What attracted the 3 Ring Circus to the case of missing Caylee Anthony? Where did all the side shows come from?
There is only one organization that is really searching for missing persons. See if you can tell which one it is below. They do so when the cameras are off, there is no media to be found and no circus in town. Only Texas EquuSearch stands after the smoke has cleared and continues to search for missing persons where ever they may be and who ever they may be.
Caylee Anthony has been missing since June 9, 2008 in Orlando, FL. However, as most every one knows now Caylee was not reported missing until July 16, 2008. To date after several searches we find ourselves with no Caylee Anthony found, tot mom Casey Anthony indicted and in jail and a mounting 3 Ring Circus of people around the case with questionable motives at best. Now it would appear that we have to check the people that have involved them self in this missing person case and their motives.
Last week it was reported that the parents of indicted Casey Anthony had fired the family spokesperson because as their attorney stated, Larry Garrison was secretly profiting from the case of missing 3 year old Caylee Anthony. Garrison states that he resigned, you make the call.
Then we are presented with the bizarre and eye opening story of Dennis Milstead who runs Kid Finders, a non-profit organization that is supposed to aide in finding missing children. A missing persons non-profit organization as WFTV puts it has never found a missing kid.
Enter bounty hunter Leonard Padilla and the media circus in tow. Every night we are presented with a new theory and new comment from Padilla on the Nancy Grace show. What is most puzzling is that many of the comments one would thing would have been stated months ago as they occurred so far in the past with Padilla’s knowledge. Some say that any search is a good search as long as Caylee is found. That may be; however, the motivation of a search speaks volumes to its very credibility. Could that be why Orlando LE wants nothing to do with Padilla and his Blanchard Park search and want him to take a polygraph? No one from Texas Equusearch is being offered $200,000 as Bounty Hunter Leonard Padilla was to provide exclusive rights to films a search effort. Leonard Padilla last night on Scared Monkeys radio discussed this story as well as to the $200,000 offer

News 13 has learned bounty hunter Leonard Padilla is considering an offer that would pour $200,000 into the search for Caylee Anthony.
Padilla told News 13 he has been contacted by a company that is willing to fund the search effort if Padilla is willing to give them exclusive rights to film the search effort.
The bounty hunter said he has not made a final decision on if he is willing to take the offer.
Last night on Scared Monkeys radio (1:12:00) Dana Pretzer discussed with Mark Williams the situation of the owner and diver Todd Bosinski of Black Water who according to WFTVwas recently asked to resign from the Orange County sheriff’s office, because he had lied to his captain saying that he was a Green Beret in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Bosinski gave the impression he had credibility as an investigator by telling California bounty hunter Leonard Padilla that he was a former Orange County deputy. But Eyewitness News has learned he’s a former deputy because, while he was still a trainee, he lied to his captain, Ralph Groover.
Capt. Groover’s memo obtained by Eyewitness News (read memo) says Bosinski lied on February 18, 2008, that he had served in Iraq and Afghanistan as a Special Forces medic with the 4th Special Forces group. Nine days later, Capt. Groover asked Bosinski to confirm that, but Groover’s memo says, at that point, Bosinski said it was all “bulls***” and that none of it was true.
Bosinski resigned a half hour later.
Credibility is a real issue in life. Credibility and character make us what we are. Last night while being interviewed by Dana Pretzer on Scared Monkeys radio (1:18:00) Padilla defended and justified his diver Todd Bosinski of Blackwater Divers who had previously resigned from the police for lying about his military service. Padilla basically said that all people in the military lie about their service. Really? Anyone think that Padilla does not owe an apology to the brave men & women of our military?
Then we have Texas EquuSearch where all they do is search after search after search. However, with no media in sight, with no circus in town Texas EquuSearch does what they do best … search and find missing persons to bring closure to families across America. Sadly in the case of missing 23 year old Brandon Rosales’ body was found today by Tim Miller and another member of Texas EquuSearch.
The search for a missing Bryan man turns up a body in Robertson County.
Brandon Rosales, 23, went missing over the weekend after reportedly being threatened at a party.
And Tuesday, a few hours after joining in the search, Texas EquuSearch discovered what family members feared.
The search began at the Oaks apartment complex in Bryan and continued towards Mumford in Robertson County.
It’s a desperate plea, from a desperate mother looking for answers.
What makes the case of missing Brandon Rosales different from that of 3 year old Caylee Anthony? Other than the fact of age, sex and media spot light? How about also a grateful and realistic family who just wanted their son back one way or another. There was no focus like Cindy & George Anthony only wanting to search for a live Caylee. They just wanted their son back.
Alive or dead, I just want my son,” Rodriguez told an EquuSearch member. “We’ll do our best,” he replies back.
“As of now it doesn’t look good, things don’t look good in the whole picture,” Miller said.
Just a couple hours into the search EquuSearch members find what they most fear, a body. It’s found just about a mile from where Rosales’ car was found burning early Saturday morning.
“I actually had seen some tire tracks and we walked left of the tire tracks to not contaminate anything, and the body was laying right there in that brush pile,” Miller said. “It’s one of the most difficult things I’ve had to say to families, and unfortunately I’ve had to do it too many times.”
Texas EquuSearch and Bryan Police have now positively identified the body to be that of Brandon Rosales.

