Mortgage Rates Soar As Fed Raises Interest Rates

 

The Real Estate Bloggers has a post on the rising interest rates and how it may affect your mortgage. 

The Fed has raised the interest rates again today to 5.00% and a 30 year mortgage is at 6.61%. If you are in an Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARMs) now might be the time to refinance.
