Fox Breaking News: Teen Suspect in Double Murder Captured Ludwig Borden

Ludwig charged with 2 counts of criminal homicide; victims’ 14-year-old daughter, Kara Beth Borden, unharmed

According to Fox News:

An 18-year-old man charged with killing a couple and fleeing with their 14-year-old daughter was spotted in Lock Haven, Pa., on Monday, police said, after authorities announced they were expanding their search to cover the entire eastern United States.
