U.S. Supreme Court Rules in Favor of Trump Travel Ban in 5-4 Decision

SCOTUS VICTORY FOR TRUMP TRAVEL BAN … MAKING AMERICA SAFE AGAIN.

VIA CNBC, On Tuesday the SCOTUS ruled 5-4 in favor of President Donald Trump’s order to restrict travel from several seven countries to the United States. Those countries include, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Syria, Venezuela, and Yemen. As reported by CNBC,  “The [order] is expressly premised on legitimate purposes: preventing entry of nationals who cannot be adequately vetted and inducing other nations to improve their practices,” Chief Justice Roberts says. “The text says nothing about religion.” President Trump lauded the victory, while the LEFT lost their collective minds. The Left and the MSM call it a Muslim ban even though according to the Pew Research Center in 2010, there were 50 Muslim-majority countries in the world. According to the math, only 90% of Muslim countries are not on the banned list as not even the LEFT could say that North Korea and Venezuela were Muslim counties.

The Supreme Court ruled Tuesday in favor of President Donald Trump’s September order to restrict travel from several majority Muslim countries to the United States.

In the 5-4 opinion written by Chief Justice John Roberts, the court found that Trump’s travel restriction fell “squarely” within the president’s authority. The court rejected claims that the ban was motivated by religious hostility.

“The [order] is expressly premised on legitimate purposes: preventing entry of nationals who cannot be adequately vetted and inducing other nations to improve their practices,” Roberts wrote. “The text says nothing about religion.”

The case, Trump v. Hawaii, has been central to the administration’s travel policy, presenting a key test of the president’s campaign promise to restrict immigration and secure America’s borders.

The LEFT loses their mind over this travel ban, seriously? Let’s take a look at those on the list, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Syria, and Yemen. Iran, the number one state sponsor of terrorism in the world. Really, we should think that they are properly vetting individuals, really? Libya, thanks to Obama’s destabilization of that country, it is in chaos. Somalia? Do we even know who is running it other than war lords? Syria, and Yemen? C’mon folks.

But as per CNN, President Barack Obama did the same thing and had many of these same countries on his ban list. So why is the LEFT all of a sudden going crazy when the Obamamessiah pretty much did the same? TDS of course.

In December 2015, President Obama signed into law a measure placing limited restrictions on certain travelers who had visited Iran, Iraq, Sudan, or Syria on or after March 1, 2011. Two months later, the Obama administration added Libya, Somalia, and Yemen to the list, in what it called an effort to address “the growing threat from foreign terrorist fighters.”

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel claims Iran lied about ending nuclear weapons program.

The evidence of Project Amad, a program to design, build and test nuclear weapons, is in 55,000 pages of documents and 55,000 files on compact disks that the Israelis sneaked out of the nondescript storage facility in Tehran where Iran’s nuclear secrets are held, Netanyahu said.

Netanyahu said that Iran shelved Project Amad in 2003 but didn’t “shelve its nuclear ambitions” and that it continues to preserve and expand its nuclear capabilities.

Revealing a huge archive of stolen Iranian nuclear plans, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel accused Iran on Monday of lying for years about its efforts to build a nuclear weapon.

Days before President Trump was to decide whether to pull out of the 2015 nuclear deal with Iran, Mr. Netanyahu presented records from a secret warehouse in Tehran, making the case that Iranian leaders had deceived the international nuclear agency when they insisted their nuclear program was for peaceful purposes. Israeli spies seized the documents in an overnight raid in January, a senior Israeli official said.

But Mr. Netanyahu did not provide any evidence that Iran had violated the nuclear agreement since it took effect in early 2016. That suggests that the Israeli prime minister — who has opposed the deal since its inception, and even went to the American Congress to try to block it — was hoping that the disclosures would bolster Mr. Trump’s resolve to scuttle the agreement on May 12.

Doing so could be one of the most momentous foreign policy decisions of Mr. Trump’s time in office. In recent days, a succession of European leaders, including President Emmanuel Macron of France and Chancellor Angela Merkel of Germany, have gone to the White House to make the case that the United States was more secure with the Iran deal than without it. Mr. Netanyahu’s presentation seemed intended to push the president in the other direction.

An informant who spent years gathering information on the Russian energy and uranium market industry for the FBI, met staff members of the Senate Judiciary Committee, House Oversight, and House Intelligence Committees on Wednesday. He gave explosive testimony on his years as an undercover informant providing information to the FBI on Russian criminal networks operating in the United States. He also contends in his testimony, and written briefs, to the FBI that Russia attempted to hide its ongoing aid to help sustain Iran’s nuclear industry, at the time the Obama administration approved the sale of 20 percent of U.S. uranium mining rights to Russia.

William D. Campbell, an American businessman, provided extensive information on other counterintelligence issues to the FBI for decades and he had also provided information to the CIA on various issues during his time overseas.

