AMBER ALERT Issued in Florida for Missing 15 year old Alyssa Frank Suspected With Sex Offender William Joe Mitchell

An Amber Alert has been issued for missing 15 year old Alyssa Frank from Bartow, FL. Alyssa Frank is believed to be in the company of William Joe Mitchell. Law enforcement considers Mitchell a sex offender as authorities state in 2002 Mitchell was charged with lewd or lascivious battery on a victim between the ages of 12 and 15 years old.

According to our local news, this young lady was found alive and well yesterday. No word on William Joe Mitchell.
