Now The Democrats Won The Congress It is Time To Eat Their Own

The celebration in the Democratic Party camp lasted about 3 days as they turned their anger away from the Republicans and are now in a bitter struggle between the two most dominant constituencies, the netroots and the traditional Democratic leadership. And it is already getting ugly.

Their have been calls by James Carville for Howard Dean to step down as Party Chairman. The old guard is not a fan of the Vermont Doctor.

Liberal bloggers are saying not to trust Senator Charles Schumer, Democratic Senate Candidate Committee leader, on grounds that he is not supportive enough of the far left. All he did was win the Senate for the Democrats, but he ran conservative candidates for the open seats and now is reviled by the hard core netroots crowd. See FireDogLakes 12 Reasons Not to Trust Senator Schumer.

MyddSo Republicans, do not despair on this election. It was a midterm that we lost. But we lost it in historical averages so it was not a real abbe ration. What we did learn was that once the Democrats regained some power, they will turn their animous and vitriol onto themselves.

So sit back and watch the next two years as the war between the DC/K Street Democrats battle it out with the netroots internet crowd. It will be a fun show to watch.

Carville’s call for Dean to step down resulted in threats against Carville all over the leftie blogs. He’d better be careful, they have to kill him before the eat him, I think.

When George McGovern is the smartest advisor they can call out the country is in deep, deep doo doo.

Keep smiling and laughing. It scares the he** out of them that we’re having fun at their expense instead of whining and crying as they do. No PEST in this crowd. Start ending every post with a one liner, joke.

Everything is increasing in price already. Guess the 22% tax increase coming in the first 100 hours coupled with the 40% increase in the minimum wage has the employers in a panic. Soon the layoff’s will start. Sorry, but they really will have no choice. Went shopping for the normal groceries today, price up 12-15% on a lot of staple items that have been stable for years.

The best part is hearing Palozi (sp) & others say they are ready to stop the bickering & work together. I’m sorry but that is such BS i won’t even go there. The far left went waaaaay to far in all the crap they spewed calling our Pres a liar & stuff. That kind of thing plays into our enemies hand & emboldens them very much. It is for that i say they are not fit to run a lemonade stand much less this country.

Still whining! If anyone is worried about the ramifications of the minimum wage increase, maybe the wealthy who benefit from Bush’s tax cuts will be willing to take up the slack.

I agree. It’s a shame that employers have to raise their prices, in order to pay some poor shmuck a buck more an hour. Geez, that means they’re going to make over $6 bucks an hour now!!!! What’s this country coming to?

I’d be the fastes 100 yard dash runner
