Dave Holloway: Joran is making up a story trying to protect himself and I saw right through it right away.

Dave Holloway’s interview last night on The Abrams Report had some interesting comments. As previously posted, Dave Holloway’s is a patient man but do not ever let patience be confused with sitting back and not expecting movement or answers. Also Dave Holloway is privy to much information that the public is not and has formulated his own opinions as to what transpired. Now its just a matter of legally proving it.

One of the first things that was most interesting was some of the statements that Dave made that were in complete agreement with those that Beth Twitty has made as well. Much has been made over the fact that both may disagree as to a supposed boycott of Aruba, but make no mistake folks they both agree on finding their daughter and most likely what occurred. Trust me for those who wished to try the “divide and conquer” principle with Beth and Dave, try again. The following exchange sounds exactly what like Natalee Holloway’s mom Beth Twitty has been saying. (Full transcript)

HOLLOWAY: Well as you recall, his earlier statements—police statements, he indicated that she was going in and out of consciousness and as you’re progressively getting worse, I don’t see how she could be able to be functioning at that point in time. I did have some new information that led me to believe that Deepak was the one who assisted her out of the Carlos N’ Charlie’s. And based on this statement I just got a feeling that alcohol was not the only drug administered. ABRAMS: And do you have any evidence of that or is that just your theory…

HOLLOWAY: No, that’s just my theory.

ABRAMS: OK.

HOLLOWAY: Just based on this witness statement.

Dave also goes on to mention his recent trip to Aruba, meeting with the Prosecutor and an interview he gave where he addressed the Aruban people.

HOLLOWAY: Well, especially what Beth has been saying. I had given an interview last week indicating that the Aruban people didn’t have anything to do with this and that I needed their help and—help to solve this case and that’s my position as of today.

This is an important fact as many Arubans can find solace in the fact that Dave Holloway is asking for their help and does not wish to blame Aruba as a whole for the disappearance of his daughter, Natalee Holloway. However, contrast that with the interview that Joran Van der Sloot gave on ‘A Current Affair’. Not only did Joran Van der Sloot seem to blame the entire event on Natalee Holloway in that she wanted to be with him and dance with him, but also blamed the Mountain Brook teenagers. However, Joran at no point takes any responsibility nor answers the question how this could lead to a missing girl. What Arubans, Joran’s friends and one particular local Aruban bar should take notice of is Joran van der Sloot’s following comment from his ‘Current Affair” interview:

I don’t have really that many memories. I mean, I only knew her for one night. I feel stupid, I feel horrible that I went out that night without my father knowing. I should’ve just stayed home and this wouldn’t have happened to me. It would’ve happened to another person. I just try to look at it like I was at the wrong place at the wrong time, maybe even with the wrong people.” I just hope that everything… that the truth comes out, that this comes to clarity in this case.

Reporter: If you could do it over again, what would you do differently?

I would’ve just stayed home that night. It was Natalee who asked me to go out with her. It was her that asked me to go to the club. It was her that was yelling for me to go dance with her. And I went to go have a drink with my friends.

The wrong place at the wrong time and maybe even with the wrong people? So was the wrong place Carlos n’ Charlie’s in Aruba? Was the wrong time Sunday night when is has been reported in past interviews that Natalee’s friends were surprised to see Joran there because he said is was not much going on there Sundays? Was the wrong people the Kalpoe brothers? Who else was he referring to? Joran claims that he just wanted to have a drink with his friends, those same people he refers to as “maybe even with the wrong people”.

Hopefully the many good people of Aruba will realize that maybe its Joran van der Sloot that may not have Aruba’s best interest at heart and only his own.

Hillary Clinton for 2008? This should scare the tar out of all internet users

Its sounds like a bad joke, but what does Hillary Clinton and China have in common? No its not past fund raising with Clinton Fund-Raiser John Huang or Yah Lin “Charlie Trie. Different Clinton this time. Seems that Hillary Clinton and China may have similar outlooks on regulation when it pertains to the internet. Today, China set new regulations on internet news and “widening a campaign of controls it has imposed on other Web sites, such as discussion groups“.

The state bans the spreading of any news with content that is against national security and public interest,” the official Xinhua news agency said in announcing the new rules, which took effect immediately. The news agency did not detail the rules, but said Internet news sites must “be directed toward serving the people and socialism and insist on correct guidance of public opinion for maintaining national and public interests.” Established news media needed permission to run a news Web site, it said. New operators had to register themselves with government information offices.

