EquuSearch searches Neighbor’s Property Next To Van Der Sloot House
The Texas EquuSearch team got permission from Paul Van der Sloot’s neighbor to search the property adjacent to the Van der Sloot home. Since the neighbor had been away on vacation prior to the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, his property was considered a prime possibility as a site of interest. The property would have had no one home and available to access as the owner was away. The search and rescue dog teams were used as well as the ground penetrating units used to pick up an anomalies under the surface and methane detection probes. The dog teams picked up no hits; however, all the information from the GPR’s have not yet been analyzed.
Please see the many pictures of the neighbors property and the Van der Sloot residence. Pictured below: The white house belongs to the Van der Sloot’s neighbor who allowed the search of his property. The yellowish home with wall is the Van der Sloot’s.

From the AP; Behavior Specialists Question Dutch Suspect in Disappearance of Missing U.S. Teen in Aruba
Behavioral specialists on Tuesday questioned a young Dutch suspect in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, and a volunteer group conducted a final search of a landfill where a witness claimed to have seen men dumping a female body.
The behavior specialists from the Netherlands questioned Joran van der Sloot to observe his body language and look for inconsistencies in his account of what happened the night Holloway, 18, disappeared, police spokesman Edwin Comenencia said.

Van Der Sloot and Neighbor Part 1 – The media
The second attempt to ask Paul Van der Sloot met with quite the media blitz. What was supposed to be a quiet, informal request by Tim Miller of EquuSearch to ask Paul Van der Sloot for his cooperation to search his property so that it could be cleared from any list of possible sites of interest. For months there has been speculation that the well on the Van der Sloot’s property should be searched.
Needless to say, the MSM was obviously tipped off and it became a bit of a circus in front of the Vander Sloot gate. No was was home and eventually everyone deaparted. Behind the scenes tips were coming in to Scared Monkeys from anonomous sources that would aid in the eventual searching of Van der Sloot’s neighbor’s home.
Dog Searches at the Bird Sanctuary
Yesterday the Equusearch dog teams went into action checking out some points of interest that had been previously searched by other dog teams and needed to be gone back over. The Bird Sanctuary is a vast area of marsh and water canals. The search teams will do some work out there and most likely will be out there again later this week. All leads must be searched to see whether they amount to more or can be taken out of the realm of possible options.
Pictures of the Infamous Monkey Cage
Say hello to Mico, He has had a pretty busy last couple of days as the EquuSearch teams have searched near his cage. I think I heard Mico say at one point during the day yesterday … “Red, Get me out of here, take me back with you”.
