Political Correctness Has Jumped the Shark Camel … WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO THE COUNTRY I GREW UP IN: PC EDITION.

The latest absurd PC reaction comes from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota and their “HUMP DAY” event. A group of students had planned to bring a camel to the “Hump” day event; however, the event was canceled.  Some clueless students thought that bringing a camel would be considered racist and offensive and racially insensitive to Middle Eastern cultures. I think all I have to say to both sides is grow a set. It’s a frigging camel you so-called college educated fools. Hump Day, camel’s hump, get the connection? Maybe the RHA should have brought to the event a Humpback whale, or Quasimodo or Igor from Young Frankenstein? But some how I think the subtlety would be lost on the ignorant or some one would have been offended by individuals with humps.

Enough is enough, I am sick and tired of running everyday life over who might be offended. Newsflash, there will always be some one that will be offended by something. Imagine if we never produced a drug to help people survive with diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, high cholesterol and any other malady because of the side affects harmed just one person? Ever take a look at any drug and the long list of side affects? That is what PC has become in the United States. You know what is offensive, kidnapping girls and forcing Islam upon them and selling them into sex slavery, honor killing and sentencing a pregnant Christian woman to death by hanging for leaving Islam. THAT’S OFFENSIVE!!!

BTW, no one seemed to find the used of a bull or a pie eating contest at the Southern Hospitality event. How offensive, are you saying people from the South are obese and are rednecks who just ride mechanical bulls like in the movie Urban Cowboy? But I guess that is different.

The “Hump Day” event, put on by the Residence Hall Association (RHA), was supposed to be “a petting zoo type of atmosphere” in which students could hang out and take photos with a live camel. According to Aaron Macke, the group’s advisor, the camel is owned by a local vendor and trained for special events.

But the event was subsequently cancelled after students took to Facebook to proclaim their concerns. The students said they were concerned about the money spent on bringing the camel to campus—around $500—and the implication that it would be racially insensitive to Middle Eastern cultures.

The Facebook group called “Protest Hump DAAAAAAY!” had more than 100 RSVP’d attendees before it was deleted on Wednesday.

“RHA’s goal in programming is to bring residents together in a fun and safe environment where all people can enjoy themselves,” RHA president Lindsay Goodwin said in a statement on RHA’s Facebook page. “It appears however, this program is dividing people and would make for an uncomfortable and possibly unsafe environment for everyone attending or providing the program. As a result, RHA has decided to cancel the event.”

GET REAL!!! I guess you are going to tell is that the GEICO “Guess what day it is” Hump day commercial is racist and culturally insensitive as well? Come on folks, is this the kind of people that we are breading in colleges today? No one had a picture of Allah and placed it in urine or spread feces on it. No one burned a Koran. No one had a scene of Allah with a camel in a compromising position. All those would be considered offensive. However, when the same things are done with Jesus Christ or the Virgin Mary, it is called free speech art.

16 Year Old Maren Sanchez Stabbed to Death at Jonathan Law High School in Milford, CT (Update: 16 Year Old Suspect Arrested and Charged with Murder as a Juvenile Offender)(Friends Name Suspect, Chris Plaskon)

Murdered because she wouldn’t attend prom?

Maren Sanchez, a 16 year old student was stabbed to death at the Jonathan Law High School on Friday in Milford, Connecticut. The fatal attack happened at about 7:15 a.m. in a first floor hallway witnessed by students and a member of the school staff. Emergency medical personnel responded to the incident and Sanchez was taken to Bridgeport Hospital. However, Maren Sanchez was pronounced dead at about 7:40 a.m. A 16 year old suspect, also a junior at the high school, was arrested and charged with murder as a juvenile offender.  The unnamed suspect is expected to be arraigned Monday at juvenile court in New Haven. It is being speculated that  Maren Sanchez was attacked with a kitchen knife and killed after she told him she wouldn’t go to prom with him. However, the police have yet to confirm that motive at this time. Sanchez was stabbed on the day of the prom.

 A 16-year-old girl was fatally stabbed by her classmate in a brutal attack in the hallway of Jonathan Law High School Friday morning, reportedly because she turned down his invitation to the junior prom, which was scheduled for Friday night.

