No body, No Crime … Only in Aruba and when a crime is committed like in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway. In other places where people take crime seriously there are arrests, prosecutions and convictions made without a body all the time. Like in the case of missing Nina Reiser and her husband Hans Reiser who is presently on trial for her murder. Or in the case of Kendrick Williams as well. Its only in places like Aruba where a cover up of a crime takes precedent over a crime against an individual where justice is denied that such actions are condoned. It would appear that only in Aruba does Paulas Van der Sloot’s comments of “No Body, No Crime” ring true.

19 year old University of Nebraska student, Jessica O’Grady, is missing and presumed dead. Jessica O’ Grady was last seen on May 10, 2006. O’Grady made a cell phone call the night that she went missing stating that she was going to the house of the man she had dated, Christopher Edwards. Jessica O’Grady was never seen nor heard from again. No body, no crime, huh? Don’t tell that to Christopher Edwards. Jessica’s body was never recovered; however, Christopher Edwards is presently serving 80 years to life in the death of Jessica O’Grady.
Jessica O’Grady, who is presumed dead, was last seen alive on May 10, 2006. She made a call from her cell phone late that night, saying she was going to the house of a man she had dated, Christopher Edwards. Edwards is now serving 80 years to life for the 19-year-old woman’s death, although her body has never been found.
Investigators aren’t giving any details of the tip, but say it is promising.

There is no comparing these cases to the Natalee Holloway case.
In the O’Grady case her blood was found everywhere.
“The 19-year-old’s body has not been found, but prosecutors relied heavily on DNA evidence found in Edwards’ bedroom and car over the two-week trial. They said O’Grady’s blood was found on two swords recovered from Edwards’ residence as well as on a headboard, mattress, comforter and the ceiling of Edwards’ bedroom.”
If you fully research the other cases there is more evidence and different circumstances also which would be too long to get into.
If you want to compare cases, those cases should be those that have disappeared without a trace with no evidence. And a confession, if one was to call the tape a full confession, made secretly which is then later retracted doesn’t hold up to conviction without corroborating evidence. No different in our own justice system.
If only this could be possible in the case of natalee holloway… the coverup by aruban authorities made it impossible… what influence does pauulus have … theres something wrong here… digging deep would discover why apuulus has so much support from aruba……….. somethings wrong there we all know ..

You are correct in identifying the presence of plentiful DNA evidence in Jessica O’Grady’s death. The very lack of Natalee’s DNA and evidence of any kind is one of the greatest frustrations for America citizens. We feel that individuals connected with the government of Aruba have destroyed evidence and disrupted Natalee’s investigation, in an attempt to protect one or more of their own. This is the basis for the American anger against the island of Aruba and the Dutch. Why would Joran van der Sloot have the need to create so many conflicting stories about his contact with Natalee Holloway, if he were in fact innocent? I think that most Arubans are probably as disgusted with the van der Sloots and ALE as we are. Unfortunately though, they won’t step up to the plate and demand action. I’d laugh but I think you’re really trying to be serious.
Calling someone an apologist is childish to say the least. There’s no comparison with the cases. I’m well aware of the whole story. The other two cases are not comparable either.
No trap was fallen into because you didn’t set one, you are simply trying to make yourself look less foolish by attacking me. We all may have our theories and speculations as to what may or may not have been destroyed but it doesn’t make it factual in the least.
I’d give some examples of cases that would be closer to comparing to Natalee’s but it’s obvious that it would just go over your head as it appears the object of your blog is to post articles with no substance so you can get the same usual responses from the several regulars that are here.
Obviously this is your blog site and you may post articles that in actuality have no substance anytime you choose. However all it does is make you look foolish to the outside.

I was reading that a body was found and that they said it was natalees body… that the family could have it for burial… and than all of a sudden they recanted the story and said it wasnt true and her body disappeared.. again… I am new and dont know alot of the things you have previously discussed so I am curious….
