More on the Paul Van der Sloot lawsuit against Aruba and his case of damage and prejudice, due to his being jailed during the case of the disappearance of Natalee Holloway.

Paulus van der Sloot initiates preliminary case for damage and prejudice, related to the fact that he sat a few days in jail

ORANJESTAD(AAN): On Friday morning, the parents of Joran van der Sloot, Paulus and Anita van der Sloot presented themselves in court, along with their lawyer Mr. Arie Swaen.

Information that DIARIO has obtained shows that Paulus van der Sloot went to court with his lawyer to initiate a case of damage and prejudice, due to his being jailed during the case of the disappearance of Natalee Holloway.

DIARIO called lawyer Swaen to confirm, and the lawyer explained that it’s is true that the case took place, however it can be regarded as a preliminary case. A person can ask for damages and prejudice when a case is officially closed. A person has 3 months to do this.

The judge indicated that he will give his decision on the 11th of November. According to lawyer Swaen, if the judge decides that the case is closed for Paulus van der Sloot, they will then initiate a case of damage and prejudice, for the days he sat in the police station jail.

      My o’ My Paulus …

I think the damage control lies in you keeping your out of control hooligan rugrat under lock & key until he can learn some manners & behavior.

The drama rolls on… you might think this is a soap opera gone wrong.
…It is very sad it is much worse than that!!

It’s amazing how much nerve PVDS seems to have. Suing for damages? Is this some kind of reverse psychology he’s trying to use? If he acts indignant, he must be innocent, eh? His bank account and favors must be running low after having to defend himself, his son and the K-2.

Natalee may never be found and the mystery to her disappearance never solved, but I believe JVDS is a sociopath and Daddy isn’t going to be able to help him out the next time he gets into trouble. The Dutch boy was lucky that the keystone cops didn’t have a clue what to do in the beginning of this investigation, but he won’t be so lucky next time. Yes, it is unfortunate, but I do believe there will be a next time. He thinks he’s untouchable.

Good – I certainly hope on Nov 11th he is cleared and he is able to win this lawsuit – his reputation has been slandered for no reason at all!

He is trying to make everyone think he is mad about that. That was most likely just set up to visit Jorin and cement stories. Boy, they really think we are stupid. Getting paid to set their time line, their whereabouts, their cover stories and all make it seem like the Police Chief was not his friend……what a bunch of hipocrites.

Beth now is your turn for a civil suit against Joran, Paulus and Anita. Criminal charges will come about later.
Joran was a minor when your daughter disappeared. Paulus and Anita as parents are responsible for Joran’s actions. Paulus and Anita knew that Joran frequented bars, clubs, casinos and other places and did nothing. Meaning they condonned his actions.
Joran has admitted that he feels responsible for leaving Natalee alone on the beach. Whether true or not he made that statement. Joran was under age, was in a club which served alcoholic beverages, was seen gambling in the casinos, admitted he took jelly shots. It was his irresponsible actions that took Natalee away from her friends, placed her in a car, took her to the beach, put her in jeapordy by leaving her there and ultimately resulted in her disappearance. He and his parents should be responsible to pay all the expenses you and others have incurred and will incur in searching for your daughter.
I cannot justify someone’s actions to go home and study verses a human life. One way or another Joran you will burn in hell.

Paul Van der Sloot suing the city?

“A person can ask for damages and prejudice when a case is officially closed. A person has 3 months to do this.”

I never heard nor read that the case is officially closed, not for this wonderful legal advisor Daddy nor for the other three dogs. And that really takes a lot of nerve to sue a city that thanks to him and company have turned Aruba upside down by not confessing the truth. HE knows very darn well what his kid did with Natalee that last night she was seeing alive, and he has probably helped the K2 dogs somehow to keep their mouth shut, but I rather think they are up to their ears in the crime also, so they better shut up, NO BODY NO CRIME!

and what about the guys who were “really” wrongly imprisoned by PVS’s son? I hope that they are planning to sue Joran’s family, the Kalpoes and the Aruban LE for their suffering and humiliation!! They would actually have a case!

No, Body, No Crime, No Tourism – - – No Sweat (this time), right??

He makes me sick, they all make me sick. I can’t wait to see the look on mama’s face when Daddy and Joran get carted off to ajoining cells! I’ve prayed and prayed for this case to be resolved, for Natalee’s sake and the sake of her family…but i’ll admit, seeing those smug smirks wiped off their faces, and those arrorgant attitudes re-adjusted would be sweet!

    11. monkey wench on October 26th, 2005 12:52 pm

I agree with NYSOM…those smug so-and-so’s need their annoying smirks smacked off their faces. They think they are going to get away with murder and have tried to make the victim out to be a slut. There is evidence of a crime. It’s just that it has all been swept under the rug. That’s how they do business on little islands like Aruba. I do feel so sorry for mama VDS. I think she knows in her heart that she is married to a creep and has given birth to a monster.

well, well, well……look what your good citizen is doing to you now. For all those arubians who wanted to believe this bunch was innocent, he is sure rewarding you now, huh? You’ve been paying him not to work all this time and now he wants to sue you for it? Why don’t you have your daughters come forward with all their black stories of Joran now.
It wouldn’t surprise me to see PVDS turn everybody in for the $$$$.
