There are crimes that are committed by individuals and then there are those crimes committed that are so heinous, shocking and despicable that they make one speechless and physically ill. Respiratory therapist Wayne Albert Bleyle committed acts against defenseless children and violated his care providing oath that there is no punishment suitable for this animal other than a public stoning. 56 year old Wayne Albert Bleyle was sentenced to 45 years and 8 months for molesting five young and disabled patients and for taking pornographic photographs of others.
As part of a plea deal, Bleyle, 56, was sentenced to 45 years and eight months in prison for molesting five of his young, disabled patients and for taking pornographic photographs of others. Prosecutors said he targeted those who were comatose, brain-damaged or too disabled to talk.

Man Drowns in Aruba and Washes Ashore … Why Didn’t Natalee Holloway, if she Drown?
Amigoe is reporting that a man, presumed homeless, was found dead and floating in the water near Bikker & Gomez at the L.G. Smith Boulevard in Aruba. So why is it again as some have tried to spin that if Natalee Holloway accidently drown in the ocean due to drugs or intoxication that she did not wash ashore as this man did? The answer is, if she had drown in that manner, she would have.
However, for some reason the laws of nature, currents and ocean tides are different for homeless men name Tomas and Zico than they are for an American teenager named Natalee Holloway in Aruba. We can also presume that Tomas/Zico was not at Carlos N’ Charles and was not seen leaving in a car with Joran Van der Sloot, Deepak or Satish Kalpoe. as he was later found in the water.
If someone was in such an impaired or intoxicated state they never could have gotten that far away from shore to drift away with the current. The waves would have brought them back. Of course if they were taken out into the ocean by a boat and dropped in the sea in a weighted cage, that is another story.

Think On-Line Gambling does not affect the Caribbean? Antigua and Barbuda Strike back at US
If you ever thought that money was not flowing offshore with on-line internet gambling, think again. The Caribbean is a hot bed for such action. Now Antigua and Barbuda are asking the WTO for the right to sue the United States for 3.4 billion. That is correct, 3.4 BILLION with a “B”!
GENEVA The tiny Caribbean nation of Antigua and Barbuda asked the World Trade Organization on Tuesday for the right to authorize $3.4 billion in commercial sanctions against the United States for its failure to comply with a WTO ruling against its Web gambling restrictions.
Washington acknowledged that its online betting ban was ruled illegal by the WTO, but challenged Antigua’s right to retaliate. The U.S. says it is in the process of rewriting its obligations under a 1994 WTO treaty, removing online gambling from the agreement.
University of Colorado Fires Ward Churchill … Its About Time! … PLAGIARISM
The University of Colorado governing board voted 8-1 to fire outspoken professor Ward Churchill from their faculty. As much as one would wish to fire Ward Churchill for his comments made about 9-11, that falls under free speech. Ward Churchhill was fired for plagiarism. Try as he and his attorney will do … this is about your client the plagiarist. That is a firable offense in academia.
Three faculty committees had accused Churchill of plagiarism, falsification and other misconduct. The research allegations stem from some of Churchill’s other writings, although the investigation began after the controversy over his Sept. 11 essay.
