen people than those in Egypt or Syria. God is not biased. And, no, we are not living under His sovereignty. Quite the contrary… we are living in a world that lies in the power of the wicked one. It is for that reason we have corruption, hatred, wars, bombings, rapes, murders, gangsters, terrorists, child molesters and the state of the world is in chaos. The whole world is full of corruption and death whether it be at the hand of another, starvation, disease or pure hopelessness. If we were like God, or led by God, these things wouldn’t exist.

Personally, if I were the U.S., I wouldn’t support such a stubborn nation that acts like a terrorist. There are many organizations that don’t want the Jews to occupy Israel… or the U.S. to supply weapons to a nation that holds it’s very unpopular beliefs above those of the Muslim… even the Christian… yes, even above us, over our heads! And they would have us believe that the Muslims are the extremists!

As long as we support the actions of the Jews in Israel, we are a target of their enemies. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out why. I hate neither Jews nor Muslims, but hold their right to have their personal beliefs in who they perceive as their god to be their own personal choice and shouldn’t be used as a weapon to rage war upon people that you perceive to be less holy. (period).

      Peace.
