RSSKalpoe Brothers Home Searched, Brothers Removed During “Inspection”
There has been a new twist in the case of the missing Natalee Holloway as Inspectors 
from the Netherlands searched the Kalpoe Brothers home to determine if there was any clues in the premises. Reports that the Kalpoe brothers were arrested are not true, but the brothers were taken from the home so that the inspectors would not be bothered by their actions.

The investigators conducted what they termed an “inspection” of the property where Surinamese brothers Deepak and Satish Kalpoe live with their parents, according to Vivian van der Biezen, a spokeswoman for the public prosecutors’ office.
A statement from the Aruban prosecutor’s office said: “An inspection is a coercive measure aimed at observing or analyzing a specific place or circumstances under which a criminal offense may have been committed, or to establish facts related to a criminal case.”
The Kalpoe brothers were in the family’s home in Hooiberg, east of the Dutch Caribbean island’s capital of Oranjestad, when investigators arrived Saturday morning. The siblings objected to the action and had to be escorted from the property by police officers, she said.
“The brothers were not arrested,” van der Biezen told The Associated Press, adding that the inspection lasted for about an hour. She could not say what investigators were looking for.Nothing was seized from the home, according to the statement, and no further details were disclosed.
The inspection of the Kalpoe home came more than two weeks after investigators from the Netherlands dug up earth for two days outside the home of former suspect Joran van der Sloot, reviving a case that had seemed to grow cold since the U.S. teen vanished during a school trip to Aruba about two years ago. Search should’ve been done at the same time as the VDS, after it was searched 2 weeks ago, the Kalpoes had to be almost expecting this to happen also. 2 years is a long time to wait. Anyone who had nothing to hide when Natalee went missing and were the last ones to be seen with her would say search me, my house, my car, anything if it will help find her. instead it’s Obstruct, obstruct, obstruct..

Supposedly the Dutch inspectors were there 1) to get the lay of the land and 2) to ascertain if the phone was where it was said to be that night.
Now that last one is strange. Yes, I know about the “reported” phone calls but the physical location of the phone in the house would prove nothing. Also, it would seem very strange the Deepak and Satish would be “upset” enough to resist if this is all the inspectors were up to.
Yes, I love it that the inspectors showed up at 7:00 am. I’m happy to hear that this might have gotten these two creeps out of their little beds. Any inconvenience done to them is simply not enough.

Hi Kitty. Good question! I’m curious too! What did the K2′s say to the BIG officer? May I propose a little Caption-Contest here as well?
My guess was they may have been searching for the dashboard taxi globe that the pimps use when they pick up a drugged tourist. Too bad they didn’t check the pimpmobile trunk.
This action certainly leads to a number of questions.
1. What is the difference between what the Dutch did here and a “search”? Were they hoping to see something that would justify more intensive actions?
2. Did they have (did they need) a search warrant, or isn’t it needed for this “less than full scale” search?
3. How could the Kalpoes be so obtuse as to try to obstruct these people? My guess is that the Dutch aren’t going to take kindly to it … and also, that some elements of the ALE would dearly love the chance to kick Kalpoe and van der Sloot butt, given the opportunity.
We’ll see what comes of it all, if anything …. I wonder if there is a time limit on the operations of the Dutch team.
I read the forums all the time and am amazed at how well you all do on keeping up with the case. I always read things and want to respond, but I have no clue how to register.
The whole time I have been watching and reading things about the recent developments I have had the impression that the Dutch authorities are messing with some heads and trying to get someone to crack. Reading Joran’s book and laughing while they search his house, dropping hints, but no real information about witnesses and new tips, and now the surprise early am visit and “removal” of the Kalpoes. It seems like they know what happened and just need to have a solid witness. The Kalpoes seem to be the weakest link and I am hoping that one or both of them panic and start blubbering.

I agree, they know what happened. I think they are trying to get around the island power structure (coverup) to establish control. Why pick a 7:00 am, on a Saturday?? The message wasn’t just for the boys, IMO.
It would have been nice if that policeman that Deepak seems to be bitching at would have bitch-slapped Deepak into next tuesday. Maybe thats why Deepak is pointing at him and screaming on the next frame. Perhaps the policeman promised him a full cavity search.

What this says to me is that the Dutch police are in charge, not the suspects. Before it was :

I imagine Deepak was surprised when he found out Paulus & buddies weren’t in charge of the investigation any more and he had to be removed from the premises.

Until I see the 3 punks and Steve Croes in jail for lying as witnesses to hinder an investigation. I won’t believe the Dutch are doing anything. They should already be in jail serving time on those charges. The dutch should be forcing the Arubans to charge them with those crimes right now. While they stay on the island searching for more evidence. Are the dutch gonna dig up the patio at the Van der sloots? Until I see either of these things happening. The Dutch are just putting on a show.

I still am not sure that the Dutch aren’t just going through the motions to show a “through search”; even though it’s two years too late. If they read here they need to understand that even if they search all of Aruba 80 times, until the criminals are jailed and punished, there will still continue to be a boycott of aruba.

The Kalpoe’s will be the fall guys at the end. The conversation in the back of the police truck says it all…..Kalpoe’s tell Joran he’s going away for 15 years if they find the girl and what he did to her; Joran threatens the Kalpoe’s that if they talk it will come out that Satish hit a girl with his car (it would be nice to know from someone in Aruba if there was a hit and run that Joran was alluding to, or if he was saying Satish hit Natalee). Regardless….the Kalpoe’s are going to be the fall guys on this one.
Perhaps there is a side of me that thinks the whole Doctor Phil suit is a leverage job over those trying to frame the Kalpoes….frame us for the crime, and we will spill everything to the US courts. Let us hope

The Kalpoe brothers are either brave or stupid, and I think stupid. They are always the ones that are mouthy, and are in fear, and it shows. I agree the brothers will crack first, but when is the question. We know all four are guilty, and I believe pappa’s the major guilty one.
