Happy Birthday America, to what is still the greatest nation on Earth, the Home of the Free and the Land of the Brave. However, that being said, I can say that never in my lifetime has it been more the responsibility of Our generation, to maintain the freedoms and liberties that our Founding Fathers bestowed on us with their sacrifices. Never in out countries history how our liberties and freedoms been under such attack and it is not from any foreign power, it is from our own government. While you are celebrating July 4th today with family, friends and fireworks, remember that independence, liberty and freedom is not free. It comes at a cost. Those that volunteer to military service do their part; however, American citizens also need to do theirs.

Our government is supposed to be of, by and for the People, and deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. Thus, you are responsible for those that are elected and not elected. It is time for “We the People” to have the courage of those back in 1776 and make our government responsible to the people again. Enough is enough. I do not care what party affiliation you are, no one should be for the erosion of liberties that were provided to the people at the excuses and lies of politicians. Our government is supposed to work for us, not against us. A United States government is not supposed to be spying on innocent Americans and shredding the Constitution. Our government is not supposed to be continually passing ridiculous laws and regulations that restrict Americans from life, liberty in and the pursuit of happiness. A government is not supposed to allow an entity like the IRS to target a segment of its citizenship to treat as an enemy to benefit one political party, no matter what party is in office. Our government should never usurp the Bill of Rights and the US Constitution and treat “freedom of the press” as if it did not exist. Our government should never be allowed to pass into law with only one party vote, the take over of 1/6th of the US economy in healthcare and call it not a tax when passing it off to the American people, then calling it a tax when arguing it before the Supreme Court, only to have a corrupt SCOTUS by the lie. Finally, a government should be of, by and for the people. If it is not, we are in trouble. Brave Americans realized this in 1776 and did something about it, what we have become today is hardly what they envisions and is actually pretty much everything they fought against. What will We the People do today?

Let us just remind all, especially those politicians in office, this country fought a War of Independence, not to become dependent on government and have those very freedoms that were so gallantly fought for taken away.
In 1776 “WE THE PEOPLE” fought a War for Independence and against a tyrannical government. Men fought and died to throw off a tyrannical government and sought to put one in place that was of, by and for the American people. I would dare say that our Founding Fathers would cringe to see what their brave efforts have been transformed into today. Never forget America, whether it be with a musket in 1776 or a vote in present day, it is your responsibility to uphold the following words from the Declaration of Independence signed this day in 1776 … “That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government … But when a long train of abuses and usurpation’s, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government …” America, do not ever let your voice be silenced and it is your God given right to uphold the values, virtues and liberties that were fought for you 236 years ago. America is worth fighting for, and it is your responsibility to do so.
For those who think or try to weaken America and think they can take advantage of what is perceived as a current weak administration, America is much, much more than our government and elected politicians, even though they seemed to have forgotten that fact. During President Barack Obama $100 million trip to Africa, Barack Obama pledged $7 billion in aid Sunday to provide electricity to sub-Saharan Africa. Then Obama warned Africans to be wary of exploitation by other countries, including the United States. Of course he did. Obama is the president of the United States, right? His job is to do things in the best interest of the United States, right? Just checking. Take a good look at all of the exploitation of the continent of Africa over the years,
The United States will extend a hand of friendship but don’t trust us
President Obama pledged $7 billion in aid Sunday to provide electricity to sub-Saharan Africa, as he warned Africans to be wary of exploitation by other countries, including the United States.
“I’m calling for America to up our game when it comes to Africa,” Mr. Obama said in a speech at the University of Cape Town in South Africa, midway through his week long tour of the continent. “We want to unleash the power of entrepreneurship and markets to create opportunity here in Africa.”
Funds from the electricity initiative, dubbed Power Africa, will be distributed over the next five years to six countries — Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Nigeria and Tanzania. Mr. Obama said the U.S. wants to help Africa without interfering, as colonial powers did in the past.
“You will always find the extended hand of a friend in the United States of America,” he said.
But on his three-nation tour, the president also has been warning Africans not to automatically trust foreign powers offering help, including the U.S.
Maybe Barack Obama should have warned Americans to be wary of the Obama administration and don’t trust them? And what even might be even more comical is that Obama was giving Africa advice on jobs. REALLY? This president has some set. You mean when Obama gave away tax payer $’s to “green” energy boondoggles he cared whether the jobs would be in the United States and would benefit America? You mean like the jobs that went to China?
“When we look at what other countries are doing in Africa, I think our only advice is make sure it’s a good deal for Africa,” Mr. Obama told reporters in Johannesburg. “If somebody says they want to come build something here, are they hiring African workers? If somebody says that they want to help you develop your natural resources, how much of the money is staying in Africa? … Don’t just assume that folks come here and they’re automatically benefiting Africans. And that includes the United States. Ask questions in terms of what we do.”