“For several years my relationship with the CIA consisted of being debriefed after foreign travel,” Campbell noted in his testimony, which was obtained by this reporter. “Gradually, the relationship evolved into the CIA tasking me to travel to specific countries to obtain specific information. In the 1990’s I developed a working relationship with Kazakhstan and Russia in their nuclear energy industries. When I told the CIA of this development, I was turned over to FBI counterintelligence agents.”

The informant’s attorney, Victoria Toensing partner at the firm DiGenova & Toensing, said the following:

“Mr. Campbell testified for over four hours until he answered every question from three Congressional committees; the Senate Judiciary, House Oversight and House Intelligence committees.

He recounted numerous times that the Russians bragged that the Clintons’ influence in the Obama administration would ensure CIFIUS approval for Uranium One. And he was right.” (much more HERE)

SCOTUS Rules in Favor of President Trump Travel Ban by a 7-2 Decision

ANOTHER WIN FOR TRUMP …

Yesterday, in a 7 -2 decision the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Trump administration travel ban by residents of six mostly Muslim countries. This is a huge victory for Trump, the rule of law and the safety of American citizens. This is a tremendous loss for Democrats and liberals who have no want or need to protect its citizens from outside hostile individuals. So much for all of the liberals who said Trump could not do such things like protect the United States of America. Although the decision is not final, it means that the ban can go into place while the cases are heard. With a 7-2 decision, it is most likely the ban will be upheld when the case is finally heard.  The ban applies to travelers from Chad, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Syria and Yemen.

The Supreme Court on Monday allowed the Trump administration to fully enforce a ban on travel to the United States by residents of six mostly Muslim countries.

This is not a final ruling on the travel ban: Challenges to the policy are winding through the federal courts, and the justices themselves ultimately are expected to rule on its legality.

But the action indicates that the high court might eventually approve the latest version of the ban, announced by President Donald Trump in September. Lower courts have continued to find problems with the policy.

Just two justices, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor, noted their disagreement with court orders allowing the latest policy to take full effect.

The new policy is not expected to cause the chaos that ensued at airports when Trump rolled out his first ban without warning in January.

The ban applies to travelers from Chad, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Syria and Yemen. Lower courts had said people from those nations with a claim of a “bona fide” relationship with someone in the United States could not be kept out of the country. Grandparents, cousins and other relatives were among those courts said could not be excluded.

State Department Confirms Obama Lied and the $400 Million Iran Payment was a Ransom for American Hostage Release

As reported at The Politico, State Department spokesman John Kirby all but admitted that the $400 million paid to Iran was a conditional ransom for the release of American hostages. President Barack Obama had previously lectured us that this was not a ransom; however,  State Department spokesman Kirby addressed questions about a Wall Street Journal report by explaining that the U.S. held onto the $400 million cash payment until American prisoners were on a plane and safely away from Iran to “retain maximum leverage.” A note to the lying and deceitful Obama administration, what Kirby just defined was a ransom.Obama claimed that he would have the most transparent administration, EVER! It has been nothing short of Nixonian. But what would you expect from a president who lied about Obamacare, lied that you could keep your insurance and your doctor, lied that Obamacare we will reduce your insurance premiums by $2,500, per family per year, lied  that he cannot pass amnesty through executive action… I am not a dictator, lied about the strength of ISIS and on and on and on.

Republicans are claiming vindication after the State Department confirmed on Thursday that the United States conditioned the release of a $400 million cash payment to Iran on the departure of American prisoners from Tehran.

At a Thursday news briefing, State Department spokesman John Kirby addressed questions about a Wall Street Journal report by explaining that the U.S. held onto the $400 million cash payment until American prisoners were on a plane and safely away from Iran to “retain maximum leverage.” Kirby said the arrangement did not in any way constitute a ransom payment, as President Barack Obama’s Republican critics have alleged.

For those that are definition challenged:

“We deliberately leveraged that moment to finalize these outstanding issues nearly simultaneously,” he said. “With concerns that Iran may renege on the prisoner release, given unnecessary delays regarding persons in Iran who could not be located as well as, to be quite honest, mutual mistrust between Iran and the United States, we of course sought to retain maximum leverage until after American citizens were released. That was our top priority.”

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump seized on the announcement during a campaign rally in Charlotte, North Carolina, saying it proved that Obama had “lied” about the payment and said it had “put every American traveling overseas, including our military personnel, at greater risk of being kidnapped.”

“He denied it was for the hostages, but it was,” Trump said. “He said we don’t pay ransom, but he did. He lied about the hostages — openly and blatantly — just like he lied about Obamacare.”

Does the United States of America really need four more years of a continuation of the LIES!!! Hillary Clinton is already not trustworthy and has repeatedly lied to the American people and she isn’t even president yet. Stop her now, don’t elect another LIAR to office. When are the American people going to say enough is enough?
