In-flight Internet didn’t fly on low demand.Who did they poll, People in Comas?

This is almost impossible to believe. The excuse that Boeing used to not implement internet services in the friendly skies due to a lack of demand is unimaginable. I can not actually think of one segment of the population who would not be in favor or use such a service. Old, young, business class or first class … all would want to be able to be on-line while airborne.

Maybe it was the Internet bubble in the sky, or perhaps the business plan that just couldn’t fly.

Boeing on Thursday scrapped its in- flight Internet service, saying there was insufficient demand
