We know have confirmation that the FBI spied on a political campaign and actually used an undercover informant to do so. The NY Times article is a must read. So riddle me this Batman, if the FBI had an informant in the Trump political campaign apparatus, how that was authorized one can only imagine, and this mole was supposed to be getting dirt and information on Trump-Russian collusion, then how in hell over one year later of a Mueller Special counsel and even longer FBI investigation has the Deep State come up with nothing to do with collusion? Seriously, they had and informant and still nothing! Maybe because there is nothing and this was a political hit job born out of the Obama administration to get Hillary elected and then destroy a duly elected President of the United States. Folks, this is 1000 times worse than Watergate.

Within hours of opening an investigation into the Trump campaign’s ties to Russia in the summer of 2016, the F.B.I. dispatched a pair of agents to London on a mission so secretive that all but a handful of officials were kept in the dark.

Their assignment, which has not been previously reported, was to meet the Australian ambassador, who had evidence that one of Donald J. Trump’s advisers knew in advance about Russian election meddling. After tense deliberations between Washington and Canberra, top Australian officials broke with diplomatic protocol and allowed the ambassador, Alexander Downer, to sit for an F.B.I. interview to describe his meeting with the campaign adviser, George Papadopoulos.

The agents summarized their highly unusual interview and sent word to Washington on Aug. 2, 2016, two days after the investigation was opened. Their report helped provide the foundation for a case that, a year ago Thursday, became the special counsel investigation. But at the time, a small group of F.B.I. officials knew it by its code name: Crossfire Hurricane.

In the Clinton case, Mr. Comey has said he erred on the side of transparency. But in the face of questions from Congress about the Trump campaign, the F.B.I. declined to tip its hand. And when The New York Times tried to assess the state of the investigation in October 2016, law enforcement officials cautioned against drawing any conclusions, resulting in a story that significantly played down the case.

Mr. Comey has said it is unfair to compare the Clinton case, which was winding down in the summer of 2016, with the Russia case, which was in its earliest stages. He said he did not make political considerations about who would benefit from each decision.

But underpinning both cases was one political calculation: that Mrs. Clinton would win and Mr. Trump would lose. Agents feared being seen as withholding information or going too easy on her. And they worried that any overt actions against Mr. Trump’s campaign would only reinforce his claims that the election was being rigged against him.

The F.B.I. obtained phone records and other documents using national security letters — a secret type of subpoena — officials said. And at least one government informant met several times with Mr. Page and Mr. Papadopoulos, current and former officials said. That has become a politically contentious point, with Mr. Trump’s allies questioning whether the F.B.I. was spying on the Trump campaign or trying to entrap campaign officials.

For nearly a year Special Counsel Robert Mueller has been trying to find evidence of collusion between Russian and Donald Trump and has discovered butkis. Now, with Mueller floundering to find any crimes to pin on Trump, FBI former #2 Andrew McCabe in hot water after the DOJ’s Inspector General, FBI’s former #1 being looked at for leaking classified info, the deep state being exposed … we get this classic that the DNC is suing Russia, WikiLeaks and Trump campaign for interference in the 2016 election. UNREAL. They LEFT just cannot accept that they lost to Trump. The DNC is seeking recompense for what it says was millions of dollars in damages from Russia’s hacking of its internal emails, which were then published by WikiLeaks, with the encouragement of then-candidate Trump and his campaign. REALLY? This from the same people who never let the FBI examine their servers after the so-called hack. What were they afraid of, that is was an inside job?

The Democratic Party on Friday sued President Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, the Russian government and the Wikileaks group, claiming a broad illegal conspiracy to help Trump win the 2016 election.

The multimillion-dollar lawsuit filed in Manhattan federal court says that “In the Trump campaign, Russia found a willing and active partner in this effort” to mount “a brazen attack on American Democracy,” which included Russian infiltration of the Democratic Party computer network.

The Trump campaign, according to the lawsuit, “gleefully welcomed Russia’s help.”

The suit says that “preexisting relationships with Russia and Russian oligarchs” with Trump and Trump associates “provided fertile ground for [the] Russia-Trump conspiracy.”

The common purpose of the scheme, according to the Democratic National Committee, was to “bolster Trump and denigrate the Democratic Party nominee,” Hillary Clinton, while boosting the candidacy of Trump, “whose policies would benefit the Kremlin.”

Tom Perez, chairman of the Democratic National Committee, said the party’s suit “is not partisan, it’s patriotic.”