Rasmussen Poll: 26% Of Obama’s Supporters View Tea Party As Nation’s Top Terror Threat … Liberalism Really is a Disease
The AMA does not need to made obesity a disease … they need to make Liberalism one.
According to a recent Rasmussen poll, 26% of those who approve of President Barack Obama’s job performance think that the Tea Party is a greater threat to America than radical Muslim. They don’t call these folks “moonbats” for nothing. As for those who actually have a functioning brain and who disapprove of Obama’s performance, 75% consider radical Muslims to be the bigger terrorist threat and just 1% are influenced by the MSM and name the Tea Party. It is rather remarkable that those who are for the US Constitution, limited government and balanced budgets is some how considered worse than those who would kill Americans. So sorry if the Tea Party believes in freedom and liberty. However, this is what happens when a Presidents makes more of an effort to have a war on its own citizens who express their First Amendment rights of Free Speech and a lapdog liberal MSM acts as a presidents propaganda arm to smear his political enemies rather than report the truth. A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 51% of Likely U.S. Voters consider radical Muslims to be the bigger threat to the United States today. Thirteen percent (13%) view the Tea Party that way, and another 13% consider other political and religious extremists to be the larger danger. Six percent (6%) point to local militia groups. Two percent (2%) see the Occupy Wall Street movement as the bigger terrorist threat. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
However, among those who approve of the president’s job performance, just 29% see radical Muslims as the bigger threat. Twenty-six percent (26%) say it’s the Tea Party that concerns them most. Among those who Strongly Approve of the president, more fear the Tea Party than radical Muslims.
This is actually quite something. The far LEFT is truly deranged. Sorry, but I strongly oppose Barack Obama, his agenda and pretty much 99.9% of what he believes in, but I do not think the radical LEFT is a greater threat to America than Al-Qaeda. However, after this poll … maybe the radical, far LEFT is more dangerous.
The Daily Caller reminds us that the Tea Party has never committed an act of terror. Too bad the Leftist Occupy movement can’t say the same.
Top Secret Rules Allow NSA to Use US Data Without a Warrant … NSA Powers Wider than Thought

From the Guardian comes the news that the NSA powers are much more wider and intrusive that previously thought. Why is this not a shock? The Guardian is reporting that the top secret rules that allow NSA to use US data without a warrant. Huh, weren’t we told they always needed a warrant? It would appear Obama lied to us once again. Is it any wonder why many were so upset that Snowden blew the whistle on the NSA … Just how much of what they do is really known and is it Constitutional?
Top secret documents submitted to the court that oversees surveillance by US intelligence agencies show the judges have signed off on broad orders which allow the NSA to make use of information “inadvertently” collected from domestic US communications without a warrant.
The Guardian is publishing in full two documents submitted to the secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (known as the Fisa court), signed by Attorney General Eric Holder and stamped 29 July 2009. They detail the procedures the NSA is required to follow to target “non-US persons” under its foreign intelligence powers and what the agency does to minimize data collected on US citizens and residents in the course of that surveillance.
The documents show that even under authorities governing the collection of foreign intelligence from foreign targets, US communications can still be collected, retained and used.

FBI Director Robert Mueller Admits Domestic Use of Drones for Surveillance (VIDEO)
FBI director Robert Mueller now admits that drones are used domestically in the United States for surveillance. However, he stated that their use was “very seldom”. I guess it is all how one defines very seldom. So much for privacy. I am sure this is Constitutional as well. So is the answer that the FBI, NSA, CIA, DEA, ATF, etc. can do anything that they damn well please when it comes to snooping on all Americans under the guise that it protects us from terrorism? Food for thought America, if it takes us becoming a police state to protect us from terrorists, the terrorist have won.
The FBI uses drones for domestic surveillance purposes, the head of the agency told Congress early Wednesday.
Robert Mueller, the director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, confirmed to lawmakers that the FBI owns several unmanned aerial vehicles, but has not adopted any strict policies or guidelines yet to govern the use of the controversial aircraft.
“Does the FBI use drones for surveillance on US soil?” Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) asked Mr. Mueller during an oversight hearing on Capitol Hill Wednesday before the Senate Judiciary Committee.
“Yes,” Mueller responded bluntly, adding that the FBI’s operation of drones is “very seldom.”
