Last week Casey Anthony was officially named a suspect in the disappearance of Caylee 
Anthony. Now it is being widely reported by news sources in Orlando, FL that prosecutors will seek homicide charges against Casey Anthony in the disappearance of her 3-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie. The case may be brought in front of the grand jury next week.
An Orange County grand jury is scheduled to meet next week in Orlando, starting Tuesday. Grand jurors hear evidence presented by prosecutors and decide whether it is enough to justify an indictment.
Jessica D`Onofrio with CNN affiliate WKMG broke the story that prosecutors plan to seek homicide charges in the coming days. D’Onofrio is stating that although subpoenas have not yet gone out some potential witnesses have been told to clear their schedules for Tuesday of next week.
The reports are that the grand jury is convening in Orange County next week and it is believed that evidence against Casey Anthony will be presented in the disappearance of her daughter Caylee Anthony.

I am glad that Casey will no longer be calling the shots. She will be found guilty.
The video of Caylee sitting on her great grandfathers lap says a lot. She looks so concerned and wanting to melt into his chest

Rumor has it Caylee’s body has been found in the back yard of the Grandparents but has not been released yet per someone at the Orlando Police Dept. — Unconfirmed though. Still waiting and looking at news sites to see when something might be posted and even if it is true.

I saw a story on one of the local media sights yesterday about the private investigator that works for Baez. It said that they had located a man they have been looking for that has a picture of Casey, Caylee and the REAL Zenaida in a park. When I tried to find the story again to send a link, I could not find it. Did anyone else see this story? It was like it was leaked to the media and then pulled?????
I think Casey knows what is coming down the road and wants to run…check her cell phone and home phone and see who she has been talking too and the visitors at the house….I don’t think Baez is to welcome in the courtroom….

I haven’t followed this case as close day to day as many have. Not that I don’t care…but followed Natalee’s case and still think of it everyday and so disappointed in what has been done by Aruba..I am confident in the FBI and police in Florida on this case.. They truly are on Caylee’s side.. I can’t say that about Natalee’s case. Every roadblock and detour they could throw up they have in Aruba.
I think it’s cuckoo that Casey wants to now go look for her daughter.. after over a month during the critical times a child is missing..she sat by and did nothing, but make up lies, and party. She makes me sick.. so does the family..There actions don’t match their words.. big alarm..! Maybe she could join OJ and Joran to go look for the real killers. Who runs around and parties when their own child has been kidnapped? No way!
I haven’t forgotten about Jennifer Kesse either.. Her family is a class act..and I also look to see if there is any news in that case also.
I’ve been worried when I heard Casey wanted the ankle bracelet off. My guess is she’d head for the airport, claiming someone in a foreign country called in a “tip”. Of course Casey knows what is coming down the pike. (too bad Drew Peterson isn’t in jail yet).
We can show Aruba what a murder trial looks like without a body. It CAN and will be done if necessary.
Of course these days I’d like to see what a trial of Congress people who haven’t done their jobs and taken payoffs instead look like.

I agree with Katablog. But would go even further and ask that AIG Executives and all the other white collar criminals be arrested and prosecuted, as well. All this stuff with Obama is a set up, if you ask me. There is NOTHING wrong with trying to register voters. As far as this whole campaign goes about who is “showing their teeth” it has come from both sides. I think the media has showed favoritisim, and also has been unfair to some in the initial race with completely biased coverage. Look at how HRC was treated? What ever happened to the calls from jail between casey and her brother lee? I remember that they were speaking in a sort of code… and then I hear that he had his parents back out of a lie detector test??? What does HE really know? Who are they protecting??? I surely would love to hear those tapes again of nancy grace! Then we could also look at the interigation tapes of him. Something isn’t quite right with his story either…. But I can not be the only one noticing that they all seem to speak the same way with the same mannerisims.

All I know, for sure, is that for the last two elections, America has been manipulated in a state of panic and fear. I don’t trust the Bush Administration or anyone with ties to it. I have a question – OK, the judge says, casey take off your ankle bracelet and search. How about the people/person that put up the bond? I’m sure they put bond because she was under house arrest – not too much danger of escaping. Isn’t her bond $500,000? If it was my money I wouldn’t want her one minute out of the house. They have more say in this matter than the judge, I would think..
