Fooling Around on Plane, Bad – Threatening the Flight Attendant, Off To Jail
If you decide that fooling around with your girlfriend on a plane is important that is your own business. But when your actions are disrupting other passengers it probably has gone to far. When you start threatening the flight attendants who asked you to stop, odds are you are going to jail just like Carl Persing is after his affair on a flight between Los Angeles and Raleigh, NC.
Oh, and it is narcissistic to pose for a television interview on the subject. Take you licking like a man and keep your dang head down.
Carl William Persing and his girlfriend were seen “embracing, kissing and acting in a manner that made other passengers uncomfortable” during a September 2006 flight from Los Angeles to Raleigh, N.C., according to a criminal complaint.
Witnesses say Persing threatened a flight attendant twice, who told the couple to stop and refused to serve them alcohol, prosecutors said. The FBI met the couple when the plane landed in Raleigh.
Persing, 41, will probably serve jail time for the federal felony conviction, Assistant U.S. Attorney John Bowler said. He was convicted after a three-day trial in U.S. District Court in Wilmington. via kutv.com