Police said the girl, Maren Sanchez, a junior, suffered multiple lacerations to the neck, face and chest. School staff members, including a nurse, rushed to her aid after the attack, providing medical attention. Other staff members were able to “remove” the suspect from the hallway, police said. He was brought to a school office and taken into custody by School Resource Officer James Kiely. Police recovered a knife at the scene but have not yet said whether it was used in the attack.

Although authorities did not release the suspects names, friends identified him as 16 year old Chris Plaskon.

It should have been one of  the happiest nights of Maren Sanchez’s young life, with the right of passage of attending the Junior Prom.  Instead, it turned out to be a parents worse nightmare and an all too common occurrence of violence in today’s school. The prom was canceled and instead of attending their prom, Connecticut high school students spent their Friday night at a seaside vigil for their murdered classmate. Her fellow students selected slain Maren Manchez as their junior prom queen.

About 200 members of the community and students, some donning their prom dresses and tuxedoes, gathered Friday evening at Walnut Beach in Milford, Conn., to remember 16-year-old Maren Sanchez, a junior who was murdered early Friday morning after rejecting a classmate’s invitation to the prom. Detectives say the boy is accused of stabbing Miss Sanchez near a school stairwell, lacerating her neck, chest and face with a knife that was recovered at the scene.

What happened to the country I grew up in, the Food Stamp edition. Since 1969 there has been a 1,552% increase in food stamp recipients. ARE YOU KIDDING!!! There were only 2,878,000 people on food stamps in 1969 as compared to the current 44,758,000. That is simply astonishing and unsustainable. The number of food stamp recipients has increased so much, that for 2012, the number of people participating in the food stamp program outnumbered the women who worked full-time, year-round in the United States.

Check out in the chart below the vertical red line increase of food stamp recipients since Obama took office in 2009. They don’t call Barack Obama the Food Stamp president for nothing. His moniker has been well earned. Also check out on the same chart the stagnate blue line of woman who work full time under Obama’s administration. This is Obamanomics and the real war on woman. Obama has been nothing more than an EPIC FAILURE!!! America, we better right this ship before it is too late.

People participating in the food stamp program outnumbered the women who worked full-time, year-round in the United States in 2012, according to data from the Department of Agriculture and the Census Bureau.

In the average month of 2012, according to the Department of Agriculture, there were 46,609,000 people participating in the food stamp program (formally known as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program). That contrasts with the 44,059,000 women who worked full-time, year-round in 2012, according to the Census Bureau’s report on Income, Poverty and Health Insurance Coverage in the United States.

For each woman who worked full-time, year-round in 2012, there was slightly more than 1 other person collecting food stamps.

In 2013, the average number of people on food stamps increased to 47,636,000. The Census Bureau will not publish its report on Income, Poverty and Health Insurance Coverage for 2013, which includes the data on women working full-time, until September.

The Department of Agriculture’s website lists the annual average number of food stamps participants going back to 1969. That year, there were only 2,878,000 people on food stamps. Since then, food stamps participants have increased by 44,758,000—or about 1,552 percent.

Victory for Nevada Cattle Rancher Cliven Bundy … BLM Blinks in Confrontation Over the Removal of Rancher’s Cattle From Federal Land, Government Claimed They were Grazing Illegally

The Bureau of land Management is pulling out, victory for Nevada cattle rancher Cliven Bundy.

The Feds and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) have blinked in their Gestapo tactics of governmental overreach in the confrontation with Nevada cattle rancher Clive Bundy. No matter what side of the argument you fall on with regards to this situation, one thing is for certain, this was a complete over-reaction on the part of the Obama administration in creating this type of hostile, overreach and volatile situation. After a week-long standoff between the Feds and the cattle rancher and his supporters, the BLM has done a 180 most likely because there has been too much media reporting of the Fed’s tyrannical nad police state actions.  BLM Director Neil Kornze stated, “based on information about conditions on the ground, and in consultation with law enforcement, we have made a decision to conclude the cattle gather because of our serious concern about the safety of employees and members of the public.” More like, the memo came from on high, the Obama presidency cannot withstand a WACO.

However, the Bureau of Land Management vowed Saturday that it would continue its legal fight to remove illegal cattle from a rural Nevada range. This is code for the Fed’s in Washington DC will pull every stunt, behind the scenes, to make this man’s life miserable and put him out of business as he dared make them look bad in public.

ABC News: Nevada Cattle Rancher Wins ‘Range War’ With Feds.

