Casey Anthony has yet to be let out of jail as all eyes focus on whether or not Casey Anthony will be bailed out of jail. Casey Anthony is still awaiting bond for the third day in a row.

Didn’t everyone say this was about getting answers from Casey and the grandparents to find out what happened to missing Caylee Anthony? Not just about getting Casey out of jail. They don’t discuss particulars of the case with the grandparents who were the ones who reported Caylee missing? Also, are not the grandparents supposed to be the ones who are going to get the info out of Casey as to what happened?

Read somewhere L. Garrison has been in contact with the Anthony family. Yep – same Larry Garrison that worked with Dave Holloway. Larry’s been in a slump ever since. He’s become a glorified ambulance chaser. Garrison supposedly also “worked” with Mark Karr – the pervert who falsely confessed to killing Jon Benet just to get a free plane ride from Thailand to the U.S.
The bottom feeders are coming out in droves aren’t they? Caylee is the victim here – no one else.
What a bunch of bumpkins! A beautiful child is missing and the cockroaches are coming out of the woodwork to get their faces on TV. It’s absolutely DISGUSTING!! Casey is a lying, selfish good-for-nothing and now she has this ugly cowboy sniffin up her dress.

the child should be the focus…the birth mother is just that birth mom it looks as if the grandmama raised the child and her own daughter is being an @$$ and it gets to the point that a person is tired of listening to the same ole same ole….
Cindy said that the baby sitter loved Caylee, so why would anyone think she would harm her…
Maybe Casey just gave her up and gave the baby sitter plenty of time to get away…or helped her..
Or Casey could have left Caylee with the baby sitter for a long period of time without calling or checking in and finally she just took her….
And interview on Larry King…Cindy said Casey was on an extended trip in Ft Lauderdale but could never talk to Caylee when she called, always got some kind of an excuse, that’s because she wasn’t there…
In all the pictures I’ve seen Caylee looks absolutely adorable….who couldn’t love that little girl…except maybe Casey…
Just speculation…but most things I believe signify that Caylee is in heaven….
Ugh. This type of blatant opportunism (by Padilla and company) disgusts me. You are right: the focus needs to be on Caylee, and finding her body. I believe the child to be dead—with Casey either having murdered her or, at the very least, disposed of her body after an accident of some sort.
Circus is right. With all this elapsed time, it is nearly impossible to have any faith that this little child will ever be found.

