Supreme Mistake

It looks like we are presented with another example that the Supreme Court made a colossal error is repealing the death penalty for teens. So now because of the SCOTUS we let Police killers live.

16-year-old boy who admitted gunning down a California Highway Patrol officer to impress a street gang was sentenced Thursday to life in prison without parole.

He was not eligible for the death penalty because of his age.

For killing a Police Officer the death penalty is taken off the table. What were those Men and Women in black thinking?
