Just when you thought some crime cases were over, they are back again. Dominic Casey, the private investigator hired by Casey Anthony’s attorney, Jose Baez, claims that that tot-mom’s attorney admitted Casey killed her two year old daughter Caylee Anthony. The PI also went on to say that Casey Anthony paid her lawyer with sex. All of this has come out from court documents that went public last month in Casey Anthony’s bankruptcy case. Casey Anthony was found “not guilty as sin “in 2011 of murdering her 2 year old child Caylee by a jury of fools when the entire thinking world knew she was guilty.

More than five years after a jury in Florida cleared Casey Anthony in the murder of her two-year-old daughter, Caylee, a private investigator claimed the mom’s attorney admitted she killed the girl and hid her body.

Dominic Casey made the claim in court documents that went public last month in Casey Anthony’s bankruptcy case. He also suggested that the mom paid her lawyer with sex.

The investigator claimed attorney Jose Baez hired him days after police arrested the mom in July 2008. He said, “Baez had told me that Casey had murdered Caylee and dumped the body somewhere and, he needed all the help he could get to find the body before anyone else did.”

Meter reader Roy Kronk found the girl’s body in the woods near her grandparents’ home that December. Dominic Casey also said that before the remains were discovered, Casey Anthony allowed her legal team to try framing Kronk, “to portray him as a murderer and or kidnapper of Caylee Anthony.”

The investigator said he quit the legal team in October 2008.

Casey Anthony’s lawyer, Jose Baez, is firing back at court documents containing testimony from former private investigator Dominic Casey.

In a cease and desist letter to WFLA News Channel 8, Baez Law Firm said, “As you are aware, this information comes from an attention seeking, delusional individual, with a history of making false and outrageous claims, not only to court officials, but to the media.”

George Zimmerman finds himself back in the news and once again it is because of his own doing. Over the weekend Zimmerman retweeted a a pic of the corpse of Trayvon Martin used as evidence in his murder trail where he was found not guilty. The user called Zimmerman a “one man army.” The tweets have since been taken down; however, Zimmerman then went on a rant wondering when other hateful and threatening pics toward him on Twitter would be taken down as well.

It has always amazed me that Casey Anthony had more sense than both George Zimmerman and O.J Simpson that once they were given a get out of jail free card, the tot mom basically went into hiding to live her life while Simpson and Zimmerman kept pushing the narcissist envelop. Note to George Zimmerman, you might want to take a look as to where OJ is these days and cool it.

George Zimmerman’s Twitter trolling has reached a new low.

Days after retweeting an image of Trayvon Martin’s corpse, Zimmerman went on a depraved Twitter tirade Monday afternoon, spewing racist rants and boasting about “mocking all you trolls.”

The man who shot and killed Martin three years ago also gave out an apparent stranger’s phone number, referring “all media inquiries” to the unsuspecting man.

“Gee..I sure hate offending people that have plotted and tried to kill me and my family…” Zimmerman wrote with one tweet, with a photo matching President Obama with Virginia murderer Vester Flanagan.

Florida State University has dismissed QB De’Andre Johnson after a video was released showing the FSU football player punching a woman at a bar. Hmm, but not for the video and of course the transfer of former Notre Dame QB to FSU, what would the Seminoles have done? Bleacher Report states that FSU coach Jimbo Fisher had no choice but to give De’Andre Johnson his walking papers. Following the drama and rape charges against former FSU QB Jameis Winston, there is no way FSU could survive another QB scandal. The State Attorney’s Willie Meggs  released surveillance video of Florida State University quarterback De’Andre Johnson punching a woman at a bar last month.  19 year old Johnson was charged with misdemeanor battery after viewing the footage from the West Tennessee Street bar Yiannis on June 24.

According to court records obtained by the Tallahassee Democrat, the woman suffered bruising near her left eye, swelling of the left cheek and upper lip, and a small cut near the bridge of her nose. The records also state she raised her knee into his midsection before trying to punch him.

But wait this case just got more interesting, De’Andre  Johnson has hired Jose Baez as his lawyer. Yes, the same Jose Baez who represented Casey Anthony in 2011. It turns out Baez is a Florida State graduate. Of course we have the obligatory BS from the defense how this individual who punches women in the face is misunderstood and a nice guy.

“While it is clear from the video that De’Andre Johnson was not the initial aggressor, his family wants to take the lead in helping him learn and grow from this experience,” read a statement from Baez issued earlier Monday.

“He is currently participating in community service, and faith-based focused on battered women, substance abuse, and the empowerment of children. De’Andre is extremely embarrassed by this situation and would like to express his heartfelt apologies to everyone, including those who were directly affected, Coach Fisher and his teammates, the entire Florida State community, as well as his family and friends.”

UPDATE I: De’Andre Johnson dismissed after video shows him punching woman.