I would like to believe Caylee is alive, hard to do when I see nothing that indicates she is and a lying self centered mother sitting around whining noone wants to talk about her, only Caylee. Casey was the last person to see Caylee alive, Casey didn’t report her gone, Casey stole a car, Casey stole gas, Casey stole money and checks, Casey started staying at her bfs every night right after Caylee disappeared and told them her mother was babysitting, no phone calls on her phone from any babysitter named zanida ever, she lied about working at the studio , was fired in 2006, she lied about 2 friends working at some place that she told her daughter was kidnapped , cops checked it out, noone working there with such a name, friends say she’s a pathological liar, guy she said told her about zaniada being a babysitter, turns out the guy said he never told her about any babysitter,, one of the places Casey said the babysitter lived, when they went there it was a senior citizen;s home.. She hasn’t done one thing to find her daughter, except hide behind a defense lawyer.. her mother washed the pants that smelled like a dead body, the car smelled like a dead body to the mother, cops and two cadaver dogs. She hasn’t contributed one thing to helping find her daughter at all, she didn’t even report her gone. Caylee’s picture has been everywhere and if anyone saw this child they would be calling in. What would a drug dealer or a nanny want with the child. A nanny babysits for money, not for kidnapping children. The lawyer, bondsman, the family, casey all want to blame the media and the public, go find my daughter. Time and Time again ask Jennifer Kesse’s family , Tara Grinsted’s family, Mark Klass, Mark Lunsford, Beth, Jug and Dave, if they hid out, hired lawyers and refused to talk, lie over and over and mislead police or complained about getting media attention. I am positive they would take all the media attention they could get to help find their child..
The father is a cop and the mother a nurse, they know what 1 plus 1 is. Tired of hearing about poor little casey sitting in jail without a hot bath or anything.. Poor little Caylee has been missing 9 weeks and the mother is too consumed with herself to even notice.
I think that when Casey gets home there will be a big fight between her and her mother. I think Casey is furious that her mother called police on her. She accepts no responsibility for any of her actions, and does reverse guilt trips on her parents. If you don’t accept her bogus explanations than she has no use for you.
Unfortunately, her mother can’t see beyond her own love, hopes and expectations, and her father is also unable to cope with reality.
What they need to learn is that you can’t change reality. Sometimes the truth is unbearable but denying it doesn’t change it. They want to stick they’re heads in the sand and use every trick in the book to distort reality. It will only work for so long.
Truthfully, I feel sorry for them, life can be painfully dissapointing. I don’t think they are bad people just naive. As for Casey, she has been pushing the envelope for years but this time the damage may be irreparable.
A new Elephant in the 3 ring circus and he wears a big black hat!!! Casey may be in Japan by this afternoon or wherever. What a loss to the state of Florida.
I have been a coach for at risk children. I’ve worked in the school system for at risk children. I think it is worth considering that Casey MIGHT not feel safe with her family… she might have been protecting Caylee from family for reasons that she is afraid to discuss. Just another door to open. I have followed and studied this case from the beginning.
All the clues point to Caylee being dead. People only lie to
cover up something and the mothers lies are apparent to
cover up what happened.
It appears that Caylee died from neglect and was found by
the mother. Not wanting to be found out she buried the child in the woods at the airport. Criminals always return to the scene of the crime and her cell phone pings place her at the airport for a few minutes. She was probably concerned about whether or not somebody had found the
shallow grave. The woods at the airport is probably where
little Caylee was buried and the mother did return to the
scene of the crime. The woods at the airport should be
throughly investigated till they find the grave.
The mother appears to have severe mental problems and
the next thing we hear about is that she got hold of the
fathers gun and shot her mother and father and then took
her own life. This is not uncommon in cases like this. The
father needs to be aware that this can happen and lock up
all his guns from the mother of Caylee.
Nobody wants to face the reality that Caylee is probably
dead and buried by her mother. We all want the story to
be different and that Caylee might have been kidnapped
at the bar where Casey worked. With no money and not
wanting to take Caylee to her grandmother, Casey just
might have left Caylee out in the car at the bar. Anybody
wanting a beautiful child like that could have gotten into the
car and kidnapped the child. Yes we want this to be what
happened and that the kidnapper will return Caylee.
Reality says that Caylee suffered a death and was buried
by the mother to cover up what happened. The world is now
on a wild goose chase trying to find little Caylee because
the mother won’t tell what she knows. If drugs were involved a drug dealer may have Caylee holding the child
as a security deposit to get his money for the drugs he fronted. This seems to be what Casey wants us to believe
and why Caylee is said to be in danger. She is using the
babysitter as a substitute for the drug dealer hoping that
the police will figure it out. She can use this babysitter
kidnapping story forever. The police must take a chance
and charge the mother with the death of Caylee and then
a deal can be struck to reduce the charge to manslauder
and then the childs body can be found.
The world needs closure to this case and we all want Caylee to come home alive in a miracle.

I was so happy when I heard that you and your nephew were revoking Casey’s bail. Who gives a damn what the people & the media say! you thought just like many others that Casey would break and that little Miss Caylee would come home safely. Wrong!!! This ungreatful witch (casey) has no heart! She needs to be where she belongs JAIL!!!! I’m so tired of hearing about Casey and who she slept with, and what clubs she hung out at! WHO GIVES A DAMN!!! Isn’t our main concern CAYLEE? Now that we all know what we know- everyone should continue to focus on still finding little Miss Caylee and giving her the proper burial.

