Hey, I tried the Kat’s food once. Fancy Feast Beef and Liver Mushies. It was pretty good. ( Just stuck my finger into it and ate it ). For a laff as I had an audience of little kiddos. I wasn’t trying to make the Kats eat it.
So this woman is not real Krazy. Or maybe she is.

Sadly enough, I have heard people (like when in college)say they resorted to eating dog food when they couldn’t afford meat. Pride can make some people do some pretty strange things before asking for a handout.

Although, I’ll say this… I fixed a can of Beneful
yesterday for my pup. It looked so good, it look liked
something that would be fixed in a fine restaurant!
I think I’ll stick with just wondering how it tastes
      though. :-) ~

Carpe, are you Southern. You would understand the expression,I wonder what it taste like or I wonder what happens if I do this,or other stupid things in college. It was horrible and I lied about the taste.I also said I enjoyed raw oyersters.

    9. Kat_Gram on March 29th, 2007 6:05 pm

I have tasted worse things that a can of Beef and Liver Fancy Feast Mooshies. In fact, it reminded me of some sort of liver wurst that we were made to eat when were were little kiddos.

If I had to guess, I would guess that the comments crowd consists primarily of younger folks who are not yet aware of the potential financial difficulties associated with being a senior citizen trying to live on Social Security benefits. The situation is so bad for so many seniors that eating pet food is not an uncommon practice. The lady in this article did not seem to be in the struggling senior category, but many, many people are. As you look toward your own futures, take some time and find out what the government is not doing for seniors, and how much you will have to have stashed away to live a reasonable life when you reach retirement age.

LOL Yes, born in the South, but I have lived all over the US.

You know what they say about Oysters right?

      You’ll just be hungry again
      in 20 minutes, no….wait… :?:
