One really needs to wonder sometimes what Parole Boards are thinking. How does a convicted child killer get released out into the public?
Danny R. Rousse was previously convicted of killing a 5 year old boy. 26 years later he was paroled and let out on to an unsuspecting public. Guess how long it took this dirt bag to kill again? Where is the parole board now? Do gooders, think about this….do no harm….you can’t fix these creeps….

That’s right, girls, arm yourselves. Put a baseball bat
under your bed a pair of scissors on your nightstand and
fight back. And never, ever go out without a weapon…
even if it’s your keys, it’s better than nothing. If the
judges, the juries and the parole board won’t do it, we
have to learn to protect ourselves in any and everyway we
can. (I have a gun in the top drawer of my nightstand)
Stephanie’s parents need to sue the Kansas State Parole
Board for allowing this guy to transfer to Indianna in
the first place. How are we to try to keep track of
these sick bastards when they won’t even hold up their
end of the deal??? He should NEVER had been released
in the first place and then to be allowed to leave the
State???? What’s he doin’ in Indianna, anyway???
Kansas, you should be ashamed.
