RSSTeen Arrested in the Murder of Pamela Vitale, Attorney Daniel Horowitz
As per CNN, investigators arrested a 16-year-old boy in connection with the killing of Pamela Vitale.
The suspect is from Lafayette, California, where the couple were building an estate in the hills east of Oakland.
Horowitz found Vitale’s body Saturday evening in a trailer on the property. Authorities said she had been beaten to death.
As Fox News also reported, Arrest in Murder of Horowitz’s Wife, the suspect arrested lived in close proximity to the Vitale’s and Horowitz’s hilltop estate.
The teenager, who lived near Vitale’s and Horowitz’s hilltop estate, was taken into custody Wednesday night, Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Department spokesman Jimmy Lee said, and authorities were investigating the motive for the slaying.

The name of the suspect was not released. Investigators were trying to determine the motive for the slaying, Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Department spokesman Jimmy Lee said in announcing the arrest.
