RSSHillary and Bill Clinton Buying Property Overseas?
Gossip monger Liz Smith is reporting that Hillary Clinton, and her husband Bill, are buying property in the Dominican Republic. I am not the most astute political person out there, but wouldn’t you think that if you are running for President of the United States you would buy property in the United States?
I mean seriously, is this telling us that Madame Hillary could not find any property in her own country (or territories) that were good enough for her? If this is true it will have to be one of the biggest political blunders in a good long while.
NOW HERE’S a little flash! Bill and Hillary Clinton have their eyes on the ball when it comes to 2008, but in the meantime, has anyone noted that they bought a piece of beach property in the Dominican Republic right next to the beautiful domain of designer Oscar de la Renta and his wife, Annette? via the New York Post

I’m a McCain supporter and certainly don’t support Hillary, but I don’t see the big deal on this one. I think #1 is probably right. Hide Bill down there. Problem is, he’ll be banging the help shortly, and it will be in the papers.

No, she is buying up ground so that she can open up a jail for the US war criminals like Bush, Cheney, Rice e.g., where the Geneva convention must not be adhered too and no lawyers are allowed. A bit of torture is also OK when amnesty international happens to look the wrong way.

Once there, he could have a few years to try to understand why the rest of the world does not see his nuclear weapon mega launch pad as it is advertised, as a “defence shield”.

Bush went against the UN into Iraq, where has that got him ? I guess he just wants to find out where going against the Russian veto will get him. Well it might just get half of the world population killed. No problem as long as it does not happen on US soil though right, as Joe Mammana once said on these very pages, one US life is worth any number of foreign lives.
Well if Hillary wins the presidency (which won’t happen thank goodness), there will be quite a few of us looking for foreign property. I could not stand to see the Whitehouse pillaged again by the Clintons. It’s disgusting and vile to even think about selling the Lincoln bedroom, taking off with the furniture, lying and lying and lying, blaming everyone else for you husband’s disgusting behaviors…………
BTW, Shawn Hannity is a GREAT reporter, probably the best that Fox has.
I would think if Hilary is considering running for president it would be wiser to buy property on US soil.
Hillary et al realize that oil is going to be in very short supply in the near to medium future. It’s time for those in the know to buy property where it is warm.

No…no tax benefits, but they get to mingle with the multinational rich, famous and bon vivants, and they all sit together and arrange wheelings and dealings, while sipping Taitinger Comte de Champagne…the Clintons have been visiting the Eastern part of the Dominican Republic several times a year for the last few years, as guests of Oscar de la Renta and Julio Iglesias, which have a joint venture in a exclusive touristic development. I guess we should all catch up with Vogue and Hola!.
That picture is so staged. I know she had an agenda, but she lost what little ground she had when she didn’t kick his arse out when he embarrassed her with Monica Lewinski. They both make me ill.
Smart move. The banking is great for them. No taxes on the billions they will have earned by the time she leaves office. They can retire to the obscurity of their own lives, put their money in foreign investments and not be taxed the way she has planned to tax this country out of business if she makes it to the WH. Why would they want to stay here once they have robbed the country and it is bankrupt. Smart move.
I think I would not like to see the same bunch of people in the White House with so many sex problems and who have such a leftist view of life they are turning in circles.

I find it beyond comprehension that Hillary pretends that finding out about Monica was a surprise. You’d think the multiple accusations over time, and the several lawsuits levied against him PRIOR to his stint with Ms. Lewinski would have given the “intelligent” Ms. Clinton some sort of clue. Boy! Wouldn’t she be a great president being she is so OBSERVANT of anything going on in her own family…in her own home…RIGHT UNDER HER OWN NOSE?!

You all know this picture was taken years ago, right? I can’t remember the exact setting, but I do remember that there was a lot of speculation about Hillary and Billy staying together (don’t remember if Billy was running or Hillary) and then they did this staged “photo Op” to show how “happy” they were.
yuperoo! As one who has done study in body language, notice Bill’s head is pulled up straight and AWAY from Hillary. Not only that, but he’s “redder” in the face than usual…a sign of hightened blood pressure. The fact he is NOT leaning towards her (nor she him) with their upper-bodies show us “distance” between them (mentally).
Not a glint of body language in that pic shows affection…but they seem to think it’s displaying the effect they are attempting to lie/get across.

Kat, I do realize now that this picture was taken some years back. Bill Clinton looks alot younger is this photo. He certainly has not aged well.
I have the haunting feeling the Clintons are setting up of an off-shore bribing station.
After all, consider what the Dominican Republic and Haiti are most noted for, i.e. as a (the) principal corridor for the Columbian drug smugglers and as a safe banking location for tax dodgers.
Since the country is sovereign, a person from any other country (Cuba, for example) could fly in on a small private aircraft with a bag full of money and make a deposit into a secret numbered account. Even one set up for the Clintons.
Covert meetings where huge bribes are paid for favors from Senator/President “Hillary” and her faithful, loving husband Bill would be easy to arrange. And, since this would be outside of U.S. jurisdiction, it would be very difficult to prove or prosecute.
If it was only for the tropical island climate, why didn’t the Clintons consider the Florida Keys, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam, etc. ? The answer is, because these locations are all covered by U.S. Law Enforcement. It would be to hard to hide the money and to easy to get caught.
Does any one remember Charlie Tree, the cattle futures, White Water, the Lincon Bedroom, etc. ?
It will be interesting to see what happens to the Dominican property if Hillary is not elected President or if she looses her Senate seat. I’m betting the property goes up for sale.