 A Nevada cattle rancher appears to have won his week-long battle with the federal government over a controversial cattle roundup that had led to the arrest of several protesters.

Cliven Bundy went head to head with the Bureau of Land Management over the removal of hundreds of his cattle from federal land, where the government said they were grazing illegally.

Bundy claims his herd of roughly 900 cattle have grazed on the land along the riverbed near Bunkerville, 80 miles northeast of Las Vegas, since 1870 and threatened a “range war” against the BLM on the Bundy Ranch website after one of his sons was arrested while protesting the removal of the cattle.

“I have no contract with the United States government,” Bundy said. “I was paying grazing fees for management and that’s what BLM was supposed to be, land managers and they were managing my ranch out of business, so I refused to pay.”

The federal government had countered that Bundy “owes the American people in excess of $1 million ” in unpaid grazing fees and “refuses to abide by the law of land, despite many opportunities over the last 20 years to do so.”

However, today the BLM said it would not enforce a court order to remove the cattle and was pulling out of the area.

“Based on information about conditions on the ground, and in consultation with law enforcement, we have made a decision to conclude the cattle gather because of our serious concern about the safety of employees and members of the public,” BLM Director Neil Kornze said.

“We ask that all parties in the area remain peaceful and law-abiding as the Bureau of Land Management and National Park Service work to end the operation in an orderly manner,” he said.

Take a good look America at to how the Federal government is treating legal Americans. Attack dogs and tasering Americans, UNREAL. Remember when this used to be the United States of America, not a tyrannical police state? The Obama government does not do this to illegal aliens who come into America illegally, but they had no problem treating legal Americans this way.

A deal has been reached between Bundy family leaders and the Bureau of Land Management, but not without some very tense moments.

Armed Bundy family leaders met with BLM officers Saturday afternoon in Mesquite to discuss the fate of the Bundy’s cattle that the feds removed from BLM land, over the past week.

Under the deal the cattle were released from a holding area near Mesquite, back onto the federal lands they were removed from.

However, according to the BLM, the deal does not absolve Bundy from any of the fees he owes for having the animals there in the first place.

Rancher Cliven Bundy is not describing it as a deal, but as the American citizens taking back the cattle.

“There is no deal here. The citizens of America and Clark County went and took their cattle. There was no negotiations. They took these cattle. They are in possession of these cattle and I expect them to come home soon,” Bundy said.

Minnesota High School Forces 14 Year Old Kayona Hagen-Tietz to Stand Outside in a Sopping Wet Swim Suit Because of a Fire Alarm, Gets Frost Bite

What happened to the Country I grew up in, public school edition: HAVE PUBLIC SCHOOLS COMPLETELY LOST ALL COMMON SENSE?

The brain surgeons at Como Park Senior High School in St. Paul, Minnesota forced 14 year old Kayona Hagen-Tietz to stand outside in the 5 degrees below zero weather with  a windchill of 25 degrees below zero in a sopping wet swim suit because of a fire alarm. Kayona had been swimming in the school pool when a science experiment went wrong and set off the fire alarms. It is reported that school administrators would not let the female student retrieve her clothes, sit in a teachers car or wait inside another building. Guess what happened next … SHE SUFFERED FROSTBITE!!!   The 14 year old girl had asked if she could wait inside an employee’s car, or at the elementary school across the street to get out of the cold; however, school administrators believed that this would violate official policy, and could get the school in trouble. So they opted to simply let the girl freeze. So basically, the school allowed 14 year old Kayona Hagen-Tietz to get frostbite so that the Como Park High School could conduct an unplanned fire drill without violating a school fraternization rule … Are these people insane!!!

A Minnesota public high school was so committed to obeying its fire drill policy to the exact letter of the law that it forced a female student–dressed only in a swimsuit, and sopping wet–to stand outside in the freezing cold for ten minutes. As a result, she suffered frostbite.

Administrators wouldn’t let the student retrieve her clothes, sit in a car or wait inside another building, according to WCCO.

The trouble began when a small science experiment triggered the fire alarm at Como Park Senior High School in St. Paul, Minnesota. Fourteen-year-old Kayona Hagen-Tietz was swimming in the school pool for health class at the time. Her clothes were in her locker, and a teacher told her that there was no time for her to change. Hagen-Tietz was rushed outside–still wet and dressed in only swimsuit.

These people are supposed to be the educators, right? I am sensing a well deserved lawsuit.
