First NY Giants wide receiver Plaxico Burress has a gun go off accidently at a NYC 
nightclub and now Timothy Havens claims a similar event occurred. Similar, but a much more different set of circumstances. 38 year old Timothy Havens told police that he accidently shot his wife while having sex. By the way, Carolyn Havens is in critical condition with a gun shot to her chest. Imagine that? Who is going to believe this story told to police?
A Tri-State woman is in critical condition Wednesday after police say her husband shot her while they were having sex.
Timothy Havens, 38, told Springfield police he was reaching for something on the nightstand when the pistol went off, hitting his estranged wife Carolyn in the upper chest. (Hear part of the 911 call)
Carolyn Havens, 42, is being treated at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.
This is isn’t the first time there’s been trouble for the Havens. Court documents showed Timothy served 60 days in jail for assaulting his wife and was ordered to go to anger management classes.
His arrest Tuesday for the weekend shooting was for violating a civil protection order that Carolyn had taken out against him earlier this year.

Police in Columbus, Ohio are probing the actions of a man in one of the strangest domestic cases they’ve seen in a while. It follows the arrest of a man charged with shooting his wife. Sadly, that’s not all that unusual any more but the circumstances are.
He claims it happened while the couple was having sex.
Timothy Havens (top left) dialed 911 after the gun went off in the middle of their supposed moment of passion. He claims he was reaching for something on the night stand when the weapon discharged and a bullet hit his wife Carolyn in the chest.

I read John’s side and knew without a doubt he is a classic abuser. Men like him view women as their property to do with as they wish. Keeping her isolated away from friends, school, work etc… He had to keep your daughter in an environment he could control so he could control her. Thank goodnes she got out if not he would have killed her. I hope he gets the maximum sentence and she can move so far away he’ll never find her.
In re this gun story … um … I’m aware that sometimes people will resort to, well, ‘scenarios’ that require certain ‘props’ while in the throes of passion.
But this sounds like things are being taken to somewhat of an extreme….
Why not? Sounds reasonable to me.

yea i dont see how that could happened she might have got shoot during sex but accidently i do this it is possible
