  • We’ll probably never know whether Lohan’s most recent difficulties took their toll on recent film’s potential, because either way this picture doesn’t even warrant one star.

Al Gore III pleaded guilty to Drug Possession …

Al Gore III pleaded guilty today to drug possession charges stemming from his July 4 arrest when he was pulled over for speeding in his Toyota Prius. The charges can be withdrawn if Gore III successfully completes a drug diversion program.

Maybe someone needs to define what “successfully completes” means.  Gore III was previously arrested for marijuana possession in Maryland in 2003, when he was a student at Harvard University; however, he completed substance abuse program to settle those charges. Gore III was also pulled over in 2002 for suspected drunken-driving. How successful was that previous substance abuse programs?

No Prison for Gore III. Did anyone really think he was? There was a better chance of Al Gore Jr. showing up to his son’s hearing in a HUMMER.

LAGUNA NIGUEL, Calif. (AP) – Al Gore’s son pleaded guilty Monday to possessing marijuana and other drugs, but a judge said the plea could be withdrawn and the charges dropped if he successfully completes a drug diversion program.

Authorities have said they found drugs in Al Gore III’s car after the 24-year-old was pulled over on July 4 for going 100 mph in his Toyota Prius.

He pleaded guilty Monday to two felony counts of drug possession, two misdemeanor counts of drug possession without a prescription, and one misdemeanor count of marijuana possession, the district attorney’s office said.

NFL Coaching Legend, SF 49ers Bill Walsh Dies at 75 from Leukemia

A true coaching legend passes away … Bill Walsh dead at 75.

Bill Walsh, one of the most innovative and easily top 5 NFL coaching legends has died at the age of 75 after a long battle with leukemia. Bill Walsh brought the San Francisco 49ers in of the late 1970’s from a door-mat to the pinnacle of Super Bowl success in 1984. Bill Walsh, the innovator of the West Coast offense and  the master of eying talent died today and left a big gap in the hearts of true football fans everywhere. Bill Walsh was simply known in football circles as “The Genius.”

Diagnosed with leukemia in 2004, Walsh had been in failing health for several months, according to Stanford University, where he served as coach and athletic director.

Cerebral, introspective and innovative, Walsh had an uncanny eye for scouting players and designing refined game plans. His offensive scheme — predicated on short, horizontal timing passes — fueled a dynasty in San Francisco with Super Bowl victories after the 1981, ’84 and ’88 seasons. (LA Times)

Jack McClellan, Self-described Pedophile, Has A “How To” Web Site

UPDATE: Self Admitted Pedophile Blogger Jack McClellan Arrested Near a Child Care Facility

Are you kidding, Pedophile for Dummies!!! A self proclaimed pedophile, Jack McClellan, has a web site that has since been taken down after the outrage that was a “How To” for Pedophiles.

This man is nothing but a ticking time bomb and our children are the one’s at rick. McClellan reportedly has no record and skirts the free speech laws of this country in a most heinous way. Jack McClellan supposedly according to all accounts has no criminal record, yet that may be just because he has not been caught. Parents … this is what lurks out there among us.

But his mere presence in Los Angeles — coupled with Mr. McClellan’s commitment to exhibitionistic blogging about his thoughts on little girls — has set parents on edge. One group of mothers, whose members by and large have never met before, will soon band together in a coffee shop to hammer out plans to push lawmakers in Sacramento to legislate Mr. McClellan out of business.

“Just the idea that this person could get away with what he was doing and no one could press charges has made me angry,” said Jane Thompson, a stay-at-home mother in East Los Angeles who recently read Mr. McClellan’s comments about a festival in her neighborhood in which he seemed to be describing her child. (NY Times)

The site, Seattle-Tacoma-Everett Girl Love, which has now been taken down was actually around for a couple of years. This is simply unbelievable that this is deemed ok to go on and then we are outraged when we hear that a child has been molested by one of these creeps.

Dog Day Afternoon: Tony Taylor Expected To Plead Guilty & Make Deal in Michael Vick Dog Fighting Case (Update: Pleads Guilty)

Dog day afternoon, or morning in this case for Michael Vick … Co-defendants plea deal Michael_Vick_Dog5just made matters a bit more sticky for Atlanta Falcons NFL quarterback, Michael Vick. It’s about to get a lot worse for Michael Vick this afternoon. Co-defendant, Tony Taylor, is expected to appear before a judge today and plead guilty as part of a deal with prosecutors in the federal dog fighting case involving Michael Vick. Of course it will be rebutted by the Vick defense team that Taylor is doing this to save his own hide. However, the indictments against Vick and his co-defendants were so heinous, any involvement in this alleged crime of dog fighting will be damaging to Michael Vick both on and off the football field.

Taylor’s quick plea could mean he has agreed to cooperate with federal prosecutors in their case against Vick and two other co-defendants, Purnell Peace and Quanis Phillips. Vick, Peace and Phillips’ trial date is still set for Nov. 26 before Judge Henry E. Hudson.