Last week, Johnson was charged with misdemeanor battery stemming from the June incident, just days after Florida State suspended him for a violation of athletic department policy. He turned himself in and was released on a $500 bond, according to ESPN.

The decision to charge Johnson came after the state attorney’s office in Tallahassee, Fla., reviewed the security camera footage that captured the incident inside the bar.

State Attorney Phil Archer Announces Aggravated Assault Charges Won’t Be Filed Against George Zimmerman

ASSAULT CHARGES DROPPED AGAIN …

On Friday, State Attorney Phil Archer, whose jurisdiction includes Brevard and Seminole counties, announced that his office will not pursue aggravated assault charges against George Zimmerman. The often in trouble Zimmerman, since being acquitted of murder in the death of Trayvon Martin, was arrested on 1/9/15 and booked for aggravated assault and domestic violence with a weapon in Lake Mary, Florida. Zimmerman was accused of throwing a wine bottle at his girlfriend. However, Phil Archer stated that there was been a subsequent recantation by the alleged victim of her initial statement along with “new documents provided by the victim and her attorney precludes my office from proceeding further”.

George Zimmerman was arrested, again, this month in the suspected aggravated assault of a girlfriend. And, again, a Florida prosecutor has opted not to press formal charges — after the alleged victim backed off her claims.

State Attorney Phil Archer, whose jurisdiction includes Brevard and Seminole counties, announced Friday that his office won’t file charges against Zimmerman, who first came to the world’s attention for his arrest and eventual acquittal in the 2012 shooting death of African-American teenager Trayvon Martin.

Friday’s announcement relates to the 31-year-old’s arrest in Lake Mary, Florida, on January 9.

“While it clear that the officers had probable cause to arrest Mr. Zimmerman, which was affirmed by the circuit court judge at initial appearances, the subsequent recantation by the (alleged) victim of her initial statement along with new documents provided by the victim and her attorney precludes my office from proceeding further,” Archer said.

The woman has since denied that Zimmerman threw a bottle or that she ever feared him, according to a statement Friday from Lake Mary police.

“She also made it clear that she did not want to proceed with the case,” said police, noting that Lake Mary police Chief Steve Bracknell “concurred with Archer’s decision.” “A lack of eyewitnesses or other corroborating evidence to dispute her version of the incident also contributed to the decision.”

This is the second time that domestic violence charges have been dropped against Zimmerman. Back in 2013, domestic violence charges were dropped against George Zimmerman after his girlfriend, Samantha Scheibe, recanted in an affidavit that Zimmerman pointed a gun at her face.

Jesse Ventura Wins $ 1.8 Million Defamation Suit Against Widow Of American Hero Chris Kyle

Yesterday, former professional wrestler, former Minnesota governor and 911 truther Jesse Ventura won his court case against American hero Chris Kyle. Actually, since Chris Kyle is dead, Ventura won his defamation law suit against the widow of an American hero. A jury actually awarded Ventura $1.8 million. UNREAL, it would appear we have found a more ignorant one than that of the Casey Anthony case.

A jury awarded former Minnesota Gov. Jesse Ventura $1.8 million Tuesday in his lawsuit against the estate of “American Sniper” author Chris Kyle.

On the sixth day of deliberations, the federal jury decided that the 2012 best-selling book defamed Ventura in its description of a bar fight in California in 2006. Kyle wrote that he decked a man whom he later identified as Ventura after the man allegedly said the Navy SEALs “deserve to lose a few.”

Ventura testified that Kyle fabricated the passage about punching him. Kyle said in testimony videotaped before his death last year that his story was accurate.

Legal experts had said Ventura had to clear a high legal bar to win, since as a public figure he had to prove “actual malice.” According to the jury instructions, Ventura had to prove with “clear and convincing evidence” that Kyle either knew or believed what he wrote was untrue, or that he harbored serious doubts about its truth.

Ventura attorney David Bradley Olsen stated Kyle’s claims that Ventura said he hated America, thought the U.S. military was killing innocent civilians in Iraq and that the SEALs “deserve to lose a few” had made him a pariah in the community that mattered most to him – the brotherhood of current and former SEALs. If that is the case, then suing the widow of a deceased US military hero should just do wonders. Olsen stated that Ventura was proud of his military service and would never say anything like Navy SEALs “deserve to lose a few.” Hmm, of course he would say nothing bad about the military. Has anyone actually listened to the comments that Ventura has spewed? He called “Our Military” contract killers on national TV … does any common sense thinking person think he is not capable of making a snarky comment when there are no cameras on?

And he said Ventura would never have said any of the remarks attributed to him because he remains proud of his and his parents’ military service.

“The statement is completely out of character for Jesse Ventura. He never said anything like that in his life, and he never will,” he said.