In my opinion there has been a element of truth to every lie told,there was a apt involved, and a dark skinned female. The female she got high with, her apt she was at as the sunset carelessly not paying attention to where caylee was as she left casey backed over her, crushing her left ankle and foot, left upper leg and right upper arm in a panic looking side to side then under the car she see’s her right rear of car under carriage. try’s to lift it with her feet behind the r.r. tire. can’t. Then thinks of her own freedom, history and thinks pulling the car ahead is the quickest solution to cover up.
The airport had a fragment of truth as a key word also, on casey’s mind as an escape route engrained deeply in her mind also, she just twisted the thought.
The left rear of trunk had the odor. i’m hoping they checked the under carriage exhaust pipe and right side inward tire treads good. I think the dogs struck on scent in the back yard next to the garage on the inward most wall. Casey is panicy she didnt go far with the shovel either.
That’s my 2 cents on the subject.

After mauling over the case documents serveral times I noticed that Casey said the detectives could pull up her computer records for Cingular and possibly get phone numbers. She talks about Zanny having two different plans at the same time. {pgs.143-145?} Earlier in the interveiw she states that both of her phones had the same number…from AT&T. This could be the reason that Cindy said she got calls from Casey that weren’t on Casey’s bills, but were on hers. That phone,”the cheapest, crappiest phone”…Nokia, may have been purchased by Cindy long ago! Was Cindy’s records ever obtained? I will bet that Casey purchased the second phone with stolen money, and that the phone she lost is with Caylee! Possibly!!!

With all the media,about little missing Caylee,day after day. Where is she? Is she dead,is she alive.? Like a lot of people I fear the worst.My comment to you is this….Casey’s car was noticed by her neighbor, the one she borrowed the shovel from, backed in to her parents garage with the trunk up for over an hour.If I recall correctly,George,her dad had prepared a space to pour concrete for some reason in the back yard.A lot of speculation surrounded an accident, and that Caylee was transfered.I surmize Caylee had already passed and that Casey had burried her body before the concrete was to be poured.Thus the reason for borrowing the shovel. That’s why it took her a month to tell anyone that Caylee was even missing. This gave her time to plot her story. Also didnt Casey say she felt Caylee was very close to home?….. Please check under the concrete!!!!!!!

I have been following this case everynight, and I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that a young mother can’t handle her kid.
I find it hard to get to call in Nancy Grace either the line is busy or no one answers.
I have been reading all the blogs and on the one for David Lohr Discovery Investiagtion, the article about Airboat being used. That blog contains a copy posted by PAM and from a website by BriansPrediction.com. The article talks about the author says he and a friend were driving to Kissimee on one of the hwys on the 24th of June and saw a woman with a shovel buring somethng.
It might be worth reading.
I live in Illinois and I know that area on the side of highways are sometimes neglected by cities, leaving tall grasses for long periods of time. This might be where to look instead of just the woods.
Also, If Casey is protecting someone who may be a co conspirator, don’t you think that might be out of character for her, you know she would want to put the blame somewhere else, unless the person is some one she trusts, I understand that the only person she trusts is Lee. Which might explain why he doesn’t want a polygraph, and whay he prevented his parents from it too.
I also agree with Bernice, get a warrant and dig up the Anthonys patio, that would be an ironic place to bury her, since there is a photo of her on a patio. If it were my patio, I’d be breaking it up with a sledge hammer while were there to find for myself.
Keep up the good work, and I hope little Casey is found soon, she really deserves a decent burial.

But, he said in it that George has terrible temper that he worked for a while with and in law in the car business, it also state that George through this father or father in law through a window.

Something to consider
The dogs hit on the back yard of the Anthony home because thats were Casey laid Caylee while she dug under the pool To bury her. The parents said when they left for vacation the steps were away from the pool but when they returned the steps were at the pool. I think this is were Casey slipped up trying to make sure everything looked normal in the yard. My family has built above the ground pools for years and you can dig under them without removing the water. It would be very easy to dig a space out for a small child to fit in and we all know she barrowed a shovel and stated the Caylee was close to home..