The DNC is playing a very dangerous game. They are in full on “resistance” mode all they time, which is growing really old. I have one thing to say to the DCN, you better be prepared for “discovery”. Maybe we will find out once and for all that they DNC was not hacked, but an inside job. The Democrats have nothing but to cause chaos. I cannot wait for this to backfire on them. Socialist Bernie Sanders Blames Crooked Hillary Clinton For Hiding Russian Meddling InfoDuring 2016 Democrat Primaries

It would appear there is some friction between Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders following last week’s Mueller indictment of 13 Russians operating on line to meddle in the 2016 presidential election. The indictment showed these Russian trolls were also supporting Hillary’s Democrat rival, Bernie Sanders. Oops.  Sen. Bernie Sanders (Socialist – VT) said Wednesday that he did not know at the time that Russian trolls promoted his 2016 presidential campaign and wondered why Hillary Clinton’s team did not do more to tell voters about the extent of Russia’s election interference. Gee Bernie, crooked Hillary also did not tell you she was colluding with the DNC against you as well. Maybe this is why so many of your supporters were so disappointed when you actually lowered yourself and supported Hillary’s campaign.

“If he was aware that Russians were trying to promote him and divide Democrats against Mrs. Clinton, why did he not communicate this to his supporters?” the listener asked Sanders.

“This was not supporting me any more than they were supporting groups like Black Lives Matter that are fighting for social justice,” Sanders said.

“I did not know that Russian bots were promoting my campaign,” Sanders added. “Russians bots were not promoting my campaign. What we found out is that in April and May, it appeared that there were lots of strange things happening, attacking Hillary Clinton.”

The interviewer asked Sanders why he and his campaign did not tell his supporters about Russian interference if they knew Moscow was meddling to sow divisions.

“I would say that the real question to be asked is what was the Clinton campaign—they had more information about this than we did, and at this point, we were working with them,” he responded.

“So did the Clinton campaign say, ‘Don’t talk about this?’” the interviewer asked.

“No, of course not, but who do you think would be raising that issue?” Sanders said.

“I could see a world in which Mrs. Clinton said, ‘It’s the Russians,’ and Sanders supporters say, ‘Oh, that’s baloney,’ but if Sanders says it, they say, ‘OK,’” his interviewer said.

“We knew what we knew when we knew it, and that’s about all that I can say,” Sanders said.

Yesterday on CBS’s ‘Face the Nation,’former Hillary Clinton Campaign Chairman John Podesta became visibly rattled after guest host Nancy Cordes questioned and pressed him with regards to the indictments against Russian nationals and the effect of their attempts to interfere in American elections. As Podesta tried to blame the Russians for Hillary losing the 2016 presidential election to Donald Trump,  ‘Cordes asked, “But it does beg the question, how is it that these Russian operatives knew to focus on purple states like Michigan and Wisconsin and your campaign didn’t?” Hmm, good question.

Podesta stammered to answer the question as it is not often that the MSM ever asks a posing and tought follow up question. What it proves is the real reason why Hillary lost, she was a terrible candidate who ran a terrible campaign.

Democrat Sen. Mark Warner Texted with Russian Oligarch Lobbyist in Effort to contact Dossier Author Christopher Steele … “rather not have a paper trail”

One might want to ask why Warner was being so secret? Sen. Mark Warner, the top Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee who has been leading a congressional investigation into President Trump’s alleged ties to Russia. Warner had extensive contact last year with a lobbyist for a Russian oligarch who was offering Warner access to former British spy and dossier author Christopher Steele. If this was supposedly bi-partisan, why throughout the text exchanges did Warner seem particularly intent on connecting directly with Steele without anyone else on the Senate Intelligence Committee being in the loop? If one is being open and transparent, why would a text message to a Russian lobbyist state, “rather not have a paper trail?”

Sen. Mark Warner, the top Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee who has been leading a congressional investigation into President Trump’s alleged ties to Russia, had extensive contact last year with a lobbyist for a Russian oligarch who was offering Warner access to former British spy and dossier author Christopher Steele, according to text messages obtained exclusively by Fox News.

“We have so much to discuss u need to be careful but we can help our country,” Warner texted the lobbyist, Adam Waldman, on March 22, 2017.

“I’m in,” Waldman, whose firm has ties to Hillary Clinton, texted back to Warner.

Steele famously put together the anti-Trump dossier of unverified information that was used by FBI and Justice Department officials in October 2016 to get a warrant to conduct surveillance of former Trump adviser Carter Page. Despite the efforts, Steele has not agreed to an interview with the committee.

Secrecy seemed very important to Warner as the conversation with Waldman heated up March 29, when the lobbyist revealed that Steele wanted a bipartisan letter from Warner and the committee’s chairman, North Carolina Republican Sen. Richard Burr, inviting him to talk to the Senate intelligence panel.

Throughout the text exchanges, Warner seemed particularly intent on connecting directly with Steele without anyone else on the Senate Intelligence Committee being in the loop — at least initially. In one text to the lobbyist, Warner wrote that he would “rather not have a paper trail” of his messages.
