Last night on Hannity, Sean discussed the Hillary Clinton and DNC involvement in funding the Russian dossier on Donald Trump and the Clinton-Obama-Russian Uranium One deal with Gregg Jarrett and Dr. Sebastian Gorka. With regards to the Uranium One dirty deal h Gregg Jarrett stated that the confidential FBI informant could not be gagged and prevented from speaking to Congress. Jarret cited Supreme court case, McGrane v. Doherty.

If there is collusion, it is Hillary-Russian collusion not Trump-Russian collusion. Hillary Clinton and the DNC was paying Fusion GPS for the dossier where Christopher Steele  Moscow and talked to the Kremlin and gather false information for lies and disinformation during a presidential campaign from the Russians. Hmm, where is  Special Counsel Robert Mueller?

The most shocking revelation of all that stinks to the heavens is … Robert Mueller, Rod Rosenstein, Andrew Weisman and James Comey all appear to have covered this up. They never notified Congress, which they were legally bound to do. And the Democrats and Mueller are worried about 100,00 of Facebook ads and not 20% of the United States uranium. Add AG Eric Holder to the mix as well.  They all knew in 2009 and let this deal go through. The fix was in.

HILLARY CLINTON PROVED TO BE A LIAR ONCE AGAIN … MORE CLINTON COLLUSION!

THIS IS HUGE!!! Oh the irony, for months and months the Clinton campaign has blamed the Russians for losing the election. Now it appears that the Clinton campaign and the DNC who funded the Russian dossier … BOMBSHELL from the WAPO. Marc E. Elias is a lawyer representing the Clinton campaign as well as the DNC, and made the decision to work with Fusion GPS in April 2016. This after Elias had vigorously denied any such involvement. NY Times reporter, Maggie Haberman, also does not seem to be too amused with being lied to regarding the Trump dossier. Haberman tweeted, “Folks involved in funding this lied about it, and with sanctimony, for a year.”

The question might be after all this time, why did the the Clinton campaign and DNC admit to funding Fusion GPS and the dossier? Could it be because Fusion GPS is having their bank records subpoenaed? Is this their way of hoping the subpoena goes away because God only knows what a treasure trove on info linking Fusion GPS and other Democrats and maybe even Republicans as well. Reports state that the Fusion GPS was initially funded by a Republican donor.

The Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee helped fund research that resulted in a now-famous dossier containing allegations about President Trump’s connections to Russia and possible coordination between his campaign and the Kremlin, people familiar with the matter said.

Marc E. Elias, a lawyer representing the Clinton campaign and the DNC, retained Fusion GPS, a Washington firm, to conduct the research.

After that, Fusion GPS hired dossier author Christopher Steele, a former British intelligence officer with ties to the FBI and the U.S. intelligence community, according to those people, who spoke on the condition of anonymity.

Elias and his law firm, Perkins Coie, retained the company in April 2016 on behalf of the Clinton campaign and the DNC. Before that agreement, Fusion GPS’s research into Trump was funded by an unknown Republican client during the GOP primary.

Oh what a tangled web they weave, when the Clinton’s practice to deceive. So the Mueller investigation was looking at Trump for collusion with the Russians, yet now we have evidence of collusion of Hillary, the Democrats and the Russians.  A presidential campaign paid for International dirt (Russia) that went thru American intel agencies and was used by the FBI.

Twitter explodes on the news of Hillary Clinton and DNC involvement as many run like rats off the sinking ship. The DNC was quick to distance itself from the new found info that it was in fact the DNC and Hillary’s campaign who was finding the “dirty” dossier stating, “Chairman Tom Perez and the new leadership of the DNC were not involved in any decision-making regarding Fusion GPS, nor were they aware that Perkins Coie was working with the organization.”

Clinton lawyer, DNC helped bankroll research that led to Trump-Russia dossier.

The Democratic National Committee and a lawyer for Hillary Clinton helped bankroll research that led to the now-infamous dossier on alleged ties between the Donald Trump campaign and Russian government operatives, sources familiar with the matter said Tuesday.

Marc Elias, a lawyer who represented the DNC and the Clinton campaign, retained a Washington firm, Fusion GPS, to carry out the research, the sources said. Services from the firm were retained from April 2016 until before the election in early November, a source said.

The involvement of the Clinton campaign and the DNC could lead to the first legal test for investigators on Capitol Hill. Fusion GPS has asked that a federal judge block a request for the House Intelligence Committee that would grant lawmakersaccess to Fusion GPS’ bank records. The firm argues that turning over the records would violate its constitutional rights.

Late last week, Trump speculated on Twitter that the dossier might have been funded by Democratic officials.

“Workers of firm involved with the discredited and Fake Dossier take the 5th. Who paid for it, Russia, the FBI or the Dems (or all)?” Trump tweeted Thursday.

NBC News is reporting that Special Counsel Robert Mueller is investigation Tony Podesta and the Podesta Group. Tony Podesta is the brother of Hillary Clinton’s former campaign manager, Johm Podesta.

