Gallup Poll: Hillary Clinton’s Favorable Rating at Record Low 36%

According to a recent Gallup poll, Hillary Clinton’s favorable rating at an amazing low 36%. Is it really any wonder why she lost the 2016 presidential election?

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s favorability with U.S. adults is unchanged from last November — remaining at a record low (36%).

These results, from a Sept. 4-12 Gallup poll, confirm that Clinton’s image remains in a rut nearly two years after she lost the presidential contest in 2016. Her favorable rating is down seven percentage points from where it stood on the eve of the election.

Two key trends would suggest that Clinton should become more popular, not less, after the 2016 presidential election. The first is specific to Clinton. While opinions of Clinton have varied over her long time in the public limelight, she has tended to be quite popular when she is no longer seen as a purely political figure. When her husband, former President Bill Clinton, faced impeachment in 1998, for instance, Hillary Clinton’s favorable rating rose to a record high of 67%. Clinton was also generally well-liked over the course of her 2009-2013 tenure as secretary of state.

Another Trump & U.S. Win … United States Reaches New Trade Deal with Canada and Mexico

As reported at The Politico, the Trump administration announced late Sunday night that the United States, Mexico and Canada have reached a deal to revamp the North American Free Trade Agreement. Another Trump promise to the American voters has been done. And once again it is good news for Americans and the U.S. economy. President Trump has done his part, now it it up to Congress to pass and make into law. Yet another reason to vote Republican in the 2018 midterm elections so to continue the Trump-GOP economic plan.

They said it couldn’t be done and Trump did it. Trump has fulfilled a huge campaign promise to the American workers. But I guess Obama thinks he should get credit for this too.

Trade ministers from the U.S., Mexico and Canada have reached a deal to revamp the North American Free Trade Agreement, the Trump administration announced late Sunday night.

The new pact, which is being called the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement, is a major step toward completing one of Trump’s signature campaign promises and gives the president a concrete policy win to tout on the campaign trail this fall. It also sets the stage for what is sure to be a high-stakes fight to get the agreement passed by Congress before it can become law.

U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer said in late August that officials are planning to sign with their Canadian and Mexican counterparts by the end of November — a date that would also satisfy Mexico, which is eager to have current President Enrique Peña Nieto sign the deal before his successor takes over Dec. 1.

“It’s a great win for the president and a validation for his strategy in the area of international trade,” a senior administration official said on a call with reporters late Sunday.

We’re cutting regulations, have opened a denuclearization dialogue with North Korea, created over 3 million jobs, boosted U.S. worker pay to its highest levels in 10 years, unemployment is at an 18-year low, consumer and small business confidence are record highs, and over three million workers received bonus checks of $1,000 or more because of the Trump tax cuts. Second quarter economic growth is at 4 percent. There are now more jobs than job seekers. The economy is booming.

President Trump Orders ‘Limited in Scope’ FBI Investigation of Kavanaugh

HEY DEMOCRATS, DON’T ASK FOR THINGS THEY MIGHT JUST COME TRUE …

This afternoon President Donald Trump ordered the FBI to conduct a supplemental investigation to update SCOTUS nominee Judge Kavanaugh’s file. The Democrats have been whining about this all during the confirmation hearings following their last minute hit job of springing Dr. Christine Ford’s 36 year old allegations. So what happens when the FBI finds out nothing? You know the Democrats are going to ask for another week and come up more with more outlandish accusations.

“Statement from President @realDonaldTrump: “I’ve ordered the FBI to conduct a supplemental investigation to update Judge Kavanaugh’s file. As the Senate has requested, this update must be limited in scope and completed in less than one week.”

President Trump on Friday ordered the FBI to conduct a limited background investigation into the allegations of sexual assault against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, as Senate Republicans delayed plans to hold votes on the nomination this weekend.

“I’ve ordered the FBI to conduct a supplemental investigation to update Judge Kavanaugh’s file,” Trump said in a statement. “As the Senate has requested, this update must be limited in scope and completed in less than one week.”

Trump’s order came after after several undecided senators whose votes are needed to confirm Kavanaugh called for a week-long FBI probe before a floor vote.

Be very afraid what you ask for libs … you just enrage the Republican base. Just in time for the 2018 midterms. Thank you. So a note to the Democrats, LEFT and MSM who have had their bluff called. We all know this is about delay, delay, delay. Soon, so will all of the American people. What is going to happen when the FBI questions Dr. Ford and not the ineffective Arizona sex crimes prosecutor Rachel Mitchell, who accomplished nothing.

What is going to happen when the FBI puts their stamp of approval on it finding that nothing happened and the only one who is sketchy with the details and facts is Dr. Ford?

In reality, this is a win-win for the Republicans, Trump and Kavanaugh. Barring they don’t find anything against Kavanaugh, which is hard to imagine, but if they did, who would actually want him on the SCOTUS. That being said, the FBI is about to give Trump’s SCOTUS nomination a seal of approval and the Democrats are going to be hard pressed to come up with more excuses. All of this is about to happen before the 2018 midterm elections and there are many red state Democrats that are going to have to justify to their voters why they voted against Trump’s nominee.

Senate GOP Agrees to One Week Delay on Kavanaugh Supreme Court Confirmation for FBI Probe

OKAY, BUT WHAT WILL DEMS DO WHEN THE FBI COMES UP WITH NOTHING?

The Senate Republicans have agreed to a one week delay on the SCOTUS vote for judge Brett Kavanaugh in order for the FBI to do a limited probe on allegations of sexual misconduct. What will Democrats do when the FBI finds bupkis? When the FBI clears Kavanaugh and says there is no there, there, will any of the Democrat on the judiciary committee change their vote? Of  course not.

•  Republicans in the Senate have agreed to delay a vote on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation for one week to allow for an FBI probe into allegations of sexual misconduct against the judge, according to a statement issued by the Senate Judiciary Committee Friday.
• “The supplemental FBI background investigation would be limited to current credible allegations against the nominee and must be completed no later than one week from today,” the statement said.
• The agreement reached Friday will hand over to the White House a final decision on whether the FBI conducts an investigation, though the president has signaled his willingness to go along with the GOP leadership.

Democrats, be very careful what you ask for.

Who honestly thinks this is going to change Democrats minds on Kavanaugh. Even if he is cleared by the FBI, Democrats will obstruct.  Two red state Democrats announce opposition to Kavanaugh, Sens. Joe Donnelly of Indiana and Jon Tester of Montana.
