During the Dana Pretzer Show this evening, we will be discussing with Jossy Mansur the latest breaks in the Natalee Holloway disappearance. Last night, Joe Tacopina, attorney for Joran Van Der Sloot in the civil case, was on Greta Van Sustrand. To put it mildly, Joe said some strong things about Jossy and we will be getting Jossy’s response to Tacopina’s accusations.

It is absolutly unconcionable that Tacopenia continues to insist on getting these three perps off without any charges when the three admitted to crimes against Natalee and then recanted thier storys on multiple occasions and with differing versions of the storys. They are guilty and just because you say so does not make it true. They were the last ones in her presence, it does not take a rocket scientist to know what happened. Joran even said “one day the truth will come out but I dont feel like saying so just now” These three will be looking behind thier shoulders for the rest of thier lives- what kind of life is that for 3 young men. At least be men–stand up and tell the truth all ready for Gods sake and everyone elses.

LOL, listen very closely to both Karin Janssen’s statement and Tacopinia’s response to it.
Taco and Janssen are not claiming the boys didn’t have sex with Natalee. They are claiming they didn’t make admissions as to having “involuntary sex” with Natalee.
I found it very interesting that both Janssen and Taco used that exact phrase. Maybe to cover the fact that if a body is ever found and their DNA is present, we will run back to the voluntary story.
Someone needs to ask Jossy why Karin Jansen hasn’t arrested the whole lot of them for Obstruction??? Since NO ONE here seemed to know. I e-mailed a Dutch Law Office. There response was. LYING as a WITNESS to HINDER an INVETSIGATION is ILLEGAL under Dutch criminal law. The same would go under Aruban law. Articles 207, 207a and 207b of the Dutch Penal Code state that 6 years in prison is the maximum punishment, and that this could be nine years if the statement was intended to damage a defendant. So let’s see the punks as witnesses lied to the police. Steve Croes lied to the police as a witness. All to hinder the investigation. Why aren’t they in jail. This is a slam dunk. These needs to be brought up more the the sexual charges. There’s NO room for Karin Jansen to wiggle on this one.

To Richard- Jan Van Der Straaten made a public statement early in the case. His statement said that 3 WITNESSES have come foward to accuse the black security guards. This meets the witness part of the equation for the punks. And then when Beth found out they were LYING. About dropping Natalee off. The witnesses admitted they lied. This is called Obstruction. The punks weren’t suspects as of yet. They were witnesses. After they admitted they lied as witnesses. They became suspects. Up until then the security guards were the only suspects. Now you have lying as a witness to hinder the investigation. This carries 6 to 9 yrs. There is no elastic here. Nothing can be stretched. They were witnesses. The Suspect part, came after they admitted they lied. NO chance of mixing the two parts. Like I said. This is what everyone should be pushing for. I’m sure if you go back to the beginning and check newspaers or media transcripts. You will see that Steve Croes was also called a witness somewhere along the line.

It seems to me that Joran will be or should be arrested by the FBI very soon. It also seems to me that Joran committed wire fraud and or theft by deception after he contacted Greta Van Sustrand.He recieved money through wire transfer from Greta and her people, told a cockamamey story on Gretas show that he had tapes of him and his father and that he sold Natalee to some “unknown” man for 10,000 dollars. He then wired Greta and said he lied “again” about the whole story. Well in my opinion he now comes under US law and hopefully he will be arrested and brought to the US for trial. If found guilty of wire fraud he will be exposed to 20 years in fereral prison. And may I add if these statements are true there is no Dutch or Aruban authority that can help him. I sure hope that I am right about this because justice will really be served well if he goes to a US prison and gets to meet some very big and over tattoed KKK and skinhead guys who dont like creeps that like to drug,rape and murder little American girls. These guys will teach him the facts of life. Keep your fingers crossed. P>S> bear in mind that Joran said he lied to Greta, this being after he recieved the money and after he told his false story. He himself admited the lie thus he confirmed the fraud by that fact.
