Owen Wilson and Hulk Hogan’s Son Nick Bollea Hospitalized

Actor Owen Wilson taken to the hospital with reported cuts to his left wrist and had taken an undetermined amount of pills.

“On Sunday Aug. 26. 2007 at 12:10 pm officers from the Santa Monica Police Department responded to a medical assistance call from the Santa Monica Fire Department,” the police said in a news release. “The person was transported to a local hospital where they are being treated.”

The Calls For Service report from the Santa Monica Police Department doesn’t indicate who made the 911 call, but lists “attempt suicide” as the reason for the call.

Jack McClellan Leaving California, You are not a Martyr … You are a Pedophile

Jack McClellan, the self-admitted pedophile, states that he is leaving California due to theJack_Mcclllan “Orwellian” court order to permanently have him stay away from places where children gather. Orwellian? McClellan, you are not a martyr. You are a danger to children! One can only hope that every state that this child predator goes to will pass a similar court order.

“I have to leave the state, really, I can’t live here under this Orwellian protocol,” he told KABC-TV. “It’s nightmarish.”

On Friday, Superior Court Judge Melvin Sandvig issued a permanent injunction and a three-year restraining order that prohibit McClellan from coming within 30 feet of schools, playgrounds and other places where children congregate.

The truth of the matter is that Little Leaguers should not look to professional athletes as their role models or heros. MLB should look to the kids in Williamsport, PA that participated in the LLWS as their role models. Congratulations Warner Robins, GA … you did us all proud.

Remember when baseball was just a game? All if the Little Leaguers in Williamsport, PA reminded us all of that over the past couple of weeks. Their inspiration, passion and pure love of the game was a true blessing. So often in todays society, Major League Baseball is marred with negative stories and all that is wrong with the sport. Steroids, growth enhancement supplements, over paid and greedy players. The Little League World Series was quite a different story. Out of the mouth of babes … or should we say off the bats of our youths.