To hell with all that … getting your name on TV is what matters. Maybe performance will come later.
(As opposed to Texas Equusearch, which just plugs away at the job it has accepted for itself.)
personally tim miller is the only one in this business i’d trust with my donations. i was aghast at the scrutiny marc klaas gave t.e. on nancy grace the other night. totally uncalled for.
You know it used to really piss me off that no-gooders would get the credit and the limelight and the kudos, while the hard working honest people are looked upon like peons. As you get older you realize that eventually the crap hit the fan, always….. Good people withstand the stresses and times. Credibility, honor and the strive to keep your name good is more valueable than money. You can run out of money, but your name stays with you for life.
God Bless Tim Miller and ES, true to people, because Tim has been, where many parents are now. Looking for their children.

And I agree with you about Tim Miller. I haven’t seen anything that has given him reason to hang his head. Hand in Hand, they’ve done their best. As for Padilla, he can KEEP Hollywood! Besides, everyone knows he’s fake.
I think a part of her is going to be found, soon; and it matters not, who does the finding. There are heroes everywhere!

I don’t really care who looks for Caylee as long as someone is! Tim comes in with promise and stays a few days then leaves. Lots of missing people,sad to say so who should care WHO picks up the slack? Would any of YOU go in that river? Not me. I bet Casey is counting on that.
Tim Miller and TES….their actions and overall integrity speaks volumes…they are the true heroes and advocates for missing children. (They just found a child the other day, deceased unfortunately).

Padilla- Total exploitation for his own profit for this greedy Wanna-Be Cowboy…that’s his MO. He doesn’t care about any missing children or helping LE to convict the guilty for these crimes. Shameful how bold and cold he is about it too! Since many are now continuing to see right through him— guessing he’ll continue to be banned from further searches (as he was just forbidden to look in Blanchard Park areas recently by Florida LE)…Padilla’s motives are completely transparent.

I would add this little comment regarding search of river. Don’t you think knowing the cell phone pings and the proximity of Blanchard Park that the Orlando LE would have searched it initially if they thought it was a place of interest?
This is not a conspiracy, this ain’t Aruba.
All things considered there are reasons why LE came up with 100′s of places of interest to search and this was not one. Of course water levels in June 08 seem to not make a difference to those that are making it a priority.

It’s funny how all these “SEARCH” groups want to beat the other group to the body and have nothing good to say about the other group. Like in Aruba after Tim Miller left. Another search group came in and said Tim Miller did NOTHING except eat and DRINK free.
Then in Florida Tim Miller finds out Padilla is going to search the river Sunday. What does Tim Miller do. He search’s it Saturday. Padilla ask’s for divers on Sunday and Tim Miller tells him to take a hike. I think all these groups should work TOGETHER. But their EGO’S get in the way.
#6 Sahara, There is NOTHING going on in Aruba. No matter what Greta or anyone else finds it will NEVER be enough evidence for Aruba. Also remember they do NOT accept lie detector tests into evidence. All this is just hear-say. They need HARD evidence which NOBODY has. Aruba will NEVER arrest ANYONE for this case. It is over.

Oh, there is SOMETHING going on in aruba and it is not over. Justice can be served in many ways. Joran will dig his own grave and spend eternity in hell.
I applaud Tim Miller and his team for their passion and dedication. Someone has to do the searching and someone has to be the person to share “news” even if it isn’t joyous to family members and friends. In little Caylee Anthony’s case, I personally feel that they are wasting their time. There isn’t a body to be found. I personally believe that Casey burned the body and disposed of it. There was two gas cans reported missing from the home, correct? Plus we have proof that a cadaver (sp?)dog used in the search “signaled” at a shovel. Why? Because the scent of decomposition was present. Casey killed her by accident (even though she should of never used Chloroform period), panicked, shoved Caylee in the trunk and drove around with her until finding the “perfect” place to dispose of her. In my opinion, they should just stop the circus, find Casey guilty and release her into the general population at the jail.
But, even if one’s body is burnt,
there are still remains.