I do not believe that Mr. Padilla is trying to get anything out of his efforts, I might have at first, but no longer. He has tons of investigators out there getting evidence that even the FBI hasn’t gotten. Mr. Padilla, the S.O., and the FBI know exactly what they are doing. They are gathering very vital evidence while continuing to break the family members down and separate them to the point that they turn on one another and someone cracks and talks. I am from a Federal Law Enforcement family and even though this case is a complete fiasco from the public’s point of view, the cops know what they are doing. Casey, however, probably cannot be broken down enough, she does not have the human emotions that we normal people do. I think she is guilty of murdering that gorgeous child, but I also think that when all the evidence is in, it could be a complete shocker to find out just who all was involved in it. George Anthony no more acts like an ex-cop than I do a Gorilla, there’s definitely a sad disfuntional family in that house. Casey is a hopeless case, she’s not even in our world if you really think about it. But that doesn’t mean that she won’t be prosecuted and maybe executed if she’s found guilty of murdering her child just so she could go out and be a slut at night clubs. Anyway,I just wanted to clarify that there are a lot of officials working 24/7 on this case and people don’t realize it because they have a plan, they always do, and it’s coming together. In closing, I think they should keep allowing the protestors to stay and keep them angry night and day, that only escalates the tension and will help that family crack and hopefully eventually someone in that house will slip and talk. But for now, let’s just hope that baby is happy in Jesus’ arms, for she deserved much better in this life. God Bless all of you that are outraged and praying like myself. I just cannot fathom being a mother myself how she could do this.
I have noticed in several photos of little Caylee, she had what looked like 2 tattoos on her left hand and just above the wrist. Are these real? I can’t imagine some one doing anything that painful to a child. If they are permanent then maybe people need to be aware of them, so that the next “Caylee” that is seen can be easily identified.
Leonard, I think that the Anthonys all know the truth about Caylee, but none are mature enough or scared enough to come forward. My suspicsions are growing, I now believe the George and Cindy have never been in denial, but grieving because they are co-conspirators, with brother Lee, and that if they are all brought in for questioning individuals as conspirators, then maybe one will talk.
I think that all this Caylee is alive business is a cover to distract the police and public from the truth.
Shouldn’t cindy and georges new criminal attorney insist on it to prove HIS clients innocent.
Otherwise why would they not want to take it unless Caylee is buried in the back yard

Just me again!
I was looking at the list of comments on this site and feel Bernice #21 has a likely theory of where Caylee may be.
If, the day, the Anthony’s poured their concrete was AFTER Casey borrowed the shovel from the neighbor, then it would not be so in-conceivable to suggest that Caylee’s remains could be buried under the slab of concrete in the back yard.
Remember, Casey was able to go undetected when she stole gas cans from her parents a couple of times. This time would be no different.
There would be no reason for the Anthony’s to examine or dig in an already prepared area. Cindy did say George “poured his blood and sweat into that project”.
The cadaver dogs did hit on this area and another place in the back yard. SURELY not enough to reciprocate a dead body!
A lot of people speculate an accident occurred at the house and Casey took the body somewhere else to hide.
It is possible that Casey, using chloroform on Caylee to go out on night{s} of partying found her in the trunk of the car, then brought the remains back to her parents home later on in the day knowing her parents were not going to be home.
Casey is a selfish individual who takes no accountability for anything she does. She expects everything to be presented to her on a silver platter.
She is envious of her mother’s attention and relationship with HER daughter. Casey is so jealous of Caylee, who has been found to be adorable to everyone she comes in contact with, thus taking away attention, the one and only, Casey. She can not change or manipulate the people who adores Caylee…So Casey {plots} gets rid of the one thing she feels would change her life and that is little Caylee. {In Casey’s mind… it would then be…poor Casey.}
I heartily believe that the detectives should get a warrant and jack-hammer that slab of concrete. It is very possible that Caylee is buried under the concrete. Leave no stone unturned!!! PLEASE!!!

