surely if the aruban polis looked the other way and participated is cover-up; the dutch should be able to reinterview the suspects
Can’t top dumbass’ statement above except to tell both Dana and Dave for another great show. We monkeys got several mentions and they know that we’ll be there for the duration. Heck, we’ll be there even if this last fiasco isn’t going anywhere the perps should get away with it.
I didn’t find that very encouraging. If the Dutch can not insist upon talking with the primary suspects, then this case is in freeze frame.
Can’t the Dutch arrest them for obstruction? If they did that wouldn’t they then be allowed to question them?

Even you said they have crossed all the T’s and dotted all the I’s. I agree. They have completed their cover-up. No matter what happens nobody can solve this case. I still believe that a form of Justice will be dealt out upon Paulus and Joran am not quite sure about the Kalpos but ya never know maybe they will be haveing a group priceing sale ( whoops did I say that )
It may be street justice for Natalee and not PC by some folks standards but the familes of the VDS will be aware of why this happened and how it happened, is all part of the system and all.
I just hope that is is slow painful and at a time when they all feel that they are in the clear .

The judge has a date set for November 1st for J2K to appear in the courts to attempt to clear themselves as suspects.
The Dutch team going into Aruba are cold case and closed case investigators only. They were asked by Aruba to come to Aruba to close the case. As soon as they close the case J2K will be in court and set free from all charges.
Beth was smiled at and treated kindly while in Holland because they don’t want her to know the truth. Mark my words!
Should anyone expect anything else from Aruba and the Dutch?
I just don’t understand why United Nations and Interpol do not step in and investigate Aruba and the entire investigation. Guess that’s a wish list that will never come true.

Personally, or as a whole what can you do? Did Bachus receive money from Aruba? Is there any proof? If so it should be turned over to FBI! It is hard to fight organized crime. People make fun of the ALE but they made sure the evidence would not surface. Well, if it did surface would their be any cop that would deal with it.I think they would be dead if they did. If the Dutch can’t or wont’ re-interview the three main suspects, despite their repeated lies, what CAN they do?
But what makes Natalee Holloway more important than, say, Reyna Alvarado-Carerra?

#21 — It is not that any one individual is more important than another. Natalee’s story is particularly interesting because of the circumstances surrounding her disappearance and the subsequent treatment of her family.
No one can dictate what story will grab the attention of the masses.

If indeed this is the case of the Dutch coming over to close the case, and a November 1st date in court to free pole smoker Joran of all the charges, then this would be great! Now, before yall fall over in horror, look at it from this angle. The U.S. justice system and the FBI can not look into, or obtain juristiction in this case as long as it is open and the Dutch are still in charge. As soon as they close it, guess who can re-open it and tear them apart???? You guessed it, we can, the United States Justice System. So I give the little bastards and daddy about 24 hours to sit around and laugh about how they got away with it before the FBI comes in and rips them a new asshole! Think your getting away with it, better think again, its just a matter of time! God help you, and God bless Natalee and her family!

#39 This would be the whole reasoning behind the FBI doing so little up to this point to help, because they cant. Until a case in a foreign country involving a American has been closed, the FBI has no juristicion at all except to advise if asked. If the crime against an American in a foreign country is never solved by that country, and then closed, the FBI can and will re-open the case and has the legal right to proceed following American rules. If you look hard enough for it you can find this on the FBI website. We only think that they havent been any help, all because they couldnt help. But bet, as soon as the Dutch close it, watch how fast we open it back up on our terms. As I said earlier, get ready scumbags, its coming and daddy wont be able to help you this time.

Once Aruba closes this case without a result … its curtains for their tourism … trust me on this one.

So, the Dutch can’t reinterview the K brothers or Joran? Now, there is a suprise. Just exactly what can they do other than just blow more smoke up our asses? The Dutch aren’t going to do sh**. They helped destroy all the evidence and magically changed blood into cleaning fluid…remember? The Arubans aren’t going to do sh**. They are the ones who supported the rapists / murderers…and then helped get rid of all the evidence. Our only justice will be for someone to take Joran, Paulus and the K brothers out…and out for good…oh and inflicting the same torture on them as they did to Natalee. Now, that would be justice. Too bad they can’t show it on tv for us all to watch too.
At some point, justice will be served. It won’t be by the so called judicial system in Aruba / Holland but justice will be served either as stated above or at the end of time. Aruba will sink in the meantime.
The Dutch investigators could come up with new evidence on J2K if they asked witnesses (other than J2K) FOLLOW-UP QUESTIONS.
That would be too logical. Besides that, they are looking for a way to close the case with no action taken rather than solve it and pursue justice…against the true criminals.