So the Chinese government is going to ensure that the internet maintain national, public interests and not have anything that they deem against against national security? I know what everyone is saying, this is China, what do you expect? Not so fast my friends, as The Drudge Report reminds us it was only seven short years ago that Hillary Clinton said the following that she would like us all in the internet world to forget:

“we are all going to have to rethink how we deal with” the Internet because of the handling of White House sex scandal stories on Web sites.

“We are all going to have to rethink how we deal with this, because there are all these competing values … Without any kind of editing function or gatekeeping function, what does it mean to have the right to defend your reputation?” she said.

Does some one maybe think that Hillary Clinton may need to inform us just how she does think about today’s “freedom of speech” on the internet? She continues on to say in her 1998 interview:

“I don’t have any clue about what we’re going to do legally, regulatorily, technologically — I don’t have a clue. But I do think we always have to keep competing interests in balance. I’m a big pro-balance person. That’s why I love the founders — checks and balances; accountable power. Anytime an individual or an institution or an invention leaps so far out ahead of that balance and throws a system, whatever it might be — political, economic, technological –out of balance, you’ve got a problem, because then it can lead to the oppression people’s rights, it can lead to the manipulation of information … “

Accountable power? Oppression of people’s rights? Manipulation of information? What is she referring to government abuse of one’s freedom of speech by limiting or regulating the internet? No, she is referring to internet users. I think Hillary Clinton has a lot of answering to do to all that use the internet to see if she hasn’t got a clue over the last six years. This interview took place in 1998 during her husband’s sex scandal and she has the audacity to speak of manipulation of information? The internet and free speech must just be another right wing conspiracy. Wonder how the Daily Kos feels about that? Left or right, freedom of speech is just that. Hillary, keep your hands off out internet.

Beth Holloway Twitty Takes Manhattan

Yesterday, after a rather long hiatus from the media Beth Twitty, mother of missing teen in Aruba Natalee Holloway, was in New York City to do many of the network and 24-7 cable shows live. She appeared on Fox News Day Side and On the Record, CNN’s Nancy Grace, MSNBC’s Rita Cosby, Court TV and in recorded pieces on A Current Affair. Dave Holloway also appeared via phone on MSNBC’s The Abrams Report.

On Sunday night Beth was on “The Big Story“. Many began to speculate why Beth Twitty was in NYC doing many of these shows live. The answer may have come during her visit to Fox Day Side. Beth Twitty was asked some questions from the live studio audience of which her last response to a gentleman from Australia seems to shed much light as to why Beth was in NYC.

Neither Me, Deepak or Satish ever Had Sex with Her (Natalee Holloway)

On today’s exclusive “Current Affair” interview with Joran Van der Sloot he makes some remarkable comments including the following:

“Neither Me, not Deepak or Satish ever had sex with her. (Natalee Holloway). And thats in all the documents. And none of us ever said anything like that”.

Joran Van der Sloot also went on to make the following statements: When asked if he had any memories of Natalee, Joran said, “I knew her for one night, I have no memories.” “I did not know her, I had no feelings for her.” “She wanted to be with us.” Also when Joran was asked what he thought happened to Natalee he said, “I don’t like to speculate, I thought she ran away with a beach bum”. A BEACH BUM? What? Is he referring to himself? Who makes this kind of comment? Joran states that he made a mistake leaving her on the beach. Or was it the lighthouse, Joran? Which story are we supposed to believe?

When asked whether Joran had anything to say to Beth, Joran said the following:

Court TV Interview with TJ Ward, David Wright from the National Enquirer and CATHERINE CRIER

The Following is an interview with TJ Ward and CATHERINE CRIER from Court TV: Court TV Sept. 26

Some rather incredible accusations from TJ Ward again with regards to Paul Van der Sloot being involved with the disappearance of Natalee Holloway. Also reporters from the National Enquirer giving some accounts and teasers for their Friday expose that seem to contradict the accounts that Joran Van der Sloot gave to “A Current Affair”. Joran contradict a story? Never. Here is the following account of the Court TV interview:

Joran: Obviously she was drunk. I had stuff to drink too. She wanted to go with me. I wanted to go with her. I was totally consensual.

CC: TJ, your thoughts about the interview?

TJ: Well, we still think that something happened to her, she passed out. Even according to Beth when she was on Dr. Phil the information from Joran that something happened, that she was in and out, in and out. We think something did happen to her and she apparently had a passed out had a heart attack, stopped breathing. We still believe that Paul Van der Sloot was called and he has a direct involvement with Natalee Holloway’s disappearance.

CC: You have insinuated, implied, talked about in conversation that you think Paul Van der Sloot had something to do with her disappearance. Possibly the removal of the body, even removing her from the island. What are your thoughts on that?
