   Hello Dana am glad to know that The Dell tech was able to get you up and running again but maybe you should invest “Just ask RED for a small Loan” LOL in an external hard drive and remember to back up, Back up, and then back up some more. I know it is is a pain in the A$$ I also know but is better then losing it all .
