John Kerry Thinking About Entering Presidential 2008 Race

John Kerry 2008To further prove the man is so far from reality, John Kerry, who served in Vietnam, is floating trial balloons about entering the Presidential 2008 race. Kerry was at a book signing in Denver, Colorado and told a crowd that he would not dismiss the possibility.

A message to John Kerry: While I am not a Hillary Clinton or Obama fan, you are a pale imitation of a candidate  who rode in to the candidacy on the heals of Howard Dean’s meltdown. If you think that you can enter and compete in 2008, then you probably think you have been an effective Senator also.

But at least he is consistant, he has already flip flopped on the Presidential run this year.

The 2004 Democratic nominee told a crowd of more than 250 at the Tattered Cover bookstore in lower downtown Denver that he had no desire to endorse any candidate for the office right now, choosing to wait to see how they addressed the issue of global warming.

Kerry and his wife, Teresa Heinz Kerry, are finishing up a nationwide tour to promote their book, “This Moment on Earth,” which highlights successful efforts at the local level to better the environment.

Afterwards, while answering a question from a viewer on the program YOUR SHOW about why he chose not to run, Kerry said he had decided it wasn’t the right time.

“Could that change?” Kerry said. “It might. It may change over years. It may change over months. I can’t tell you, but I’ve said very clearly I don’t consider myself out of it forever.”   via 9NEWS

Hillary is in the race now and I expect the ranks of the Democratic elite, including John Kerry, will endorse her candidacy. Those Democrats who fought tooth and nail risking their own political stature, no matter what the truth, to save the Clinton presidency and prevent a Democrat President, White House and First Family meltdown when Bill Clinton perjured himself in the Lewinsky affair, owe Hillary an enormous debt of gratitude for not walking out on the Democrats and her position as First Lady of the United States. The consequences of that would have devastated the Democrats and the nation and I think the Democratic leadership feel they owe the nomination to Hillary. Kerry and the rest of the elite Democratic Senators and Congressmen on Capital Hill will endorse Hillary.
