There is a fine line between political correctness, can’t we all get along diversity and insulting. It would appear that the powers that be at the Empire State building have crossed that line. The Empire State building in NYC, the place of the most heinous terrorist act in the United States by Islamofacsist, Muslim extremists will be lighting their windows green in honor of a Muslim holiday. In a post 9–11 world, there was no reason to begin a tradition of honoring this holiday when it had never been done before.

New York’s iconic Empire State Building is to be lit up green from Friday in honor of the Muslim holiday of Eid, the biggest festival in the Muslim calendar marking the end of Ramadan, officials said.
“This is the first time that the Empire State Building will be illuminated for Eid, and the lighting will become an annual event in the same tradition of the yearly lightings for Christmas and Hannukah,” according to a statement. (Breitbart)
To the folks at the Empire State building who make these decisions, do you know what Muslim terrorist refer to the now tallest building in NYC, the Empire State building as … NEXT! These people do not want the windows glowing green … they want the Empire State building to look just like the World Trade Center did on 9–11.

Muslim does not equal terrorist. Though true that our national enemies are pretty much completely islamic, our enemies are a subset of that population.

this move is one to make ties instead of continuing down the path of making enemies…plus the hijackers of the planes on 9-11 were mostly Saudis yet we refuse to cut ties with them in fear of higher oil prices…
fyi…Christians live in Saudi and worship as they please…
Re the ESB, I think the whole thing is just a wind up.
However in reply to 16, to my knowledge there is only one place of Christian worship in KSA, and its well out of the normal view of Saudis and also you are not allowed to worship as you wish.
