Attorney Cleta Mitchell Says to Congress: IRS Scandal Against Tea Party & Conservative Organizations is Real and the DOJ Investigation of the IRS Is a Sham

Attorney Cleta Mitchell addresses Congress regarding the continued IRS scandal … IT IS REAL, STILL NOT OVER AND THE INVESTIGATION IS A SHAM!

It would appear that there is more than a “smidgen” of corruption in IRS-gate.

  1. The IRS scandal is real. It’s not pretend, it’s real.
  2. The IRS scandal is not just a bone-headed bunch of bureaucrats in some remote office contrary to what the president of the United States told the American people on [Super Bowl] Sunday.
  3. The IRS scandal is not over. It is continuing to this day and the Department of Justice investigation is a sham.

Explosive testimony lit up a House hearing on the IRS targeting scandal Thursday, as GOP super lawyer Cleta Mitchell told representatives that the systematic effort to delay the processing of grass-roots groups’ applications for nonprofit status continues to occur.

Mitchell represents several grass-roots conservative organizations whose applications under sections 501c3 and 501c4 of the internal revenue code were delayed for years in the run-up to the 2012 election. She said that targeting had not stopped.

Geraldo Rivera Attacks Bill O’Reilly Over Racist & Disrespectful Barack Obama Interview … “What You Did Was Strip Him of His Majesty”

How much longer is FOX News going to keep Geraldo Rivera on the payroll … he has become pretty much more of a joke than ever before …

On Friday night Geraldo Rivera and Bill O’Reilly went at it on The Factor over the notion that the “Fidel Castro”looking Geraldo accused O’Reilly of taking part in racist, demeaning and disrespectful interview of President Barack Obama in their pre-Super Bowl interview. Geraldo was more concerned that O’Reilly so-called stripped Obama “of his majesty.”  HIS WHAT, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This is what liberals think, that Barack Obama should have majesty. UNREAL. Obama is not a King, as much as he thinks he is. We found a Revolutionary War and a War for Independence in this country against the British Crown to get away from central leaders who thought they had majesty.

“What we had here with you and President Obama was a culture class… It was the president of most of the white guys of America, that’s you. And, Barack Obama the president of almost everybody else. And the discussion was at that level… To watch it was some ways unsettling to me … What you did was strip him of his majesty.”

Clueless and misinformed individuals like Geraldo are more concerned with Obama’s majesty than they are about a government of, by and for the people. This is exactly what is so totally wrong with our country today. Barack Obama works for us, “We the People,” and they are supposed to be responsible and accountable to us. It is the media’s job to question those in power, no matter what party is in office. However, Geraldo and fools of his ilk are more concerned that we coddle to Obama and any president who is destroying America.

Geraldo Rivera was so out to lunch in this argument. The fact that all Geraldo go out of this interview was that O’Reilly called Obama a “community organizer” just shows the ridiculousness of liberals today looking for anything to attack those who would dare question Obama and any of his failed policies. Geraldo said during the segment that I don’t want to bring up race, which is code for, I am going to bring up race and use the race card. Personally, I could care less if one is black, brown, white, pink orange or blue … if Americans want their government to work for them and not be a Monarchy, then every single politician better be held accountable and have to answer OUR questions no matter how UNCOMFORTABLE they might feel.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo Says that Conservatives Who are Right to Life & for 1st and 2nd Amendmends ‘Have No Place in the State of New York’

More liberal tolerance … What has taken over the Democrat party … So much of a government in NY state of, by and for the people, all people.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said during a WCNY radio interview with Susan Arbetter that that if “extreme conservatives” are “right-to-life, pro-assault-weapon, anti-gay,” then “they have no place in the state of New York, because that’s not who New Yorkers are.” Seriously? Isn’t the governor of a state supposed to represent all the people? Could you imagine if a governor from a “red” state said that no one who was pro-choice, pro-gay or pro-gun control has no place in their state? The MSM would be in a complete and total uproar. Cuomo  went on to say that “moderate Republicans have a place in this state” and noted that he can work with moderate Republicans, as they’ve consistently passed his agenda. So only those that agree with Cuomo have a place in New York state. UNREAL! Imagine if Chris Christie made such a comment? Once again we are witness to another double standard. Let’s hope this socialist clown never runs for president.