There’s…Casey! It certainly is a change of events. Casey pre-empting a question of a smell of her car. Although, it really doesn’t surprise me.
Casey has been misleading people most of her life.
Anyone who does not think Casey committed pre-meditated murder is the crazy one, but certainly not Casey! She is all about her-self. She knows exactly what she was doing!
I am fearful that Caylee will not be found! How can not Cindy and George, also Lee, not know the truth! I realize they are now trying to help their daughter, but, Caylee was a sweet, adorable child. Cindy taking Caylee to see Her parents on Fathers Day, June the 15th, 2008, started a tantrum. Another fight!!! Casey took Caylee and stormed out of the house. Casey may have finally decided to take her jealousy to the next level! Later that evening, Casey called her sitter, Zanny…short for… chloroform … and put it, once again, over Caylee’s mouth, Put Caylee in the trunk… so-as-to conceal Her from passer-by’s ….while she went out for a night of partying. Whether she meant to end HER DAUGHTER’s life, right then or not…Casey, sometime later, opened the trunk and found Caylee’s lifeless body. Waiting until day break, when she knew her parents would not be home, Casey backed her car into the garage…something she never had done before…. And went to borrow a shovel from her neighbor. Upon returning, Casey opened the trunk and lifted Caylee out and carried her remains to the back yard. Laying her on the ground, Casey began to dig a hole where she knew concrete was going to be poured!. She put Caylee’s body into the ground and….covered her with the earth. Ironically, it was 31 days { affirmation by Casey} from the wee hours into the next day before yesterday the 15th …{actually the 16th}…of June, until Cindy confronted Casey at Tony ‘s apartment on July 15th , 2008 the same day Cindy made the first 911 call! “I have noy seen my daughter for Thirty-One Days”…Count them!!! Everything else on Casey’s timeline is pretty much a “red hearing”!!!
Cindy made the remark on Nancy Grace that everyone was going to put Caylee in a coffin because no one was looking for her! Why wouldn’t any one want to have Caylee a decent burial. SHOULDN’T YOU!!! Show your daughter how to stand up to responsibility!

Mr Pidilla , I was wondering since you had spent some time with Caysee Anthony , is there a chance that this Zani person , is actually Caysee herself , another personality , has she ever had mental problems in the past ? , I have been watching the news on this every night just about , and saw Dr Phil today who also did a show on it , a caller called in and said he looked up Zany in the dictionary and it was someone acting very silly , the buffoon , caysee does appear that way on her partying pictures , and her flirting actions when around men even the body guard suggested that when he was with her , just thought that maybe she has another side of her , and until someone addresses her as Zany , maybe the key to knowing what happened to the little girl won,t be unlocked , To your knowledge has any doctors talked to her to see if she does have a multipal personality disorder? First of all, the transcrips of the 911 calls, first and second have the date June 15,2008. Everyone is confused, it should read July. Don;t know if this would hurt the prosecutions case or not when they file a murder charge.
Now, I believe that Casey left the ladder down and the back gate open to sujest that either Caylee had gotten out, but more an likely someone came in a abducted her. Possible she was put on the drain area, but Cindy did not see Caylee when she merely closed the gate!
Casey said she was scared and went to a “safe place”. The next day she went into the office of the Sawgrass apartments. I think if Casey was going to blame Z.H.-G at those apartments she may have gone back to her home when she knew no-one would be home and moved Caylee to the “little shed

Leonard check and see if Detectives had cadaver dogs in and around the Sawgrass apt.’s.
It stands to reason if Casey was going to accuse Z.G., that she would also bury Caylee’s body close to Z. so-called residence to seal the plot!
Casey had friends there and could have easily acted as if she was leaving late after a visit and simply went outside and burried Caylee’s body.
Possibly under the Sawgrass Apt. sign.
Or, Z.’s real residence!
Casey identified herself as an “event planner”. I don’t feel she would have put a lot of thought or trouble in getting rid of Caylee’s body! Her focus would have been more about her story and making the “pings” around different areas of her home.
Casey first tried to make Caylee’s disappearence look like an abduction. This is why she put the ladder up to the pool and then opened the gate. When later in the evening when Cindy called her this was why she was so apologetic…also waiting to hear that Caylee’s body was found behind the six foot fence! When this did not happen she had to move the body. Thus, the reason for the car backed up in the garage with the trunk up. Borrowing the shovel was just a red herring or something she felt was not senseable to do! This would have been early in the day and she would have had to wait til dark…thus the smell of death.
Every thing else was focused on the deception!!!!
PLEASE CHECK UNDER THE “SAWGRASS APARTMENT” SIGN!