Tony Podesta and the Podesta Group are now the subjects of a federal investigation being led by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, three sources with knowledge of the matter told NBC News.

The probe of Podesta and his Democratic-leaning lobbying firm grew out of Mueller’s inquiry into the finances of former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort, according to the sources. As special counsel, Mueller has been tasked with investigating possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

As Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State during this deal, $235 million was so generously donated to the Clinton Foundation from Uranium One, former president Bill Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank with links to the Kremlin that was promoting Uranium One stock. Hmm, yeah, no quid pro quo, collusion, bribery or corruption here. Move along. Are you serious? The federal government has spend over a year looking into some Russian-Trump collusion scandal with the willing liberal media reporting at nauseam only to find there is not there, there. But there is a Russian corruption and bribery scandal with evidence, it just happens to involve Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton. Imagine that. Too bad this does not fit the liberals, LEFT’s, Hate-Trumpers and MSM’s agenda, otherwise we would have a scandal that dwarfs Watergate actually reported.

As he prepared to collect a $500,000 payday in Moscow in 2010, Bill Clinton sought clearance from the State Department to meet with a key board director of the Russian nuclear energy firm Rosatom — which at the time needed the Obama administration’s approval for a controversial uranium deal, government records show.

Arkady Dvorkovich, a top aide to then-Russian President Dmitri Medvedev and one of the highest-ranking government officials to serve on Rosatom’s board of supervisors, was listed on a May 14, 2010, email as one of 15 Russians the former president wanted to meet during a late June 2010 trip, the documents show.

“In the context of a possible trip to Russia at the end of June, WJC is being asked to see the business/government folks below. Would State have concerns about WJC seeing any of these folks,” Clinton Foundation foreign policy adviser Amitabh Desai wrote the State Department on May 14, 2010, using the former president’s initials and forwarding the list of names to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s team.

The email went to two of Hillary Clinton’s most senior advisers, Jake Sullivan and Cheryl Mills.

The documents don’t indicate what decision the State Department finally made. But current and former aides to both Clintons told The Hill on Thursday the request to meet the various Russians came from other people, and the ex-president’s aides and State decided in the end not to hold any of the meetings with the Russians on the list.

Bill Clinton instead got together with Vladimir Putin at the Russian leader’s private homestead.

“Requests of this type were run by the State Department as a matter of course. This was yet another one of those instances. Ultimately, President Clinton did not meet with these people,” Angel Urena, the official spokesperson for the former president, told The Hill.

Aides to the ex-president, Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation said Bill Clinton did not have any conversations about Rosatom or the Uranium One deal while in Russia, and that no one connected to the deal was involved in the trip.

From THE HILL: FBI uncovered Russian bribery plot before Obama administration approved controversial nuclear deal with Moscow

Before the Obama administration approved a controversial deal in 2010 giving Moscow control of a large swath of American uranium, the FBI had gathered substantial evidence that Russian nuclear industry officials were engaged in bribery, kickbacks, extortion and money laundering designed to grow Vladimir Putin’s atomic energy business inside the United States, according to government documents and interviews.

Federal agents used a confidential U.S. witness working inside the Russian nuclear industry to gather extensive financial records, make secret recordings and intercept emails as early as 2009 that showed Moscow had compromised an American uranium trucking firm with bribes and kickbacks in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FBI and court documents show.

They also obtained an eyewitness account — backed by documents — indicating Russian nuclear officials had routed millions of dollars to the U.S. designed to benefit former President Bill Clinton’s charitable foundation during the time Secretary of State Hillary Clinton served on a government body that provided a favorable decision to Moscow, sources told The Hill.

The racketeering scheme was conducted “with the consent of higher level officials” in Russia who “shared the proceeds” from the kickbacks, one agent declared in an affidavit years later.

UPDATE I: FBI informant blocked from telling Congress about Russia nuclear corruption case.

An American businessman who worked for years undercover as an FBI confidential witness was blocked by the Obama Justice Department from telling Congress about conversations and transactions he witnessed related to the Russian nuclear industry’s efforts to win favor with Bill and Hillary Clinton and influence Obama administration decisions, his lawyer tells The Hill.

Attorney Victoria Toensing, a former Reagan Justice Department official and former chief counsel of the Senate Intelligence Committee, said Tuesday she is working with members of Congress to see if they can get the Trump Justice Department or the FBI to free her client to talk to lawmakers.

“All of the information about this corruption has not come out,” she said in an interview Tuesday. “And so my client, the same part of my client that made him go into the FBI in the first place, says, ‘This is wrong. What should I do about it?’”

Toensing said she also possesses memos that recount how the Justice Department last year threatened her client when he attempted to file a lawsuit that could have drawn attention to the Russian corruption during the 2016 presidential race as well as helped him recover some of the money Russians stole from him through kickbacks during the FBI probe.

The undercover client witnessed “a lot of bribery going on around the U.S.” but was asked by the FBI to sign a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) that prevents him from revealing what he knows to Congress, Toensing explained.