“Who are they? Are they these extreme conservatives who are right-to-life, pro-assault-weapon, anti-gay? Is that who they are? Because if that’s who they are and if they are the extreme conservatives, they have no place in the state of New York, because that’s not who New Yorkers are.”

This intolerance is coming from a state governor, this is why the framers and Founding Fathers wrote a Bill of Rights to the US Constitution to protect the people from a tyrannical government.

So let’s get this correct, an individual who expresses their First and Second Amendment rights of the US Constitution have no place in New York state? I thought it was the Democrats who claim to have a big tent and are oh so tolerant. The sad reality of Andrew Cuomo’s comments is that he is being seriously and this is what the liberal, socialists who have taken over the Democrat party believe. So for all you folks outside of New York City and who live in upstate New York, you best not be for the rights of new born babies, you best not support the right to bear Arms and you best not be for religious freedom and the right to follow your religious beliefs.

Robert Gates: I Was “Disturbed” By Barack Obama’s “Absence of Passion, This Absence of Conviction [on Afghanistan] of the Importance of Success that Disturbed Me”

Barack Obama, Commander in Chief?

More from Gates-gate: Former Secretary of Defense Robert Gates did his first TV interview with CBS this weekend  following the release of exerts from his soon to be released book, ‘Duty.’ Gates said was disturbed by Barack Obama’s lack of conviction on success in Afghanistan. Gates was also critical of Obama’s absence of passion when it came to his making the troops believe that Obama supported him. Gates went in to say that this was not the case when he was secretary of defense under George W. Bush. Gates is basically accusing Obama of just providing lip service to the troops. Gates defended his statements in his new book as the liberal MSM looks to discredit him. However, Gates is getting it from both sides of the aisle as some Republicans are criticizing the former Secretary of Defense for not disclosing his tactical disputes with the Obama administration during his tenure as secretary.

“It’s one thing to tell the troops that you support them. It’s another to work at making them believe that you believe as president that their sacrifice is worth it, that the cause is just, that what they are doing was important for the country, and that they must succeed,” said Gates. “President Bush did that with the troops when I was Secretary. I did not see President Obama do that. As I write in the book, it was this absence of passion, this absence of a conviction of the importance of success that disturbed me.”

One would think that it is a presidents job when you are the Commander in Chief and sending America’s sons and daughters, mothers and fathers into harms way and potentially make the ultimate sacrifice that a president have convictions for a mission. It is just too bad that Obama did not have the same passion and conviction toward the individuals that protect our freedoms than he does for Obamacare or campaigning.

CBS NEWS:

Gates praises Mr. Obama for facing down political opposition from his own party. Yet he also offers some tough criticism of the president, suggesting that at times he was skeptical of his own strategy in Afghanistan.

“You say about President Obama that as much as you admired him on so many levels, he never really had a passion for pursuing the war in Afghanistan, and that kind of bothered you,” said Braver.

What’s more, he is harshly critical of some of the president’s staffers.

He called the national security staff under President Obama the most micromanaging and controlling since Richard Nixon and Henry Kissinger. Braver asked, “Did you ever tell the president about it directly?”

“No,” Gates said. “And I acknowledge that in the book.”

“Should you have, do you think?”

“Well, first of all, things don’t happen that way if the president doesn’t want them to happen that way.”

“Do you have a sense that’s changed? Or do you think they are still running things from the White House?”

“I actually think it’s gotten worse,” Gates laughed.

And then there were his disagreements with the Number 2 man in Washington.

“You are not very flattering to Vice President Biden in this book,” said Braver.

“Actually I think I am in some areas complimentary of him,” Gates responded, “but where I had a particular problem with the vice president was in his encouragement of suspicion of the military and the senior military with the president: ‘You can’t trust these guys. They’re gonna try and jam you. They’re gonna try and box you in,’ and so on. And that did disturb me a lot.”

The outcry over Gates’ criticism of Biden led to that White House solidarity photo op of the president and vice president this past week.

2013 Guns Sales Set New Record As Barack Obama and Democrats Attempts on Gun Grabs

Town Hall is reporting a record number of gun sales in 2013.

So much for Barack Obama and Democrats efforts to enact gun control and to diminish the Second Amendment. Democrats efforts for gun control have backfired because common sense Americans see what their agenda is all about and it is not safety or getting guns out of the hands of criminals, it’s gun control of law abiding citizens. When will Democrats understand that there is actually an Amendment that protects the right to bear Arms, not one for a right to bear Obamacare?
