RSSTragic End to Amber Alert … The Body of Hser Nay Moo Found Deceased in neighboring apartment, 5 Arrested
Utah Amber Alert ends tragically. Sadly, the initial AMBER Alert was 
delayed 15 hours as police said there was no evidence of an abduction and that the wanted to issue the warning properly. They may want to re-access that process the next time. Hser Nay Moo disappeared Monday from her home in the South Parc apartments, near 2250 S. 500 East.
A tragic end has occurred in the case of the missing 7 year old Utah girl, Hser Nay Moo . Her body was found in the bathroom of a basement apartment in the same complex in where she lived. According to reports, her body showed signs of trauma and 5 people have been taken into custody. All are being held on suspicion of homicide.
The body of Hser Nay Moo showed evidence of trauma, said South Salt Lake Police Chief Chris Snyder. She was found in a bathroom in the apartment after FBI agents obtained permission to search the unit, he said.
“Our hearts and our sympathies go out to the family,” he said. “It’s a tragic ending to this case.”
The names of the people taken into custody on suspicion of homicide were not released, nor was it known if they had any link to the girl’s family.
Hser had been the subject of an extensive search Tuesday. An Amber Alert had been issued, and more than 600 people were looking for her. (Fox News)
In the end, what a sad conclusion to a life taken so young. May Hser Nay Moo rest in peace.

Justice should always be swift, unfortunately it usually is not. What the hell is WRONG with people today? Let’s not even go there…really is upsetting.
This is why I believe in capital punishment!!

#3- Da Wench- You know what, Girl? I am now a believer in Capital Punishment myself. Never truly was before…but for henious crimes and for making another human suffer and causing such pain when they meet their death… I daresay now is the time for America to dig down deep and bring back some FEAR into our criminal justice system.
Also —-part of it is in the parenting and broken families of TODAY. It all starts at the home, with young children and what morals and values are instilled in youngsters. A child can also be raised by a perfectly capable single-parent or other family member. POINT IS…what makes children grow up to do the things they do?? This is a no-brainer….you are right! Bring BACK capital punishment in all States and to those of us who have children: TEACH THEM THE RIGHT THINGS TO DO IN THIS LIFE !!!!!!!!

I have been on 3 different significant criminal trial juries (2 of them to jury sentencing). And frightened I could never be on another one…how could I possibly be selected again.
However, I assure you that each time I dreamed of being the one juror with just the right insight to see the person was innocent. I wanted them to be found innocent. After sentencing I found several other jurors had the same “dream”. Was not the final outcomes.
These cases such as this good reporting above, make me embarrasssed to be human and more so to be a male, which so often is the culprit. Makes me want to say I am sorry with a heavy heart.