Have the searchers used tracking dogs-as opposed to cadaver dogs in any of their searches ?Maybe tracking mom Casey’s whereabouts in the areas would be more beneficial in case the dogs function on different levels and in case the cadaver scent may have dissapated and Casey’s has not.I have no expertise in either kind of animal-just asking.

I can’t stop thinking about my previous theroy!
Even more so after watching N.G. last night. A sorce close to the case mentioned several times the investigator feel that the 15th and 16th is more an likely when Caylee last breathed. This was my initial thought. I believe that Casey took Caylee the night of the 15th after the big fight with Cindy after her return from her fathers-day visit with her father… Later Cindy and Caylee went swimming. Casey was envious of Cindy’s relationship with HER DAUGHTER. I believe Casey killed possible even choked Caylee…like Casey’s mom did to her…put her in the trunk of her car. Until the 18th of June when she borrowed the shovel from the neighbor. I also believe that Casey dug a hole where she knew cement was to be poured knowing that the area would have no reason to be rechecked. These three or four days would have certainly been long enough to create the smell detected by cadaver dogs. She did this when she knew her parents would not be home. Thus the flurry of calls trying to make sure her parents were where they were supposed to be…her parents more an likely did not answer her calls because she had a habit of bugging them at work. Casey spent the rest of her days planning her story. The one true thing that Casey stated was she “felt Caylee was close to home”. How much closer can one get!!! PLEASE CHECK THE CEMENT SLAB!!! What can it harm.

What you said about the cement slab makes sense. I also say Caylee is close to home. WHY DON’T THEY DIG UNDER THE EDGES OF THE POOL. I know how those pools are built & it would be very easy to put that child under there without emptying it first.If the judge allows Casey free reign to hunt for Caylee on friday after her appearance in court I think her and Baez will take off for Mexico.
What about brother lee? Why will he not take a lie detector test or submit D&A? Could he be Caylee’s father?

I also found it odd that Lee would not take a lie detector test. In the very first days, he seemed to be the only one trying to acually help the police and to get answers from Casey.
As for the denighed DNA, I had not known this until a day or two ago. As far as Lee posibly being the father of Caylee, I had heard this and thought no. Now with the refusal to give DNA and remembering seeing Lee being the only other person, besides Casey, in photos on Casey’s my space…seems peculiar…odd indeed! What could possibly be a reason not to submit to the test?!

Unless Caylee is found elsewhere I will continue to believe that Caylee is buried under the cement slab in her own back yard!

Can someone please tell me why with as many people that live in Fla. They have to get organized search teams from out of state? Are these people not willing to help find one of their own? And where was Law Enforcement when they had all these people from out of state willing to help in the search? I can understand the Anthony’s not joining in the searches because Cindy believes that Caylee is still alive, if this is true, what is she doing to find this child instead of trumping up tips. The money she is making off the pictures and interviews, is she paying a private eye or some other professional to inquire in to these so called sighting of Caylee?
Hurray to Tim Miller and Leonard Padilla, even with their different search tactics, They haven’t failed, just haven’t out smarted the twat Casey Anthony. I cannot believe that a 22 year old spoiled, uneducated, smug, wanted to be call girl is going to out smart a state, let alone a nation. My plea is to the people of Fla. I have a hard time with all of this. I have gotten to one of the searches. but one thing does not add , and is Cindy at the park she has never been around and for a signed. i do not buy it at all. her not taking a poligraph tells me at one point casey told her ,to hurt her, maybe. If you do not want me around neither my daughter be around. This wholething made me look at my child differently. but it is sad mothers keep killing their own children.
