Happy Father’s Day
We want to wish all the Father’s a great day. Here are a couple of quotes to share on this day honoring our Dad’s.
- Fatherhood is pretending the present you love most is soap-on-a-rope. —Bill Cosby
- “Blessed indeed is the man who hears many gentle voices call him father!” —Lydia M. Child
- By profession I am a soldier and take pride in that fact. But I am prouder – infinitely prouder – to be a father. A soldier destroys in order to build; the father only builds, never destroys. The one has the potentiality of death; the other embodies creation and life. And while the hordes of death are mighty, the battalions of life are mightier still. It is my hope that my son, when I am gone, will remember me not from the battle field but in the home repeating with him our simple daily prayer, ‘Our Father who art in Heaven”. — Douglas Macarthur
- It is much easier to become a father than to be one. — Kent Nerburn
- Sons have always a rebellious wish to be disillusioned by that which charmed their fathers. — Aldous Huxley
And my favorite Quote that should sit on the desk of every Dad out there…
- By the time a man realizes that maybe his father was right, he usually has a son who thinks he’s wrong. — Charles Wadworth
Happy Fathers Day to all the Dad’s out there.

Alec Devon Kreider, 16, of Lancaster, was arrested after his father told police that he had confessed to the killings, Manheim Township Police Chief Neil J. Harkins said at a news conference.

The father of Alec Devon Kreider did what was right. Granted … it must have been with a heavy heart but … nevertheless he did right because it was right. He did not shield his son from taking personal responsibility for his actions … he did not stand in the way of justice prevailing for his son’s victims.
.
If only the father of Joran Van der Sloot had principle … conscience … another father would have been afforded a measure of closure.

HOLLOWAY: Well, he knows what’s going on. There’s no doubt in my mind. You know, if my child would have done something like this, you know, as a parent, you would know about it and you would go to the authorities …
But you’re dealing with a judge and you’re dealing with somebody that has coached his son on a daily basis.
My heart is also with Natalee Holloway’s loving stepfather on this special day. The memories of Father’s Days past must be filled with so many mixed emotions.

TWITTY: … Beth and I have been through this emotional roller coaster. AND ALL WE WANT IS NATALEE, whether she’s alive or dead. We want to bring her back to the United States, and we’ll leave and they can do whatever they want to do.
